Our daughter attended Mulberry House from November 2020 right up until a few weeks before she started reception this year and I can't praise the staff enough.
We wanted a small nursery where there wasn't a huge number of staff/turnover and would highly recommend Mulberry House. My daughter loved the
staff and her friends so much that we even kept her there after we moved house around 10 miles away.
We had a wonderful experience, from settling-in sessions during covid where the staff did everything they could to help her (and me) with the transition, to their graduation ceremony.
The food was excellent, the activities, the little trips they took, everything was just perfect, we miss it a lot!

Our little girl has attended Mulberry House since April 2023. We have found the staff to be friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean and the facilities are fantastic (particularly their set up for napping babies and meal times in the younger rooms). Our daughter settled quickly after struggling
at a previous nursery, and enjoys her day there. She always comes out smiling. We get information/pictures regularly and a daily handover at pick up. Her development has come on leaps and bounds. Can't recommend highly enough.

We love love love Mulberry House Day Nursery. The stories we hear from other parents about their experiences couldn’t be further from our experience of nursery.
The team are all so welcoming, kind and caring. Our son’s key workers have been with him for a few months now and his communication and maths
skills have come on so far.
The management team are great with communicating what’s going on and their community engagement is great. The accounts keep you up to date on payments and we don’t get calls every five minutes about nothing.
We are so lucky to have somewhere to leave our child that feels so safe and comfortable.

What a wonderful nursery! My child has been attending for just over 2.5 years now and we have decided to keep her there right up to when she starts school as she loves it so much. The vibe you get from staff is professional and caring. When you walk up to the door staff are showcasing the painting or
craft to parents at pickup. School readiness and milestones such as dropping a nap or toilet training is supported by staff. They recognise when my child has a talent and her imagination on nursery days is such a joy. Her teacher sets up fun but educational activities. We have started to get a weekly book which she loves too. The nursery manager, deputy and staff have also gone the extra mile when needed recently and it's not gone unnoticed they really do care about their children and families.

My daughter has been at Mulberry House Day Nursery for one year, and it is outstanding! The staff are incredible, kind and caring. Every morning we are greeted with huge smiles and excitement, even staff who don't have my daughter in their room greet her by name and begin the day's excitement.
At
pickup, I get a full debrief of the day, what she has done, eaten and how she has slept, all recorded on a sheet for me to take home. The use of tapestry to see pictures of her learning and development daily is phenomenal.
The food she has is outstanding; I wish I could have her meals for the day. The opportunity to try so many new wonderful foods is fantastic. If you are looking for a day nursery for your child, I can't recommend it highly enough. Any doubts or concerns you might have will quickly be put to rest immediately, go and visit!

The level of care and support that Mulberry House gave to my son was impeccable. I can't thank you all enough, you made leaving him in your care easy, even with his medical condition, we were never worried. He always came home very happy and the updates we had through the parent app were an added bonus.
We would not hesitate to come to you in the future.

My son has been at Mulberry for 2 years and he has truly enjoyed his time in nursery. Everything from his social skills to his vocabulary have come on faster than I ever imagined. The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions. I can't praise
all the staff enough for all their hard work.

I am the grandmother of a little boy who has spent a year at Mulberry House. As an early year's advisory teacher (before retiring), I am extremely impressed with how the team have supported my grandson in all areas of his development. Activities and resources are first class and always look engaging
and encourage playful exploration of concepts.
The staff are so caring, friendly and professional. It is a wonderful place to grow and learn and I would highly recommend this early years provider. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the profession.

Four years this establishment has been caring, loving and nurturing our boy. Never a complaint. Nothing is too big an ask. Calm, coordinated, organised, adaptable and kind. I am so pleased I decided to trust them with my child. So pleased they are getting my second too!! James has learnt so much here

Both of our children have attended Mulberry House and we have been thrilled with the care they have both received. A lovely, small nursery where all of the staff really know, love and care for your child. We really enjoy looking at our son's Tapestry learning journey so that we can see all the adventures
and fun he’s had while in their care. The nursery cook is fabulous and provides such a wide range of foods for children to try and we have really enjoyed the ‘stay for supper’ evenings which had given us lots of ideas to try at home. Thank you for giving both of our boys the best start to nursery life, we will miss you!

