Our little girl has come on leaps and bounds since she started at Tiddlywinks. She only attends one day a week but we have seen a huge change in her, including how much she now gets involved with other children. The team are all so lovely and it genuinely feels like such a happy and warm environment
to be in. You get updates/pictures on the parent app throughout the day and it's so nice to see all of the different themed activities that they get up to (which must take lots of creative planning behind the scenes!). They enjoy plenty of yummy food and it all fits around your little ones' routine (nap times, bottles etc). If you're in doubt over which nursery to choose, pick Tiddlywinks! You won't regret it.

Overall a great experience, my daughter loves her nursery days and gets excited when we arrive. The staff are all very friendly and seem good at what they do. The range of activities covered is impressive and my experience is only of the baby room.

My daughter is 2 and has been coming to Tiddlywinks since she was 10 months old. She is now in toddlers and the amazing staff have helped her grow so much. They have supported us with her building friendships, her toilet training, sharing, her words and her learning kindness and important values. She
loves coming to nursery 4 days a week and talks about the staff, who have also been so supportive of us as parents. I cannot recommend this nursery enough, we loved the teddy bears picnic and singing carols too around the tree with you all. Thank you for the regular updates, progress reports and how friendly, warm and caring you are with us and our daughter. You really are an amazing team of people and we cannot thank you enough as parents. Even accommodating an extra day when we really needed it and for always being there if we have any questions or need advice. We feel so grateful to have you all helping our daughter grow and shine. Thank you.

I can't say enough nice things about Tiddlywinks, there simply aren't enough words to state how good they are. My daughter has been so happy and felt so cared for there. She is so ready for school because of the excellent work of each staff member. Her love for the outdoors has grown and they have helped
shape her into a curious and sociable little girl.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I can say it's the best nursery you can place your child in. The staff are brilliant and the ladies who look after my youngest are so lovely and attentive with him. He adores them and is always happy to go on his nursery days. My youngest is leaving soon
and I will miss coming to the nursery as they are all so friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiddlywinks to any parent.

We have had two children go to tiddlywinks, I can honestly say both children and we as parents have loved it. It is a very friendly setting and you feel part of their family and the staff care about your children. The learning opportunities all the staff create are brilliant and well thought out to
help the children achieve well. They provide great opportunities from outside providers as well which is an added extra! We loved the fact that toddlers and the preschool room get to spend so much time outside in a well-thought-out environment. The managers and all staff are very knowledgeable and are so helpful with all elements of the nursery, funding, bills to general parenting advice. My little girl always comes out with a smile on her face and full of chatter about what exciting things they have done that day and that to me says it all!

I have 2 children at Tiddlywinks so have experienced all the rooms and think they do such a brilliant job. All of the staff are lovely and have a nice relationship with the children. I have spoken to different members of staff over the years and they are always so supportive and happy to help. They
made potty training a smooth transition for us. There is a lot of work put into the activities and I am always impressed with the range of things they do over a week. My daughter who is almost 4 can now write her name which is something she has learned to do at nursery. We get an update with photos each day and it's always nice to see my children enjoying themselves and what they have been up to. We get told if they have napped and how they've eaten each day too. It has been challenging juggling work and kids but it is reassuring to have a nursery we trust and knowing that our children are happy and well looked after.

Thank you for your review. We of course love planning all the activities and watching children develop along their EYFS Journey. However, we also enjoy building parent partnerships and working hard as you have mentioned to inform parents about their children's day and working with families to develop key skills such as toilet training. We love developing these positive relationships with parents to allow you to feel reassured whilst your little ones are in our care.

Great nursery! Friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve had two children attend this nursery and both have been very happy here. My daughter transitioned smoothly from the baby to toddler room. They partake in a range of educational activities daily.

