Set in Coquet Park First School, Zone4kids is registered for 48 children aged from two years to eight years. Working with the school the nursery provides breakfast and after school care as well as afternoon wraparound care for children.

Zone4kids provide a morning toddler zone (9.00am to 12 noon).

These sessions are available to existing parents/carers as well as new parents who do not use the school, subject to the North Tyneside school admissions policy.

The aim is to provide reliable and consistent service in a happy, secure and stimulating environment for children, with use of the school outdoor facilities children have the opportunity to exert their energy through the many planned outside activities as well as have time to relax and enjoy a large range of indoor activities.

The nursery is proud to have the prestigious Millies's Mark accreditation awarded in 2018, having this award demonstrates the nursery's commitment to going above and beyond the minimum requirements for keeping children safe.

All staff working directly with children not only hold a paediatric first aid certificate but are also competent in how to apply this in practice.

My wife and I have been very impressed with Zone4kids at Coquet Park First School. Our daughter goes to Zone4kids 5 days a week. She can be quite shy in new environments and after spending a long period in lockdown before attending Zone4kids, we were worried she would not respond well to this new environment.
However, the staff were excellent and helped her to feel comfortable and secure. She now loves going and often tells us about the fun she has had there. We feel fortunate that our daughter can attend Zone4kids at Coquet Park First School. We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work the staff have done, especially during the current circumstances, created by the coronavirus pandemic.

What a wonderful nursery, my son started in December full time at 23 months. This was his first experience of playgroup without me. He absolutely loves it, the staff are brilliant. His speech has come along amazingly and his confidence too. Each day he comes home, it’s as if he’s learnt something new
and it’s special. I’m very grateful to the manager and her team for taking extra special care of him and all of his little friends. Thank you.

My child comes to nursery happily. She loves her key worker and looks forward to being greeted by her in the morning. We are impressed with the importance placed on safeguarding. We have no complaints and are very happy with Zone4kids. We would highly recommend it.

My son has been attending Zone4kids and he loves it! He loves all the different activities available to him, he likes to help the girls too. He was with a local childminder but she was poorly so Zone4kids helped me out and after his first visit he said that he wanted to come back. He now goes twice
a week and is no longer with his childminder.

Zone4KIds at Croquet Park is a lovely afterschool club. My daughter loves her sessions here and is disappointed on the days I pick her up. The staff are caring and attentive and my daughter has made new friends from all years.

The atmosphere at Zone4kids at Coquet Park is fantastic. My daughter is always keen to go and often sad to leave. All of the staff are friendly and show genuine affection and caring towards my daughter, therefore she is very comfortable around the staff. Feedback at the end of the day is excellent regarding
activities, eating and also my daughter's emotion. The facilities are great never overcrowded and offer both basic crafts and some interactive technology. My daughter is never bored. The presence of older children also creates an environment that helps my daughters confidence. Overall the best nursery my daughter has attended.

My daughter has attended Toddler Zone over the past year and now attends the wrap around after nursery. I initially signed up for Toddler Zone to allow my daughter to socialise with more children her own age but have been impressed by her overall development in so many other areas too. The activities
on offer have been many and varied, and she has really enjoyed her time there. It has also made her transition into school nursery much easier as she 'moved up' with friends already made in the Toddler Zone and in a very familiar environment being just across the yard. She now knows the girls at Zone well, so going to wrap around when needed is nothing out-of-the-norm for her and she has adapted to the new routine very well.

I love this nursery and both my boys love it too. They learn so much while there and their confidence has really improved. The staff are all really friendly and answer any questions I have without hesitation. I can't fault it and would 100% recommend it and would use this place again if I have another
