Our child has settled into the place quite well. They have ample things to play with in the nursery. The staff are caring and bring forth the positives and areas showing concern. They treat the child with the gentleness that the children deserve to be treated with.

My husband and I, as first-time parents, tackled the process of finding a nursery like a military operation: beginning with our requirements and ending with a comprehensive spreadsheet of all the applicable in our area. We visited EVERY nursery on said spreadsheet, an epic task in its own right. After
two months of planning, enquiring, visiting, reading and admittedly, outright snooping, we came to the conclusion that Farthing Wood Private Day Nursery was the place for our gal. You may wonder why I have bored you with the indiscriminate details of my nursery hunt! Simple: to put absolute emphasis on the process behind our decision, to ensure that those reading this review are left in no doubt about our feelings for Farthing Wood Private Day Nursery. As the old Chinese proverb tells us "Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere" and as a result of Farthing Woods' solid foundation, my daughter can follow her desires across the world with the confidence that she KNOWS she has the map in her heart.

I am very happy with the care my daughter receives at Farthing Wood Private Day Nursery. She always speaks very highly about all staff members and is always excited to tell me about her day. She loves singing and dancing and all of the other fun things she does each day. When I was choosing a nursery
for my daughter about 18 months ago I had a good feeling about Farthing Wood as soon as I stepped inside and started speaking to the staff and watching how they interacted with the children. When my daughter moved from toddlers to preschool they made the transition gradually so that she could get used to her new environment and to make sure that she was settled and happy. If you are looking for a small, friendly and caring nursery for you child I would highly recommend paying a visit to Farthing Wood Private Day Nursery

Farthing Wood has nurtured my son through his terrible two's fantastically, The staff are fantastic with the children and are very approachable. My son has bonded well with members of the team and has no issues when being taken in to nursery. Watching my son grow and the excitement he comes home from
Farthing wood with is one of the best feelings you can have as a parent. I would strongly recommend you take your children to Farthing wood.