My little one has been going to Tiddlywinks since March 2023 and we cannot rate the nursery high enough! The staff are amazing - they have spent so much time on our child’s development and keeping us informed along the way. Our child has thrived at the nursery - enjoying the activities and outside time.
We are leaving the nursery soon and will be extremely sad to say goodbye but our child has had the best time and we would highly recommend Tiddlywinks to anyone!

My child has been at Tiddlywinks for over a year now. He started in the baby room and had a fantastic experience there. He came on leaps and bounds! In the last few months, he has successfully transferred into the toddler room and has absolutely thrived. The activities are varied and engaging and he
plays and eats really well there. The care the staff take with him is unmatched and he is always so excited to see them each morning. The staff and management are caring, attentive and keep me very well informed. The management team have also been incredibly supportive with sorting out funded hours in the last few weeks which has been a big help to me.

The main thing I'd love to write in this review is how amazing the staff are. Whenever my son comes home from nursery, he is so happy, laughs and smiles so much, I wonder if he has a better time with the girls there than he does at home!
They do so much with him, so many experiences and so many opportunities
to develop and give him so much care and attention. They clearly adore him and as a new mum, nervous about nursery, that is such a comfort.
After a few concerns about his development, the staff were more than happy to chat to me and give me some reassurance and after over a week of sleepless nights and anxiety, I came away and felt like a weight had been lifted. They listened to me and genuinely wanted to help and offered me the help and support I desperately needed.

My children have been attending Tiddlywinks for years and it has been an amazing experience for them so far. They really look forward to going. They have thrived so much since attending. From the moment we approached Tiddlywinks to discuss our child attending their nursery we have had an excellent experience. Our child was welcomed in and felt instantly comfortable even on the initial visit to look around. Our child has been going to Tiddlywinks for over a year, and they have exceeded
expectations every step of the way. Not only is the space fantastic allowing the children to play and explore including a fabulous outdoor area, but the staff are friendly, caring and great with the kids, plus the management are supportive and helpful for parents too. The transition from baby room to toddlers has been smooth, and our child has settled in well and made to feel part of the “Tiddlywinks family”.
I highly recommend Tiddlywinks, whether your child only goes one day a week or every day, they are cared for and made to feel special by the whole Tiddlywinks team!

My child has attended the baby room since he was 5 1/2 months old. As a single parent I was nervous about him starting so young but it was the best decision I ever made. He settled straight away and the staff are so understanding and keep me up to date with what he does every day.
My son’s development
from starting nursery is incredible. There’s not a day where he doesn’t come home with something he’s made that day whether it’s paintings or something they’ve baked.
Tiddlywinks has become his second home. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the staff and the opportunity for my son to attend this nursery.

My 20-month-old is currently in the baby room at Tiddlywinks and he is thriving there. He loves going and the activities they do with the children are fantastic. The staff are all amazing, caring and compassionate to the children, ensuring they are having fun all the time.


We have daily updates about

what they've done each day and the friendly staff give an extra update when you collect. If you are looking for an outstanding, caring and homely nursery then this is the place you want!

We are absolutely delighted that we chose this setting for our little boy. Our little boy has special needs and absolutely loves his sessions at Tiddlywinks. The staff could not have been more supportive to accommodate his needs. They have gone over and above to ensure that our son has settled in well
and that they have received the relevant training in order to support him. The staff are kind, nurturing and friendly and we are always confident that we have left our son in the best hands. The communication from the setting is excellent and we are always kept up to date about our son’s day. The provision is fantastic and the staff plan creative and exciting learning opportunities for the children. We are so impressed by the range of extra activities planned such as Christmas photo shoots and themed days. The outdoor provision is wonderful! We are so grateful to all of the staff for helping our son to thrive and develop and cannot thank them enough for all of their support.

I currently have my second child attending Tiddlywinks (my son attended from 10 months until 4 years). It is an excellent nursery. The staff are both knowledgeable and caring. My daughter started in May and has settled so well always happy to go in and comes out with smiles. They go above and beyond
I wouldn't want to send my children anywhere else.
