Busy Bees Wirral Irby provides full day or sessional care for children aged from birth to five years and has been graded 'outstanding' by Ofsted in January 2017.

Dedicated, qualified and experienced staff ensure each child is in safe hands in large, bright and colourful purpose-built rooms with plentiful supplies of educational equipment and fun toys. All rooms are professionally designed and have numerous additional safety features, such as finger guards on all doors and a security entry system.

The nursery offers a free early start of 7.30am to all customers as well as all-inclusive childcare.

Staff are always happy to listen, help and answer any questions. The nursery entitles all three- and four-year-olds to be eligible for the government pre-school education grant each term.

I absolutely can recommend Busy Bees Irby. I honestly cannot fault them. All staff members I have met have been very professional and welcoming to us. My 16 month old daughter has settled in very quickly and I know she is very well cared for there. They are very organised and careful and thorough in
safeguarding the children in their care. Thank you everyone there for making a first-time mum feel more relaxed!

I was lucky enough to secure a space at Busy Bees Wirral Irby for my daughter when she turned 1 in July 2022. From the outset, the centre director and her team were great with communication, were really friendly and supportive, have provided great feedback on my daughter's progress and in general, have
made the process of leaving my first and only child in childcare a really positive experience. They are flexible when they can be with additional days and I love the personal touch when you speak to the staff who always provide you with a little overview on how your child has got on, on any given day when you do the pick up. The biggest compliment I can pay however is the ease and genuine happiness with which my daughter goes in each morning. This proves she is happy, feels safe and enjoys her time at Busy Bees Irby which is all a parent can ask for. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

We could not be happier with the care our daughter has received at Irby Busy Bees over the last 18 months. Since she started at 9 months old in the ‘baby room’, we can report nothing but positive experiences with regards to all aspects of provision. We have seen our daughter flourish and develop excellent
relationships with many staff members as a result of their gentle, caring and warm approach.
The communication from the nursery manager has been exemplary and she is always contactable and responsive when needed.
We have been kept regularly updated about our daughter’s progress and development as well as her daily food intake, toileting and sleeps.
We could not recommend this nursery enough and from our own experience agree with the recent Ofsted rating of ‘outstanding’.

My daughter started at Busy Bees Irby back in May 2022 and she has loved every minute of it since joining. The girls are really welcoming and so friendly. They know all about my daughter and the people who mean the most to her, making her day extra special and personal. The girls set up lovely activities
for her to enjoy, updating us on the app which is great to see her enjoying her time at nursery. She has progressed so much since joining nursery, has made little friends and absolutely loves the girls who look after her. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees for 7 months now and she couldn't be happier! She comes home shattered from a day of stimulation. The staff are outstanding! They know every child individually and are so friendly, caring and happy to be there. So reassuring with babies and parents too! Lots
of updates during the day too. We are so happy we chose this nursery. Can't recommend enough.

My little girl attended this nursery from being 20 months old (when we moved to the area) and has just left now at age 4 as she’s ready for big school! The staff here have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish, my daughter has been very happy, and the nursery absolutely deserves its outstanding
rating from Offsted. Many of the staff, including the nursery manager, have placed their own children at this nursery which is testament to how well the children are looked after, and we have even at times had staff members babysit as we trust them so much and they know our little one so well. Couldn’t recommend this nursery more highly, we are just sorry to be leaving!

Both my children attend this nursery and love it. Both have been there from 9 months old and have really flourished. My eldest is due to leave foundation in the next few days and he is leaving well-prepared for school and with so much confidence. Thank you to all the staff who have helped his journey
over the years. All the staff are so friendly, kind and very hardworking.
I always feel informed about what the boys get up to during the day.

The biggest thank you to everyone at Busy Bees Wrral Irby!
My little boy started here in January 2023 after we moved to the area, and we have been nothing but impressed since.
He settled so well and has developed so much in the short six months he was there, and that is a testament to each and every
member of staff there. Nothing is ever too much for them. Everybody is so approachable, and they care so much about their children and families. Although he is now about to start school, Busy Bees Irby will always hold a special place in all of our hearts and has been such an important part of his journey!

My son joined Irby, Busy Bees in February 2023 when he was 6 months old. It was obviously a very emotional and tough time for, me but the staff there are wonderful and welcoming and our visits and settling-in sessions were great. We went at our own pace, gradually increasing the time he spent there
per day and he loves it. He's full of beans and thrives being around other babies and adults and having the freedom to play with lots of different toys, books etc.
The staff always have time to chat through things even when busy and they care about the children in their nursery. They are supporting us with weaning and he has come on leaps and bounds since starting, developing at the speed of light and learning off the other babies in the room.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees, Irby for almost a year now and I couldn’t be more happy that I chose this nursery. My daughter found it really difficult to start with settling in, crying when I dropped her off and the staff were just brilliant and treated her like family and really put us at ease
and before I knew it she was running in waving bye to me, I couldn't thank the ladies enough, they work incredibly hard, they are so lovely and caring and nothing is ever too much trouble. They always make her feel so important and special, huge welcomes at drop-offs, lots of encouragement and energy. The app is great too as they keep you up to date with what they've been getting up to that day and also tells you what meals they've eaten and how much of it. The food options are incredible always so much variety, she absolutely loves her food so never a concern, but lots of choices. She has developed so much since starting. I highly recommend Busy Bees.

We choose Busy Bees, Irby after a wonderful viewing of all spaces and two settling sessions for our daughter in 2019, then in 2020 we added our son to the nursery also. Both children have flourished since joining and have really grown in confidence.
The staff are amazing and went above and beyond
with our son's food intolerance issues so much to the point they created him his very own bespoke food menu.
It's impossible to say which staff are great as they are all phenomenal at what they do!
An amazing team, nursery and place for your children to become their own creative selves.

This is an excellent caring nursery. My son was here from 2019 for 2 years and my daughter has been here since September 2022. Both my children have been so happy coming here. The staff are so caring and go above and beyond to make the children in their care happy.

My daughter has been at Irby Busy Bees since she was 9 months old and is about to leave to start school. The staff at Busy Bees are outstanding and go above and beyond for all the children! They are warm, welcoming, friendly and nurturing! My daughter has grown so much whilst at nursery! She has made
lovely bonds with staff and friends and is happy going in every day! The management team are quick to respond to any emails and are more than accommodating. I'm very sad that our time is coming to an end, but so thankful for everything that has been done for my daughter to make her into the person she is today. I would have no doubt about recommending this nursery to anyone.

My 2-year-old son attends Busy Bees, Irby, two mornings a week. He always comes home with a big smile on his face and says he’s had a fun day at nursery. He has made lots of friends at Busy Bees and especially enjoys making playdough and playing in the garden. The staff are lovely and are always very

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Irby for over 3 years now and she has gone from strength to strength. She has loved everyone who has cared for her and every room has challenged her.
It was a no brainer for me to then send my son to Busy Bees in 2021. My son is deaf and wore bilateral hearing aids
for 6 months then more recently bilateral cochlear implants. The team have worked closely with his teacher for the deaf and speech therapist to ensure his needs are met. They are absolutely amazing. His key workers went above and beyond, learning sign and how to use his kit.
I would recommend Busy Bees Irby to anyone and especially parents of children with additional needs.

Busy Bees at Wirrral Irby is such a lovely nursery, all of the staff are very warm and welcoming. My daughter has learnt so much from attending these last few months. I love seeing updates of her day on the app. I also feel like they are managing the risk of spreading Covid-19 very well. The manager
is very helpful and very caring, making sure our daughter is having a good time at nursery. Busy Bees at Wirral Irby is a lovely nursery and I would recommend to anyone.
