After coming here I noticed that my child is much more confident and learning a lot about different things. My child is now happy to communicate and play with other fellows and really happy for my child's development. I really recommend this nursery to everybody for their child's future and good development.

This is one of the best nurseries I have used for my child. Everything is always beyond perfect.

My son has attended for almost 2 years now, he has come so far with his speech and development. The staff were great with his toilet training. They have been really helpful in dealing with tantrums and providing resources to help with this at home. He loves coming to nursery and has made so many friends.
I can't imagine having sent him anywhere.

There was an incident involving my child, I won't go into detail.
The nursery were quick to alert me to said incident. So for that, I'm grateful.
I'm happy with my son's progress since being here and he is and always been happy in his setting regardless of said incident.
Thankfully the incident
has been resolved and he continues to thrive due to certain staff.
Not slating anybody or the nursery in any way just my honest opinion of my overall experience.

My child has being going to Kids Planet Hall Lane for a few months now, I am incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and nurturing environment for my child. Even from my child's very first induction, the staff ensured that both myself and the child felt at ease and happy coming into the setting.
Management are great and extremely approachable, they are efficient with dealing with any of my queries. I can clearly see the positive impact that going to nursery has made on my child, it is lovely to see updates when he is there via the parents app and all the exciting activities he takes part in. I would highly recommend Kids Planet to family and friends. Thank you all for your hard work!

As a mother, finding a nursery where my child feels safe, happy, and nurtured was my top priority, and I couldn't be more pleased with Kids Planet. From the very first day, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism.
My child initially struggled to adjust, but the care and patience shown
by the teachers were incredible. They handled every situation with expertise and compassion, ensuring my little one felt comfortable. Now, my child looks forward to going to nursery every day and comes back excitedly sharing all the new things they've learned.
The activities are engaging, educational, and perfectly designed for their age group. It's been amazing to see my child develop new skills, make friends, and gain confidence. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe, which gives me peace of mind.
While the fees are slightly on the higher side, I believe the quality of care and the joy it brings to my child make it completely worth it.

The staff have been outstanding. My child enjoys going to the nursery. I've had no problems with the nursery's other staff. My child has made lots of progress at the nursery. Activities are brilliant, staff are amazing. Couldn't fault the nursery.

This nursery has helped my little girl become so confident, her speaking has come on loads and loads since being at this school her personality has come out more since behind at this nursery.
I wish I brought her to this nursery sooner because the other nursery was so bad but I have made the perfect
choice in sending my little girl to Kids Planet.
The staff are so friendly they keep you up to date with everything they give you advice if you need it it's the perfect nursery.

My first child had attended this nursery she loved it now my second child is also attending. He races me out every morning just to go nursery always talking about how much he loves it. The staff are lovely I honestly couldn't thank them enough for all their hard work they really are the best!

My little boy joined in Sept 2024 and as apprehensive as I was I knew he would be upset as he's quite clingy but the nursery staff have been nothing short of amazing.
Once he's there he's loving it and he's copying what he does at nursery at home now and it's so lovely to watch him.
The nursery always
keeps me updated if he's had an off day which is rare. I genuinely can't fault the staff at all. The nursery is always clean but also made fun for the children.
Such an amazing setting. My little one is coming on so much at home and I do believe this is from what he's learning and seeing at nursery even though he is very quiet when there. I can certainly confirm he makes up for it, especially at bedtime.
Amazing job by the assistant manager who is taking over whilst the manager is on maternity leave. She's such a lovely lady and a credit to Kids Planet Hall Lane.

My little brother goes here and he is getting so clever every day. He loves food at nursery because he won't eat with us now. He tries to do pictures for us now and likes to try playing games. I think he really loves it at Nursery and he will be sad when he has to go to school.

Repeated physical abuse of my non-verbal disabled child in Kids Planet nursery.
My autistic son who is non-verbal and has ADHD was physically abused on multiple occasions in Kids Planet. The nursery manager waited until the last day of the term to inform us, but she said there was only one female staff
member who carried the abuse. It was a lie. West Yorkshire police told us it were two females. The nursery manager told us the horrendous details of the abuse in person but later on, Kids Planet's child protection officer phoned us and gave a milder/toned down version. We still contacted the police, but the police could only carry out the investigation based on the CCTV footage the nursery provided. The nursery chose to provide only six clips containing the abuse, so we don't know what information they withheld from the police and LADO. Kids Planet's management lied that the nursery had been cleared of any wrongdoing by Ofsted. Police informed us Kids Planet never contacted Ofsted.

Unfortunately this is factually incorrect and inaccurate. Children’s safety and well-being is priority at Kids Planet. A concern was raised by a colleague and addressed immediately. Appropriate steps were taken to address these incidents, ensure transparency, and uphold our commitment to safeguarding children. The matter was reported to management, who followed the correct reporting procedures, and informed the parents the next day.
In line with reporting processing, the nursery worked in partnership with all agencies throughout this process. All CCTV was provided to the police and Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) only. Ofsted were notified swiftly and a compliance inspector from Ofsted promptly visited the setting and confirmed that correct procedures were followed and appropriate actions taken. Records are on the Ofsted website proving we met our statutory duty. The police investigated thoroughly, and no further action was taken.
We are deeply saddened by the situation and this review which could cause alarm or concern. We assure all families our values focus heavily on creating an environment where children feel safe, secure, and form strong nurturing relationships with our team. Our team are deeply committed to keeping children safe at nursery and at home, this situation is isolated and not demonstrative of our culture and values within our Ofsted Good rated setting.

Both my children have attended since being 10/11 months old. Staff were fantastic with getting them settled in and were helpful with storing milk and comforting them as they were breastfed as babies which was amazing. They've both built strong bonds with all the staff and can see throughout the day
they are settled and happy with updates on the app. Been amazing helping both children's speech come along as both have been a little bit late in talking. Love that there's a large outdoor area for them to play in as well. Fantastic nursery, couldn't recommend enough.

Kids Planet Hall Lane are absolutely amazing! I am so glad I chose this nursery for a second time (my first child attended a few years ago). They don’t miss a trick. My son had been getting some red marks around his mouth after eating and they called me after the first instance suggesting that we try
to remove dairy from his diet to see if this was the problem. I was so impressed with now quickly they acted, providing a full new menu and putting the needs of my son first. Whenever you enter the room for the day, they always ask how your child has been and you can tell them without any warning that you want a change in routine and they’ll do this for you. They work so closely with parents and I find this really reassuring. I could go on forever. But to summarise, I am so relaxed leaving my son with them. The staff are caring, attentive, fun and my son has come on leaps and bounds since joining them in January 2024. I would recommend them to anybody! 5 stars all round! Thank you.

I would really recommend this nursery my little girl has just started and she really enjoys it, it has helped her reach many milestones in such a short time. The room is always clean and tidy and the staff are amazing with the children. They work so hard to reach milestones for my daughter to be able
