Disappointed with the nursery as they failed my child and left me with a hundred questions in my head. Picked up my child with a big chunk of hair missing and no explanation as to what happened and the procedure to report it to me wasn't followed. Possible scenarios given to me as to what could have
happened and 'we wasn't sure it was her real hair'. As a mum, I feel sick to my stomach not knowing what happened to my child and with the way the situation was handled. I won't be recommending.

First Class Nursery School is excellent. I moved my son here after 2 years in a previous nursery. I was very nervous but had no need to be as the staff and children made him so welcome and he settled in immediately with no issues whatsoever. I only wish I had moved him earlier. The staff are excellent
and the learning structure is second to none. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending First Class Nursery. Thank you for making my son so welcome.

I have been very pleased with First Class nursery and both my boys have loved their time there. They come home happy, well cared for and exhausted from various activities. I would have no problem recommending this nursery to people.

My second daughter has not long started at Frost Class but she loves it already. On her first settling in day she just ran off and played, not looking back at me, so I was pleased. She has taken to it so quickly and loves all the staff, so I'm pleased.
My eldest daughter, who is now 8, went to First
Class and stayed until she was three and she loved it too.
The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We could not ask for a better nursery.

My son absolutely loves nursery. He has come on so much since joining and I can not thank the staff enough for their part in that. He hardly spoke and had no confidence at all but that has all changed. They have so many different activities to make learning fun and that keeps him interested at all times.

My child soon settled in the nursery and all the staff are very caring. The management are easy to communicate with. The children do a range of activities and the staff ensure all are involved and engaged.

My son has been coming here since he was 9 months old and he loves it. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. My son has made brilliant progress whilst being here and the staff work hard to give all the children experiences to help them grow. Feedback to parents at the end of the

First Class Nursery provide excellent care and activities. Both my grandson's love going and all the staff clearly love what they do and show care and commitment to ensure the boys have the best time when they are there. Nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to help with any enquiries or queries.

My daughter only started this nursery in September 2018 and I have been delighted with the progress she has made already. Every member of staff has my daughter's best interests at heart and always provide her with the best possible care.
Already, my little girl is speaking some French and is engaging
the many activities available to her.
First class is very child centred, the child's interests always come first. Overall, this nursery has provided a safe, happy and fun environment allowing my little girl to learn and develop during each session - thank you.

I literally can not praise this nursery enough for everything they do for me and my daughter. We transferred from a different nursery when she was younger and within a couple of weeks she could tell me her colours, her numbers and her animals.
The staff are so accommodating, bend over backwards to
help me and do everything and more for my daughter. I get a mixture of things from the day such as photos, arts and crafts they have made etc. They vary their activities from a day to day basis and it really does make a difference. I always have a happy child every day, going in and coming home.
My daughter loves going to school, talks about her teachers, friends and what she does in school. It makes going to work a lot more bearable knowing your child is in good hands. Staff are always helpful and the manager is always around if you need her. I really did make the right move by choosing this nursery, I wish I had chosen it sooner. I cannot recommend First Class Nursery enough!

Absoultey fantastic nursery , clean and friendly, staff are wonderful, informative and attentive. Security is brilliant and their attention to details of your child's diet routine and behaviour is second to none. Can not recommend enough. My son loves going to nursery here making that transition back
to work bareable!

My children love it here! The staff are very friendly and understanding- they make you feel as if your children are the only ones there and fulfil their individual needs. All staff are very hands-on with parents and children including those in the office and even the owner, Beverley.
The children
are well provided for, well cared for and have lots of activities to take part in. I’m always kept up to date with what my children have been doing, eating, sleeping etc.
From my baby being settled into the nursery to my other child getting ready to leave for school,
I can go to work knowing they are in a safe environment, their needs are being met, their learning goals are being put in place and most of all having FUN with their friends and staff on a daily basis!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending First Class Day Nursery to other parents. I know I will be sad when my children leave!

Highly recommend first class, all 3 of my children attended this nursery. Excellent staff, friendly reliable, a lot of the staff still work there from when my 14-year-old daughter attended, hence why I put my youngest in who is now 2 years old. Lots of learning exploring inside and outside the nursery
no matter what the weather or age of child.

Both my son and daughter have been at this nursery since before the age of 1. They have been kind, professional and always willing to help. Both children settled in well, but largely this was due to the flexible approach used to settling in to ensure enough time was given rather than the generic two
sessions that a lot of nurseries provide.
By my children have been happy there. Communication from the nursery is fantastic and I have had no issues so far

My son has been at First Class since he was 9 months old, and he loves it! His social skills and communication have been developed to the highest standard and he is confident and social as a result! I know the staff love and look after him and it makes it easy to go to work knowing he’s so well looked
after. He’s now in Preschool and comes home telling me about the solar system and dinosaurs and singing songs. He has a fantastic time and has also started learning phonics at 3! Always recommend them to friends.

I have 2 sons that attend this nursery, one is still in toddler room at 2.5 yrs old and the other has just graduated from First Class Nursery and gone skipping into school. He has been there since he was 9 months old. I can't thank the manager and the girls enough for all they've done for my son with
everything. I have always found everyone friendly and helpful to the highest standard. My son wouldn't be the polite, confident, helpful young person he's become if it wasn't for all of the girls in this nursery. I am forever grateful. Thank you.

My son has been in the nursery since he was 6mths old and is currently in the preschool. He has always been happy and content at First Class. Any concerns I have raised have always been dealt with professionally by staff who are all kind, caring and approachable. From teaching him to use a spoon to
his ability to count in ten in French and everything in between, my son has learnt so much over his time there. Each room has nurtured him and I could not be happier with my decision to send him to First Class. My youngest son has recently started and is flourishing.

My boy started at 9 months old, I was worried about putting him into childcare but bringing him to First Class Nursery has massively put me at ease. The staff are so lovely and it's almost always the same person looking after my son so he's really settled quickly. I looked around a few nurseries but
none compared with First Class. It's very homely and staff are so attentive to the children. I like getting feedback on what my baby had done each day. Would definitely recommend this nursery if you're looking for a nice, loving and secure place for your baby.

I couldn't rate this nursery highly enough. The individual care we have received from the outset with both my son and 3 years later my daughter has been marvellous. Having tried other nurseries initially I was so glad I moved to this one. From the initial enquiries over the phone to the personalised
settling in sessions, you can tell that your child and the meeting of their individual needs are a priority.
Over the year my son attended he came on leaps and bounds which made the transition to preschool so much easier. The staff felt like family by the end of his time there! And with my daughter (baby room) they have been incredible as she was very clingy and needed a more tailored and lengthier settling in timetable.
