I believe The Wendy House sets the benchmark for nurseries and childcare. All the staff are very dedicated staff to providing engaging care that encourages natural development and the little one has enjoyed every moment of her time at The Wendy House.
The Wendy house goes above and beyond in organising
visits and trips to help broaden the experiences of the children, from making their own pizzas as a local restaurant, having an exotic zoo come to visit, to starring in their own movie. All the food served is wholesome cooked food, with nutrition for the children being at the forefront of a well balanced and diverse menu. Over the years having The Wendy House look after the little one I have seen the investment The Wendy House has made into making the facilities even more fantastic for the children. The Wendy House is full of fun, learning, creativity and support. The little one has a treasure trove of wonderful memories that have made her childhood so far an even brighter one.

My son has been going here since he was six months old he is now two and I could not recommend this nursery enough. Excellent environment and well organised for the children, staff are great and really welcoming. The nursery is kept clean and to a high standard which is a big tick from myself. Thanks
for all your hard work girls, it really is appreciated.

Since 2015 both our boys have attended The Wendy House and enjoyed it so much. A fantastic stepping stone for the little ones to start learning, make their own little friends and have fun playing. Staff are wonderful too. So patient and caring. Our youngest will be moving on to school soon and we'll
miss The Wendy House. Fabulous place.

My daughter has been attending The Wendy House since she was ten months old, she is now three and a half and is so excited to go three days a week. She has made lots of friends and moved up the rooms with the same children. She comes home with some lovely tales from the day. Staff are very accommodating
and the nursery is very clean and tidy. Food choices are excellent and varied.

The Wendy House is an outstanding nursery. Not only is the care and compassion of the staff evident on a daily basis, allowing me to feel safe and comfortable leaving my child, but she has thrived in an educational, creative and fun environment. My little boy attended Wendy House from 2 years old. He settled in so well and loved going to nursery. He made a lot of friends which he still sees. The Wendy House care is second to none, I always knew that my little boy was fully cared for with his every need. The girls are amazing with the children,
they really look after them like they are their own. My little boy was so very sad to leave. He still says he misses his friends there and the girls. Definitely recommend this nursery.

Great place, you can tell that the staff really care about the kid's welfare and education. Really pleased that we've sent out son here, as first-time parents we were nervous, but staff have really helped us. We feel that the care and opportunities provided at the Wendy House are really helping our

I feel very lucky that I got a place at Wendy House. I have no worries about leaving my baby in their care as I honestly believe that the nursery workers genuinely care about each of the children and build wonderful relationships with them.
The owner is very hands-on and is part of national working
groups so best practice is at the forefront of the nursery. The manager is very approachable and I love that there is a very low turnover of staff, meaning that the keyworker system really works for the children. All the staff work with you as a parent to make sure that the care is working for everyone and will provide advice and guidance.
My baby is very settled there and loves all the nursery workers, it is a really friendly environment. There is a huge variety of activities happening, play and learning is all well thought through.

The Wendy House is such an amazing nursery. I have a 2 and a half-year-old and 1-year-old staff across both classes are so lovely. My 2 and a half-year-old little boy would cry when I dropped him off and the staff were so nice and patient with him, he would be fine by the time I left the building!
My
little girl has settled so well and both children have come on incredibly, that is to the staff who put so much effort in trying to making each day different. They spend time outside, going for walks and my little boy especially loves this and looks forward to going.

Both of our daughters attend the Wendy House and thoroughly enjoy their time there. They get to spend lots of time outside playing when it's dry, which they love.
The food is of a good standard and varies each week.
All the staff are lovely and make you feel at ease with the thought of leaving your
children with them.
Our daughters have loved their time in every room they have been in and that is down to the fantastic staff.

Exceptional !!!


Our kids love attending The Wendy House. All members of staff are extremely professional, friendly and make a huge effort with every child, I've never seen them not smiling. Our 2 are always happy to go in in the mornings and are often excited about what they, their friends and teachers

will be doing that day.
The Nursery teachers have been amazing with the development of both children from speaking, sharing, playing, potty training, integration and even learning Welsh!
We're really impressed with the safety and security of The Wendy House which is a great factor when leaving your children for the day.
The food options are really good with a wide range of healthy options.
Another bonus for us was the different outside play areas and the fact they get to be outside as much as possible, Joining the Family app and being sent pictures of what they've been doing all week. I'll admit sometimes it's difficult to pick the kids up as they don't want to leave!

Overall the staff have been really good and my child loves attending the nursery. The girls who have looked after my child in the different rooms have all been lovely and I know she is well looked after.

Fantastic nursery from the location, to the staff, to the food. Our daughter especially loves the drama classes provided by an external source. My only feedback in terms of areas of development would be moving to digital invoicing i.e away from paper.

Hi, I’m Julie the Nursery Manager at Brynford. I have worked at the nursery since 2006 joining as a practitioner completing my Level 2 and quickly moving on to complete my Level 3 then my Level 5 in Advanced Practice in 2014. Working my way up through the roles becoming assistant manager in 2012 and then manager in July 2024.
