Can not thank the staff more, been with them for just over 6 years and they have always gone above and beyond with their care for all my children and for us, they provide a great atmosphere, helped the kids in their own ways and just overall amazing people to be around!

Cannot fault Yellow Wellies Day Nursery, what a great nursery. My son loves going to nursery and has recently started 1:1 funded support. My son has a key worker who is amazing and my son has a good bond with her.
The nursery support my son very well. Management are fantastic, understanding and caring.
Great support for the parents too.
I even got the meet the area manager who was lovely.

5* nursery every staff member goes above and beyond, my child is learning new skills every session he attends. Each staff member is respectful and always has a warm welcome, they are accommodating to the needs of not just the child but parents also. I couldn't recommend this nursery more. Every time
there is an illness we are updated accordingly, it's clean and my child is always fed well. I love how they do not do the same activities over and over and my child is always doing something new. Amazing thank you for all of your hard work!

My child has attended the nursery for 6 months now and they are honestly the most caring amazing staff I've ever met. They know everything about my little one and meet his needs every time he goes.
Their safeguarding and child protection are amazing!
I also love the app they use. It's easy to use
and staff updates throughout the day.

Yellow Wellies Day Nursery is an excellent nursery staff are fantastic and so patient with the children and will do anything to help if any problems arise. Meals are well balanced. My grandson has come on so much since starting at the age of 9 months old. They have different activities every day and
in warmer weather, they take the children on walks or to the local park. I would highly recommend Yellow Wellies. Fantastic place. fantastic staff.

Yellow Wellies Day Nursery in Bishop Auckland holds a special place in our hearts. When I first visited to look around for my child, I knew instantly that my child would be safe and well cared for. The staff are very very lovely and very supportive! They couldn't be more amazing with my little boy,
my little boy has been here 3 years now and he's grown well in with all the staff! My child loves going to nursery and he hates to leave and he gets so excited to go back! Very welcoming my son is thriving since he's attended this nursery at a young age! I couldn't appreciate you all and thank you all enough! For all the help and encouragement you have all given.

I feel that Yellow Wellies Day Nursery has provided a very personal service, all the workers and children are like a little family and the care shown by the staff is always noticed. The children are given a chance to learn and expand skills with support when needed with fun messy play. I have experienced
a number of nurseries and feel that the approach taken by Yellow Wellies is so refreshing to see. My children are welcomed with such happiness and smiles every time.

My little boy came to Yellow Wellies Day Nursery due to having a bad experience at his previous nursery.
Yellow Wellies instantly welcomed him with open arms and made him and myself feel at home. The staff are absolutely fantastic with him and so accommodating, the whole time he is there they treat
him like one of his own, I know he is safe and loved when he is there. The staff always take the time at handover to talk about everything he's been up to, he has come on leaps and bounds since starting and I would recommend Yellow Wellies to anyone.

Amazing nursery, all three children have been going here since our oldest started in 2018. All these ladies are absolutely fantastic.
All staff is great with the children and nothing's a bother.
Anything asked is answered straight away and done as soon as.

My daughter absolutely loves Yellow Wellies Day Nurseries! She has come on so much being there. She is constantly doing stuff to improve her development, sensory and fine motor skills. The team treat her like one of their own and nothing is an issue. I recently came into financial difficulty, not a
problem and were with me every step of the way until it was resolved and paid them in full. My daughter is unwell quite often and they are always keeping an eye on her and update me with symptoms and happily give her antibiotics.

Yellow Wellies Day Nursery in Bishop Auckland holds a special place in our hearts. When we first visited to look around for our first child, we knew instantly that our children would be safe and well cared for. We've since had all 3 of our children attend part time and I wouldn't change a thing. The
staff at Yellow Wellies go above and beyond and care is not limited to meals and nappy changes. The staff have been by our side through the good and the bad and evidently work together like a family. Our children have thrived since attending and don't seem to want to come home at pick-up!. They participate in a range of activities, sensory play and outdoor time and we receive lovely photos during most sessions. Our children love the food at Yellow Wellies and it seems that they prefer the chef's cooking to mammy's as they always eat most of their meals at nursery but only pick at their food at home! Yellow Wellies are fantastic and I recommend to any parent looking for childcare.

