Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-school is situated in a beautiful converted church that features large, spacious playrooms packed with exciting areas and inspiring activities that encourage learning and development.

The dedicated caring staff are on hand to take care of your little one’s every need, creating those special relationships and a ‘home from home’ environment where your child will feel safe, secure and can flourish.

Opposite the church sits a beautiful converted barn building that houses the Pre-School. Everything here has been designed to further enhance your child’s development as they take the next steps on their learning journey. My 3rd little girl attends this wonderful nursery and my biggest regret is that my other two daughters didn’t have the opportunity to go there. My little girl (20 months) gets so excited to go to nursery. It’s always calm and the children always seem well engaged in activities. I’ve always been amazed
by how well the children talk and I constantly hear the staff engaging in conversation with them. She always takes part in lovely activities, despite only attending two mornings she is always included in what they do. It’s in a beautiful rural spot but near to the motorway for commuters. The nursery are as flexible as they can be and always try to give me another session if any fall on bank holidays. I think it’s very difficult to recommend a nursery as trusting people with your child is so hard - however I couldn’t recommend Jack And Jill Brimstage any more highly.

Our daughter has attended for over 12 months now and it has been such a positive, enriching experience for her. The staff are always nurturing, positive, friendly and warm. A wide variety of stimulating activities is provided each day and it is clear how well our daughter is doing and enjoys being there
as all she talks about is the nursery and her friends and the staff!
The building is set in a lovely rural location and part of the appeal was knowing she would be able to get outside each day to have fun, learn and play outdoors.


I am so pleased we chose this nursery.

Our son has been attending this lovely nursery for over 12 months. He absolutely loves the time he spends here and he loves the staff who work with him. It is a perfect place for our child to learn and develop within a nurturing, caring environment. We cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. Special
thanks go to the staff for making our child's experience a real joy. Since he has moved into the big room in the last few weeks, we have noticed such a big difference in his development, which is just great. Thank you all for continuing to provide a great place for our child to flourish.

Our son has been at your nursery for over a year now and has been so settled and enjoys going each week. The staff are friendly and all so welcoming. I love that everyone knows who my son is, even in the different room. It’s a fun and happy environment and our son has come on so much since joining.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Jack and Jill, Brimstage is a fantastic nursery. My little girl has been going here since ten months for almost two years and has been in three different rooms. All of which I have been very pleased with her care and her level of learning. She comes out singing songs they’ve sung that day and tells
me all about what she’s been up to. She loves going and playing with ‘her friends’. The things she learns and comes home saying after attending only one day a week is brilliant.
All the staff are great especially my little girl's key workers in the baby room and toddler room.
My six month old will soon be joining and I’ll be sad when my eldest has to leave for school.

We are so so happy we chose to send our son here, where he has thrived and grown, supported by a wonderfully loving, friendly, responsive team of people. The setting is amazing, really welcoming for little ones, and the staff run excellent activities. They’re so obviously fond of the kids they look
after and their enthusiasm is very clear to parents.
From a practical perspective, the nursery is very accommodating and always tries to help wherever they can. They’re available, approachable and friendly.

This is the best nursery by far in the area. The staff are simply amazing and both my children have really excelled in both nursery and preschool. They have encouraged my children in all areas, most noticeably in preschool where my son was more than ready for reception due to their outstanding work.
The facilities are fantastic and the setting is a really lovely place for children to grow. The visits in preschool to the local care home are a really fantastic addition and something my son looked forward too immensely. I have found the management change within the nursery fantastic and the difference has really been felt from a parental point of view. I literally have nothing bad to say and I am immensely thankful that such lovely nurturing staff are looking after my children when I am working. A big thank you is well deserved.

What a wonderful setting in a beautiful location filled with enthusiastic staff that care for the children who they so actively encourage. My son has been attending for almost one year, he has developed rapidly under the encouragement of the staff and in his engagement in many activities. He enjoys
garden time, messy play, stories and has an array of songs and rhymes with actions that he loves to perform. This nursery delivers a professional approach to child development and care, whilst keeping a homely and personal feel to my child’s journey. He enjoys a variety of food that’s prepared and I enjoy the regular electronic updates of daily activities and accounts of his personal development. Despite this great system staff are always willing to offer a verbal update of the day or discuss any development milestones. My mind is at ease leaving my son in such capable hands and I am truly grateful for the hard work that all of the staff put into my sons day.

Excellent. Very friendly staff and always update the progress of your child. My daughter and son have only been here for approx 2 weeks but they have settled in extremely well due to the staff. We have had NO tears when dropping them off which is a massive bonus! This tells me one thing - they love

Alexandra moved to this preschool in September 2017 and I can honestly say since that time she has absolutely thrived here.
I would say that every aspect of her has changed. She is more confident, happy and has really started to be challenged more in her learning.
She loves the staff, her new friends
and all the activities the preschool organises. She loves the trips to the local care home and her absolute favourite was the school play at Christmas.
Thanks so much for everything you have done and making Alexandra's time in preschool so happy.

We recently moved to the area from Southern England and we have been very impressed with Jack and Jill Nursery from the word go. Our children have settled in well and there is a warm nurturing environment in the nursery and pre-school. I would highly recommend Jack and Jill's to local parents.

Jack and Jill Day Nursery Brimstage have been an extremely flexible nursery for my son. There is clear communication at all times and Tapestry is a great feature. We enjoy logging in and seeing what he is up to every day. His key worker has been a great support during his transition into the nursery.
Could not recommend enough.

We have recently moved our son as we were unhappy with his last nursery. In just a few months we have seen a dramatic difference in his speech, development and overall happiness when going in and learning. The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and guiding. They are always happy and eager to help

This is the second time I have brought my child to Jack and Jill Day Nursery Brimstage and recommend it to friends. My daughter has settled extremely well and I cannot fault her her key worker and the manager. We are always greeted very warmly by the other staff too. Play and learning is always very
varied and fun.


I only wish my daughter could spend a little longer here (she only goes on average half a day a week) to help progress as well as she already has.

My child has been attending the toddler room at this setting for about 6 months now and is really happy there. We feel confident knowing our child is safe, well looked after and having lots of fun. Our child has come on leaps and bounds and has lots more confidence playing with other children. The management

From the minute I walked into this nursery I felt completely at ease and very welcome. My 11 month old son attends this nursery and has been here for just under three months, the staff cannot do anything more for you. They are such a friendly staff and more than happy to help you with anything you need.
My son loves it and puts out his arms to all the staff when I drop him off, even the ones that don't work closely with him. As a first time mum I couldn't be happier and would never have thought I would be at ease about leaving my child in the care of other people. I am more than comfortable to wave goodbye and know that he is very well cared for. You can see the staff treat each and every child like their own. Fantastic nursery, strongly recommend, 5*

The nursery has a very warm and friendly feel to it. Staff are very lovely and were very welcoming to my child. They have lots of fun activities and my child loves coming home to tell me all about their day.
The gardens are nice and spacious and they also visit the local areas around the nursery.
They have lots to offer children and can also do extra sessions at very short notice. I am very happy that we picked Jack and Jill Brimstage.

Our 2 and a 1/2 year old twins attend the nursery and LOVE going. They walk in freely, rushing to see the girls and their friends. They are happy and that's the most important thing. The nursery and staff are very accommodating and extremely supportive. The staff are lovely
