Ducklings at St. Margaret’s is a long-established, not-for-profit provider and registered charity, their ethos is to provide quality and affordable care to the wider community. Any profits made are used to re-invest into provision and staff, who are the heart of what they provide, and training - they want to keep evolving and forward thinking with new ideas!

All Ducklings staff are Paediatric First Aid trained.

Ducklings have a mixed age group of staff - from newly-qualified apprentices, right up to staff that might be classed as, erm… ‘very mature’ – so collectively they have a wealth of experience working with young children but are always learning new things.

The team do lots of quality activities every day - they firmly believe that learning is fun and motivating when focused around a child's own interests.

The nursery's aim is for children to feel very at home when attending Ducklings and enjoy their learning experiences in a warm, safe environment – they believe they achieve this judging by the happy faces arriving through the door each day and the recurring positive comments from visiting parents and professionals alike.
