I’ve been using Bole Hill Nursery for childcare since 2016. Firstly for my daughter who attended each room from baby room through to the preschool and now for my son who is almost two. Both children have had great experiences during their time at Bole Hill Nursery. The quality of staff is excellent
and my kids have created genuine bonds with them and other children while taking part in a range of creative, physical and educational activities. My daughter joined a local school with a group of close friends she made at Bole Hill Nursery and these are lasting friendships that have helped her to settle into reception class. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions Bole Hill Nursery have provided a safe and structured environment to give a hint of normality and for that I am hugely grateful. I would absolutely recommend.

I have two children currently in the nursery and both of them really enjoy their time there. The staff are great with them and they come home with things that I haven't done at home but have given me ideas to do so. My eldest has made some great friends and each room has helped him to adapt to the routines
and engage in his learning and playing. I work three days a week so needed somewhere where they will feel secure and want to go each day and this has been achieved. The staff listen to the needs of my children and I am very pleased with how much my children love going into their rooms.

During such a difficult period for everyone, the staff in the Snowdrops room for preschool children have worked so hard to provide a safe and fun environment. For my child, this has been a fantastic thing to have at a time when she has not been able to continue with her other activities or see other

Our son thoroughly enjoys the nursery and has great relationships with his peers and the staff. He feels safe, cared for and has great fun. The staff are friendly and come up with engaging and stimulating activities for the children. The inside hall space offers fantastic play opportunities when the
weather is bad but generally the children spend a lot of time playing outside. The staff share child’s activities and progress on the app daily and give handovers daily, on their day. A strong emphasis is out on developing independence skills and on being a kind friend. We are very happy with Bole Hill Nursery and highly recommend to others.

My child has been at Bole Hill Nursery since March 2018 and will shortly be joined by a sibling also attending. We've been really pleased with the care received from the start and every member of staff we've come across has been friendly and welcoming. The nursery has a family feel, despite being a
large setting. Our child has got to know everyone and has great, secure relationships with staff. It feels as though staff really do care about the children as individuals. There are lots of different activities for the children to get involved with and my child has flourished here. She will be well prepared and ready to start school when the time comes. There has been a lot of investment in the environment and resources over the last few years and there are some great facilities, indoors and outdoors. Being in an old school building means there is lots of space and it is well used. A great, varied menu which is made on site, a real bonus! Competitively priced session costs. Highly recommend.

My child attends Bole Hill Nursery full time, this is a daunting thought for many parents but from the start Bole Hill Nursery were the only nursery I felt comfortable to leave my daughter at. In the last three years we have never had a negative experience with the nursery. The staff are extremely professional
and caring. They take a genuine interest in my daughter's life and always stop to say hello to me too. Safety wise, they have handled the coronavirus pandemic brilliantly, they have good safety measures in place and there has been minimal impact on my daughter. The communication through the use of a parent app is amazing. It is highly valued by myself as it gives me a window into my daughters day. The regular updates as well as the care diary mean I know exactly how my daughter's day has been, which I value greatly. Food wise, the nursery have a really varied menu. Everything, as far as I'm aware, is made fresh and my daughter is never hungry! I cannot rate Bole Hill Nursery enough, it truly is amazing!

My 3 children have different personalities. Each one has been cared for wonderfully well with a full appreciation of who they are and what works for them. Staff are fantastic, cheerful, caring and willing to go the extra mile. A lot of them have been there for at least 5 years, which says very good
things about them. Value for money is good, especially the sibling/full time discount! I would recommend the nursery without hesitation.

My daughter loves attending Bole Hill Nursery. She has developed a strong bond with most of the staff she has been cared for by across 3 age groups, and most of the staff are keen to talk me as a parent about her experiences and progress. The nursery offers a wide range of different activities for the
children. The nursery building and wider grounds are exceptional - unlike others we visited.

Both my children have attended this nursery and enjoyed their time there. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty to do. I love the hall space (like a small soft play) and the outdoor area is much improved. You can speak to your child's key worker daily for updates, and we love the books
you get when your child moves rooms (full of photos and pictures and info on what they have been upto).

We have been recommended the nursery by a friend who had all her three children here full time. This was just over a year ago, our son started very young in the baby group and moved on as he grew. We both work full time and wanted a place where our little one will be very well looked after. We are extremely
happy and our son is too, he became attached to some of the girls here and he made lots of friends already. It is a big nursery and benefits from a lot of staff, our son is very loved here and we started to make friends with other parents and staff as well. The people working at the nursery are extremely dedicated and go the extra mile to make babies happy and in many instances I have seen former pupils coming in just to say hello.


Food is prepared here and they follow a balanced diet, which made the weaning process easy as our son started enjoying all different types of food as he tried them on very early.
The building is full of character as an old Victorian School with plenty of room and a fantastic Tudor Hall which acts as the main playroom where close age group meet and socialise. There is a large outdoor space as well and a back garden where children play in good weather.
We get daily reports and then a larger one in a folder when our son moves age group; it is full of pictures and description of milestones he achieves whilst there , they have lots of activities to stimulate them at all ages.

I find the staff fantastic, very caring and they all seem to know my son by name and he knows theirs. He is relaxed there which puts you at ease. They are very flexible with changing days and the price is very competitive.

My daughter has come on since she has been attending this nursery since 9 months old. The key-worker allocated for your child is good so you can discuss anything.
Brilliant staff. The menu choice for your child is good too. Activities are good and the learning regime.
