My son loves attending the nursery and interacting with his friends and the nursery workers. His speech and understanding of different things have come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. All the staff at the nursery are kind and friendly and always ensure that my son is happy. They go
above and beyond to help with my son's requirements and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has developed so much since she started attending Bright Horizons Leeds Day Nursery and Preschool. All of the staff are friendly and helpful with the sort of certifications you expect and like to see in such an establishment where you entrust other people to the well-being of your child.


My

daughter always eats and sleeps well there too which is reassuring and has made friends with other children she sees on a daily basis which is great too, we get on well with other parents also which is nice.


The practice manager has been outstanding since day one and was one of the main reasons we chose to send our daughter there. You could really feel her passion and love for what she does and this definitely filters down to the rest of the staff I am sure.


There are regular social events organised which are always fun to be involved in and the homework that is set for the children is fun and enjoyable too.


The fact that they were open between Christmas and New Year was great.

My daughter has been coming here since she was a baby and the progress she has made in her time here is excellent. She integrates on a daily basis with children of all races, faiths and languages, they are all treated equally by the staff and this teaches the children to act the same way.


There

is a wide range of activities to ensure she doesn't get bored. She often comes home, excited to tell me what she has done that day and who with and it is always different. We have noticed her confidence growing in regards to learning new things, which can only help when she moves to 'big' school. In summary, I think this nursery is an excellent starting point for anyone looking for somewhere to bring their child

My daughter has received excellent care whilst at the nursery. Feedback from staff on a daily basis is excellent both verbally and written. I feel confident leaving her with staff and always have done. All staff have always been very welcoming. She is provided with a range of different activities and
new experiences which have really built her confidence. We cannot thank staff enough for the care that she has received.

An excellent nursery, staff are all lovely and very friendly.
I used this nursery for 2 of my children from 6month to 5years and they have been fantastic with both of them. I have been so upset both times of them leaving such a nice nursery.

My daughter has been attending nursery for about a year and a half, she has a really good relationship with the staff and is very happy here.
The staff are very kind and supportive with lots of aspects of life and have supported our whole family through a few challenges. I am so grateful knowing my

My child has been attending nearly two years, over that time I have seen how brilliant all the staff are and how the learning through play really benefits my daughter. The food is delicious and really healthy. The nursery is always spotless and clean. My daughter really enjoys her time here. I have

This is our second child in the nursery and we are very happy. All staff are friendly and welcoming including support staff such as chef and cleaner. All areas are kept clean and tidy and each room is provided with lovely toys and activity areas for the children. All meals are cooked fresh on site and
certainly received no complaints from our two!

I am really happy with the care my son receives at Bright Horizons Leeds Nursery and most importantly my son is. The staff are all caring and friendly and provide feedback on what my son has been doing and have been reassuring and helpful at more difficult drop-offs. They (staff and managers) coped
amazingly well during the floods early this year going above and beyond to provide a professional service, continuity of care and a caring environment.

I am a mother of two children, one who started at the nursery at 6 months old and is now at primary school, and the other who started at the nursery at 7 months old and has just started in the pre-school class. For both my children, the genuine care at the nursery has been second to none. We kept our
second child at the nursery after moving house as despite a 45 minute round journey we felt that we would not be able to match the care, attention and support for development that our children receive at this nursery anywhere else. On a recent school holiday, our daughter said she wished she could go back and be at nursery in the holidays. That says it all to me.
The rooms are all clean with great equipment for each age range, with an outdoor play area with garden and nutritious meals cooked on site by the chef.
The most important factor is the ethos of the nursery which is a partnership with parents. If you have to work, to be welcomed and still have a say in children's care is vital.

The staff at this nursery are better compared to the rarest of diamonds. My little boy has just left to start 'big' school since joining at 9 months old and the level of care he received was second to none. Never have I seen a team so caring and devoted to a child's development and the management are
so amazing. The food is prepared with the greatest of love by a fantastic chef and every member of staff is extremely approachable. Would highly recommend this setting to any parent**.

My daughter has been at the nursery for the last two years (approximately) and throughout this time has had exemplary care. The staff are enthusiastic, positive and always there to help develop their skills. The nursery have contributed to her development massively both physically and emotionally. Cannot

My son has developed leaps and bounds since coming to Tadpoles. All the staff have always been friendly and great with my boy, he will often ask for the carers when at home and is always excited to tell them what he has done when he has been away.
This shows to me the staff have bonded well with my
son and show enough of an interest for him to care for them. I would highly recommend Tadpoles as I don't believe my son would be as developed and polite without the hard work of the team.

Katy

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Katy is the Nursery Manager at Bright Horizons. Childcare has always been her passion, and she has been dedicated to the field since leaving school. Joining Bright Horizons in 2010, she has grown from a Room Supervisor to her current leadership role as Nursery Manager.


In 2020, Katy embraced motherhood for the first time, with her child now attending the nursery. Watching him thrive and settle seamlessly into nursery life, supported by the caring and attentive staff, has deepened her understanding of the importance of individualised care.


Katy finds joy and inspiration in observing the children's learning journeys throughout the nursery. She looks forward to welcoming new families and helping children flourish during their early years.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Joined: 2006

Leah has been part of the Bright Horizons Leeds team since January 2020, initially joining as a Room Leader before progressing to Deputy Manager in January 2021. She is passionate about maintaining the nursery's outstanding care. With a teacher training qualification, Leah brings valuable expertise to the setting, guiding her staff to deliver inspiring and challenging teaching and learning experiences for the children.


In addition to her leadership role, Leah is the nursery SENDCO, supporting staff, children, and families to thrive and reach their full potential through inclusive care and education.