Both of our children have attended Mulberry House, and really loved it. Some of the staff you can really tell love the kids and the kids love them. It is always clean and tidy which I find amazing with my kids. There is always lots of information on what the kids have done during the day, coupled with
photos. I would have scored excellent for everything it is wasn't for staff turnover, and if they did more 'out of nursery' activities.

From the first day we visited Mulberry House, we knew this is the nursery for our daughter. Clean, tidy and airy, organised spaces and no mess anywhere we can see is the usual state for the nursery at any time. My daughter has attended since she turned a year old, settled very quickly, loves the setting
and will stay for her preschool year until she leaves for reception. This nursery is open year-round and does not shut apart from bank holidays.
Every single member of staff who has taken care of my daughter has been loving, caring and keen to help her develop. They have formed close relationships with her, and she always anticipates happily her return after any time away. She is learning fast and very active throughout the day. She has a special fondness for the nursery chef and is eating well at all meals, whilst she can be picky at home. As parents, we have felt well supported at every key milestone, and have liaised with various key workers over time. Thank you, Mulberry House!

As a parent working in childcare for many years, it was always going to be hard to find the perfect nursery for our daughter.
Our family viewed Mulberry House and instantly I knew this was the perfect place.
The care and quality of teaching from the staff is amazing. Our daughter comes home from
nursery exhausted and excited to tell us her daily activities.
Very welcoming, clean and lots of fun and exciting activities and resources available. Amazing garden space. The food provided is exceptional, lots of healthy home-cooked food, our daughter says it’s all very nice. During lockdown, the nursery has gone above and beyond to carry on the home learning and the level of activities provided has been outstanding, which we thank you for. Myself and my family would highly recommend Mulberry House. We will miss Mulberry House when our daughter moves onto her school nursery in September.

Our little girl loves attending Mulberry House Nursery. The staff go above and beyond to make it feel like a home from home for the children and I always know they have our daughter's best interests in mind when she is there. Their days are varied and filled with wonderful activities. And our day sheet
always provides lots of information about what she has done that day and what she has eaten too. It's great that we're also able to view so much through the nursery app.

My son has attended Mulberry House for several years now. They have cared for him and nurtured him throughout that time with basically no issues. I have felt confident that he is safe and well cared for the entire time. The staff are lovely and my son loves them. The nursery is clean and well maintained.
My son is always happy with the food he has been given. He is due to start school soon and our time with Mulberry is nearly at an end, which we are very sad about. But they are busy getting him as prepared as possible for school . I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you Mulberry !

I couldn't be happier with this nursery. Both of my little girls have attended this nursery from a young age. My eldest daughter has left now, but she started here from the age of 1 until going into reception at school. My youngest is currently attending here every day. She started here at the age of
7 months and will also stay until she leaves for reception at school. The staff are amazing and I truly believe this nursery has helped enormously with both my girls' social, physical and educational development. It was the best decision I made when choosing this nursery for my children and I am sure my children would agree, as they been extremely happy here over the years. Thank you Mulberry House.

Both of my sons have attended Mulberry House Day Nursery fro the age of 1-3. My second son is due to leave this summer. I honestly feel that Mulberry House have helped to raise my sons. They have loved the staff and the friends they have made there. The care they have given to my sons is second to none.
They have provided support and guidance with aspects such as toilet training and behaviour in general. Their development would certainly not have been so good without the help of Mulberry House.
The decision to send our first son to nursery from 1 year old was not an easy one, however we have never regretted it and have found it a wonderful experience.

Our two daughters are currently at Mulberry House Nursery and we are so impressed by all the staff. Our eldest is always talking about the friends she has made in Mulberry House and all the activities she has done. Our youngest comes back exhausted from all the play and interaction. They've been excellent
re-opening keeping us all informed and are clearly working hard to ensure the safety of our children.
We get regular updates of how the girls are doing, what development areas they are working on etc. The food served is also excellent, I'm jealous of the lunches they get!

Our daughter started at Mulberry House earlier this year. She attends three days a week. I am amazed at how well she has taken to being at nursery and that can only be a reflection of the great care she is receiving. Mulberry House have welcomed her so completely, I know from the moment I drop her off
she is happy and being looked after to the highest standard. The activities the children take part in are so well thought out and all link into the early years curriculum; we love seeing pictures of her day on tapestry! The meals she eats are all cooked freshly and sounds delicious! Her key person is lovely, we feel very comfortable leaving her even at such a young age. I would highly recommend Mulberry House.
