Some very young staff looking after (in my opinion) too many children.
Not enough experience with the function or not spread out adequately.
Unable to get invoices correct which took up lots of my time.
The nursery manager is really helpful when needed but when the trust was lost it is hard to
leave your baby in their care.
Review related to 2-year-old room and no reflection on other rooms.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell since she was 9 months old. She is now almost 3 years and wouldn't be the happy, confident little girl she is if it were not for all the staff at Busy Bees.

My son has attended Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell 1 day per week since December 2019. I can highly recommend it. He has been in 3 different rooms due to his age changing over time and all rooms have been set out brilliant for all different ages. The staff are all fantastic and happy to help/answer
queries and my little boy has so much fun on Tuesdays! I would put him in another day of the week if I could afford it but as with childcare all over the UK - it is very very expensive. I feel something could be done nationally to lower childcare fees but this is not aimed at Busy Bees personally.

Mine and my daughter's experience of Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell is excellent. My daughter has developed confidence and her social skills have come on leaps and bounds. She loves her time at Busy Bees and will always tell me of the great day she has had and what her and her friends have done. The
staff are super friendly and have taken care of my daughter. They have made my daughter feel safe and welcome. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Both my children have attended Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are so loving, caring and I can approach them about anything to do with the children. They have always been so supportive to us as a family. They keep me updated on my daughters progress and any
concerns they may have. She has a lovely relationship with the staff and talks about them fondly. I can leave my daughter knowing she will be safe and cared for.

My son has been attending Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell since he was two years old and we decided to keep him on here until he starts school in September 2021. He struggled to settle at first and the staff couldn't have been more caring and attentive to ensure he was happy whilst he was there. He
always comes out with a huge smile on his face telling us what a great day he has had. The staff are excellent at keeping us updated of his progress. The facilities are excellent and my son in particular loves the role play and the huge garden space. I have nothing but praise for the staff at Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell.

Fabulous nursery and fabulous staff! My sons been going since October 2020 and we've not had a single complaint. He started in the baby room but has moved up to the toddler room. The activities are great and we've seen a really big improvement in his skills. He's quite a shy boy but the staff always
find a way to get him involved and include him in all the activities and play.

Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell have been great with my daughter, she is learning and growing every day and the difference since starting here last year definitely shows. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to both parents and children, which is what you want in a nursery.

We love this nursery. I have had no issues at all. In fact, I have had nothing but incredible support from the manager and key workers during a difficult time last year. The service and extra things they did to make sure my child and myself were okay and happy were great. This has since continued over
recent months. The parent app is great, easy to use and follow. I love receiving photos of her learning and seeing what the nursery are doing to help her progress in the next steps of her development. My child is always happy to go to nursery and is welcomed with a happy face each time she is dropped off for her session. We are so pleased we chose this nursery for our baby. Thank you to all the staff.

My son is very happy here. The staff are really friendly and happy. My little boy is safe, loved and well cared for. He has a great friendship with staff and is always in a great mood when we collect him. The nursery provides a variety of activities and I can see a noticeable difference in his development
when he has been. Food is great too, with varied menus. The nursery are flexible with our work if we need them to be.

Having placed two of my children in this establishment, I can wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell to anyone who is considering placing their children here. The manager and the team are friendly, caring and dedicated to the well-being of the children in their care which is why I

My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and all of the staff are amazing! Everyday that he attends we get a full report of what food he has eaten, what activities he has done and they are always very varied to ensure he has lots of fun whilst also learning. He has attended Busy Bees at Sunderland,
Fulwell since he was nine months old and he has just turned three! They have nurtured his development and although he did have a gap at the start of 2020 due to Covid-19 he returned in September 2020 and has come on leaps and bounds ever since. Every member of staff is lovely and have been amazing especially given the current circumstances with Covid-19. I have always been one hundred percent confident and comfortable knowing that my little boy is in a safe and well managed nursery. Just a big thank you to everyone at Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell.

My little girl has attended the nursery since she was five months old, all of the girls have been amazing with her, she loves coming to nursery. She attends full time and she always participates in different activities and gets to spend lots of time outside in the garden. She has come on in her development
so well and is achieving all of her milestones. She attended throughout the lockdown, everything was so clean and well organised and I had no concerns leaving her. Instead of an awful time she has the best time and has made the best memories. I would one hundred percent recommend the nursery!

My child has attended since ten months old, he is now four. He has excellent relationships with the staff. He is excelling in his development, including reading, writing and counting. I will be very sad when my son has to leave to go to school as the staff are more like family.

My twins have been attending Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell since they were thirteen months old. I was a bit nervous about leaving them at first but I shouldn’t have been. They have moved through two classes during their time and have loved their key workers in both rooms. Both twins have come on
so much in personal and social development, this often is commented on outside of nursery as people can communicate with them with ease. They are due to move to another class and I am excited to see what new changes and developments this brings.

My son has been at the nursery since he was three months old and continues to enjoy his time there. The staff are experienced and they all show a great deal of care and get to know the children as individuals. He loves exploring the outside and they very much encourage this. It has really helped my
son to learn and socialise especially during Covid-19 times where outside socialising has not been an option.
