Partou Little People Day Nursery & Pre-school provides high-quality childcare in Burnley for children aged nought to five-years-old.

The nursery provides children with a safe and supportive environment where they are can learn, play and grow in a nursery that’s full of fun. The nursery has a fun and secure outdoor area, where children are encouraged to play every day, whatever the weather.

The Little People team are highly qualified, experienced and have first aid training so families know their children are in competent, caring hands.

Nursery staff have undergone enhanced DBS checks and the nursery has CCTV and secure door entry systems for added security.

The nursery chef freshly prepares all of the nursery’s nutritionally balanced meals and snacks in the nursery kitchen, providing children with healthy and delicious homemade food every day. The seasonal menu can be altered to meet any special dietary requirements.

Both my children attend little people nursery, and they love it. They are always coming home and telling me about their activities. The staff are amazing and get to know each child individually. They genuinely care about all the children, and it is a lovely feeling to know your child is cared for when
you are not there.

My son has been going to this nursery for nearly 3-years, and he loves every day! The staff are friendly, reassuring and helpful in all situations. He has been in the baby room, toddler room and now preschool, and has had no issues adapting to all, including new friends and key workers.
I can't fault
this nursery and would definitely recommend having had only positive experiences!

I was really nervous sending my little girl to nursery as she has allergies, but Little People DayNnursery have made me feel at ease with her attending. She has been going for a few months now, and in that time, they have helped potty train her and she has come on leaps and bounds with her talking and
communication. Could not fault the staff at all' my little one absolutely adores them.

Could not be happier with Little People Nursery as a parent who suffers with extreme anxiety knowing my son is well cared for is of utmost importance to me and the staff at Little People do a fantastic job of that. He is always happy to go and he's always happy when I pick him up. The staff are kind,
genuine and have never once made me feel judged or looked down upon which is also important to me. I have recommended Little People in the past and it is the nursery I will always recommend in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the job you do in looking after my son and also keeping an anxious mother's mind at ease.

Brilliant nursery. All three of my children went to this nursery. My youngest had/has food allergies and they were amazing at meeting her requirements.
My little girl loves nursery and all the staff which makes me happy knowing my child feels save and comfortable whilst I work.

I am really pleased with this nursery. I was worried about how my child will settle it, especially now when things are more difficult due to lockdown. However, we fell supported all the time and I am thinking that my child really enjoyed being there.

As soon as went on a visit to this nursery I knew it was the one for my child. It is a smaller setting than some of the nurseries in the area but the staff that work here are absolutely lovely and as the nursery isn't massive it guarantees more time and attention for the individual children. I always
know about my child's day from staff when I pick my child up and more importantly I am 100% confident that my child is safe and learning/socialising in the right way with other children. The outside area is only small but the children do not spend vast portions of the day outside and when they do that are always doing interesting activities. I also have every confidence that the nursery are practicing all the necessary requirements online with government-led covid regulations. I would not hesitate to recommend Little People, in fact, I have already and several friends also have children in this nursery. Thank you to all staff who help ease my working mum guilt by taking such good care of my child.

My daughter goes to Little People Nursery at Piccadilly Road. The nursery is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be more helpful or attentive. My daughter has developed so well at this nursery and staff are very aware of her strengths and always give me a detailed update of her day when I collect her at
the end of her session. I can’t speak highly enough of her key worker and my little girl adores her. My daughter has been at this nursery since she was ten months old, and staff in the baby room were just as amazing as they are in the toddler room.

My little boy has settled in so well and come on so much in only a short amount of time. He was really attached to me as his mum but attending the nursery has made him develop much more socially and he is so happy to go to nursery and see all the staff there. I love sending him as I know he will have
lots of activities to take part in and is well looked after. He also has such a strong bond with his key worker which makes me happy knowing he’s cared for.

My little girl loves it here. We have recently moved to the area, been here six months and my little girl has settled into the nursery really well and learnt lots in the time she has been here. They have a great variety of foods for lunches and teas.

My son is not the easiest child to deal with so I admire the staff for coping with him and they cope really well. There have been times where I dreaded going in to hear about his behaviour but they are teaching him how to deal with his emotions and it has greatly improved. Any issues are dealt with
professionally and they listen to your techniques and try to incorporate them into his daily routine at nursery/pre-school.
Thank you for all you do for my son when I cannot be there! It is appreciated more than you know.

My little girl started here in August 2019 after previously being at another nursery. The baby room staff were wonderful with the transition and really helped her to settle and feel secure and now she has moved into the toddler room she’s very happy and loves to go to nursery on nursery days and loves
playing with all the other children.
I really enjoy getting feedback on all the things they have done throughout the week and also all the home-cooked and varied meals they make.
All the staff have a personal touch to say hello and are always all very happy and my little girl is always happy to see them all.
Also, I love all the little extras like the social media posts of what they’ve been up to and some of the extra things they have done, like have the zoo lab come in for all the children to see the insects.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My little boy loves coming to Little People every day and has created great bonds with all the staff. The staff are excellent and are happy to follow your routines from home and keep you fully informed of what he has been up to each day and how he is developing. I also like that if you mention something
your child is interested in, they will tailor activities towards their interests. I had Little People recommended to me and I would definitely recommend the nursery to anybody else.

Really nice teachers, we feel like our baby is being looked after. We appreciate honesty as we are being told what's going on like "didn't want to eat". It is good to know that carers are saying truly if baby eats or not, if cries or not.
