Catering for children aged from three months to five years, ABC 123 Day Nursery offers age-appropriate rooms where children have access to toys and resources most appropriate for their age and stage of development, to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

The nursery’s garden offers a large grassed area with a climbing frame, a mud kitchen and a space for growing plants and vegetables. Children are encouraged to be active outside every day, twice a day, and there is a covered area so that younger children can experience the outdoors safely.

Children are cared for at ABC 123 Day Nursery by fully qualified staff members who have been DBS checked and undergone a strict recruitment process, including a number of interviews and provided suitable references, to ensure children at the nursery are in safe and supportive hands.

    *There is a small charge for extras and essentials on funded only places, no deposit is needed.

My daughter has been at ABC for 3 years and has enjoyed every minute she loves the staff there and has grown massively. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My 2-year-old son has been attending since last April. All the staff at ABC have been fantastic & my son gets very excited before attending. I love that you get peace of mind as you are able to watch your child live by logging in. The staff do great activities with the children & go above and beyond
to make sure your child enjoys nursery in a safe and fun environment. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting with the nursery. I would highly recommend as I think the nursery does a fantastic job.

Very happy with the nursery I have chosen for my daughter. She's settled in very quickly and already learning lots of different things. She became more independent and confident child. The quality of care is high and all staff is very friendly and welcome. I would recommend this nursery to everyone!!!!

My son has been attending ABC 123 for just over 12 months now and the improvement we've seen in him is incredible. Their activities are designed around the needs of the individual children and made fun and engaging. My son loves nursery. The friendly staff make his day exciting and I couldn't fault
them. It's such a great place and I wouldn't have my son attend anywhere else!

My little boy has attended ABC 123 Day Nursery Ltd from being 7 months old. This is a fantastic nursery with kind, caring and fun staff. My son enjoys attending nursery on a daily basis the activities, facilities and safety of the nursery are great. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff

This is a fabulous nursery, both my children have medical needs and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I know when leaving my children they will be safe, happy and if they need a cuddle they will get it. It is the staff that really stand out at this Nursery. They always go the extra mile and
that is why I always feel so confident leaving my child. They do a lot to develop language, communication and literacy skills and my 2-year-old doesn't stop singing and chatting. I strongly recommend this Nursery. We are very happy there.

My daughter attended this nursery right from the baby room (4months old) right up to preschool and my new baby also will. There's always fun activities from Christmas parties/nativities, easter bonnet competitions, sports days to photograph days and they even make birthdays special. The staff are always
going the extra mile if you need advice on anything. If you are looking for somewhere to send your child to get them ready for big school I couldn't recommend this nursery more. Thank you, everyone, at ABC 123 Day Nursery for preparing my 4-month-old into a confident preschooler. Keep up the good work.

It's a great nursery, very helpful and friendly staff. There's always lots of activities going on with a fabulous outdoor space to burn off some energy. They are the only people who could get my son to have a nap in the day which is a miracle, as my son hardly ever sleeps. The quality and variety of
food given to the children is really great too. I'd definitely recommend this nursery!

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter attends this nursery. I could not be happier with her progress in communication skills, social skills and general learning. She has come on leaps and bounds whilst at this nursery. All the class rooms are very spacious but still full of toys and activities to
keep their minds stimulated. The garden is also very spacious and well kept with also lots of activities and fun areas for children to play in. All the staff have always been very friendly throughout my daughter attending this nursery and can't do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others as it has been great for my daughter, she loves it.

My son has attended ABC 123 for 3.5 years (since he was 3mths old) and the care he has received has been outstanding. The staff genuinely care about the children they look after and I trust them completely. They have made a massive impact on his life and helped him develop into the kind, confident,
funny little boy he has become. He loves going to nursery and always tells me about the different activities he gets up too, he loves the homemade meals and has lots of friends. My child is happy and that's all we ever want as parents and ABC 123 and contributed to his happiness, so thank you.

My youngest son and both my nephews are very happy at ABC 123. The staff are amazing and kids are very comfortable and relaxed in their environment, they enjoy a wide variety of stimulation and play. The nursery is always keeping parents up to date with regular emails and facebook updates.

As a grandad, I've had 3 grandkids go to ABC 123 nursery and each one of them really enjoyed being there when I dropped them off they just run in and start playing with their friends. The staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of nursery work (I witnessed this having been out on field trips).
There is a very pleasant relaxed friendly atmosphere around the whole place.
The play area in the rear of the nursery is very secure and well equipped. I would highly recommend ABC 123 nursery to educate and take great care of your children.
I found speaking to the manager very informative and friendly young lady.

As both a 'Dad' and 'Grandad', I have had many years of experience of my children attending nurseries.
Never before in those many years have I enjoyed being made to feel so welcome and comfortable with a nursery as much as I have at ABC 123.
The children are very happy indeed, I do not believe there
is a more professional and well-run facility available to parents.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming every time I pick up my Grandchildren and there is always a happy 'feel' about the whole place.
You do a really great job ladies, keep up the fantastic work and thank you for all you do.

Hayley Russell

Hayley is ABC 123 Day Nursery's Director, she has owned the Nursery since 2009 and has amazing visions for the Nursery. She is set on making the Nursery a safe, welcoming and educational environment where children are happy to learn and develop.


Karen

Karen Edmonds

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Joined: 2002

Karen has worked here since 2002 and has been the Nursery Manager since 2012. She has a Level 5 qualification in Early Years and Level 3 in Management, she is also well trained in lots of other areas including Paediatric First Aid.


She is the Nursery SENDCO and Safeguarding lead and is passionate about the children learning about nature and the outdoors.

Tracey Glover

Job Title: Nursery Deputy Manager

Joined: 2012

Tracey has worked at ABC 123 since 2012 and has a Level 5 foundation degree in Early Years alongside Paediatric first aid, Designated Safeguarding Lead and lots of other Child Care training.
Tracey is room leader of our Toddler Room and also works as Deputy Manager in the office. She loves teaching the children new skills and showing them how to use tools safely when helping to do little jobs.


Lynsey

Lynsey Ratcliffe

Job Title: Senior Nursery Nurse

Joined: 2013

Lynsey has worked at ABC 123 since 2013 and is Room Leader of our Tweeny Room.
She has a level 3 Diploma in Nursery Nursing and is Paediatric first aid trained, designated safeguarding lead and also has lots of other child care training. She has worked in childcare for 26 years and loves teaching the children new skills, watching them gain independence and accomplish new things.


Kelly

Kelly Bennett

Job Title: Nursery 4th in Charge

Joined: 2018

Kelly our 4th in Charge and has been at ABC 123 since 2018
Kelly is our Baby Room Leader.
She holds a level 3 child care qualification and has Paediatric First Aid.
She has also completed lots of child care training including Safeguarding.
