We offer term time only or all year-round contracts with various start and finish times to suit personal requirements.
Starting times - 7:30am / 8am / 8:30am / 11:30am / 12:30pm.
Finishing times - 11:30am / 12:30pm / 3:30pm / 4pm / 4:30pm / 6pm.
Our hourly rate for 2-year-olds is £5.50 per hour and for 3 and 4-year-olds £5.00 per hour.
We do not charge for any ‘consumables’ other than our freshly cooked meals provided throughout the day, for a full day this is an additional £3.55
We accept childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare payments, if entitled to 30/15 funded hours for eligible 2-, 3- & 4-year-old children, we can offer stretched funding over the year if required.
Parking restrictions around Town Street, limited parking in Library car park across the road, parking available on the main road.

In my personal time, I love everything outdoors from trail running to open water swimming, and taking long walks with my family and our dog.

Hello, I am the Administrator at Ducklings but I also cook all the meals for the children here on the premises. I enjoy making nutritious meals that children love and some of my recipes have become firm favourites!
I have been involved with Ducklings for many years, firstly as a volunteer on our management forum when my own children attended, I then took up a paid role in 2005.
I love animals and in my spare time, I enjoy walking my dogs with my family and spending time with our horses.

Hello, I'm Kirsty, after 15 years of working in the finance industry I wanted a change of career and started at Ducklings as a mature apprentice. I am now a qualified practitioner and love working with children - they make me laugh every single day!
I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and I have a young bouncy Labrador that keeps me fit - I love spending time in the outdoors with them all. I am a vegan and love all animals.