My son started in July 2024 and it has been the best thing for him. They couldn't be more amazing with him. All the staff are the nicest and are always there no matter what the issue is. It's brilliant picking him up from nursery and hearing about his day and you can see the love and care they have

Faultless, the staff have done everything possible to make settling for my little
boy after a very wobbly start, possible. He is now really enjoying being at the Nursery and beginning to make some lovely little friends with the little people around him and the staff too. I cannot thank every member
of staff enough for the smiles they hold and the opportunities they give, to make the children have such a positive experience at nursery. Every parent's worry is their child being okay, I have never felt so comfortable, the staff here are like my little one's second family. They truly are worth their weight in gold!

Since my little girl started Yellow Wellies in April she has come on leaps and bounds, I was nervous about leaving her to go back to work after maternity leave however the staff were so understanding and helpful and the parent app is amazing, keeping me informed all day how she is doing and settles
my anxiety quickly.
Staff are always welcoming, and caring, make a fuss of my daughter and we get an update at pick-up time. My daughter now goes into nursery, happy, content and comfortable with people she has a fantastic relationship with. We can't praise the nursery enough!

My child started nursery in October 2024, the process of integrating him in has gone well and the staff were really helpful with sorting the new government funding. He has found the handovers hard on a morning but they are always helpful with supporting me and making it less painful to leave. My only
very small issue was on his very first full morning the member of staff that greeted us at his room wasn't one he knew, so he was upset and she also wasn't aware she had a new child starting that day. It would have made us as parents feel much better knowing that the staff were expecting him and ready to accommodate how new it all was to him.
My other small issue is the cost of food/creams etc that is extra. I understand there are a lot of hidden costs and staffing costs that parents may not always take into account, but I feel the money we pay per day is quite steep.

Our little girl is thriving at Yellow Wellies!
From our initial look around, to induction days, to now, all of the staff have been super helpful, and caring and they have a nothing is a bother approach. We know that our daughter is completely loved, nurtured and looked after, every time she is at nursery.
We
enjoy our parent app updates throughout the day too, especially the pictures! We also love the variation of activities and also food during mealtimes, that our daughter is experiencing on her nursery adventure.
Thank you for being the best, we think the absolute world of you, we appreciate you all and feel so lucky to be a part of the Yellow Wellies family.

My daughter started at this nursery in January 2024 and all I can say is wow! What an amazing improvement she's made over the months. I found it so difficult leaving her behind as I struggled to leave her and she hated being apart from me, but the lengths the girls go to are beyond amazing. I couldn't
be more grateful, to be honest. I'm so pleased with how far she's come along. I mean she's practically running to them now, she absolutely loves being there. The staff and the rest of the team are miracle workers. They are so friendly, hard-working and will help your child no matter what obstacle, they overcome it every time. Even when it comes to allergies they are so careful and professional. I couldn't ask for a better nursery! The managers are also so great and so bubbly and friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. I personally feel very lucky to have my daughter go here. Thank you Yellow Wellies you really are one in a million.

The nursery and staff have been amazing from day 1. Helping us transition from not needing them at all, to relying on them to help raise our daughter.
The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you. Last minute changes, working around our schedules, just genuinely caring about us and our little
girl. Making us feel comfortable and in the knowledge that she is well looked after and in the safest of hands.
Seeing the hard work, love a dedication the staff put into their jobs and the children and personal care and attention to each child is commendable.
My daughter has built up some lovely relationships with other children and the staff which is lovely to see. She has also come along so much due to the help and support of the staff.
I can't thank the staff we have engaged with at Yellow Wellies enough, you all do an amazing job.
