Kids Planet Conwy is a welcoming early years setting ideally located on Penmaen Road.

Set on one single level, the nursery is accessible and secure, offering engaging environments for every age and stage of development.

The Nursery room is located in a separate portable building, providing a dedicated space for learning and exploration.

Drop offs and pick ups are made as easy as possible for busy families with onsite parking available.

Babies, Toddlers and Nursery age have their own garden in the front, their own little space to learn and explore.

Conwy accept both Flying Start and Childcare offer for Wales funding to help with your childcare costs.

They regularly go out for local walks around the local area, and visit the park located next door to the nursery.

Pre-school children visit a local care home fortnightly which is lovely to see the 2 generations come together.

Kids Planet Conwy has just been fantastic for my little boy. I was so worried about having to put him in Nursery, but I shouldn't have been as the care & love he has had here have been second to none. He was very unsure to start with & would initially cry being left, but now goes in with open arms &
usually a smile for the Aunties. This is a real credit to them, it is the work they have done with him to make him feel happy & safe there. The Aunties are pure gold, no question is ever a problem, they explain everything & share any concern. They get to know your child & that really does make all the difference. I can't thank them enough, they have made the heartwrenching task of having to leave him whilst I work so much easier knowing he is happy. He eats so well when he is there & they have been great with his dietary requirement! He loves getting fully involved in all the activities. Plus the photos (which are just the best) & updates during the day let me know how he is getting on too.

An absolutely fabulous nursery and setting. I only ever speak so highly about everything to do with Kids Planet. My little one absolutely loves coming and loves all the aunties. I can't wait for my other little one to join eventually. My little one is so loved, cared for and looked after when attending.
They understand my little ones' needs and even love for bunnies! Bunny never misses out either, bunny goes on all adventures and enjoys all activities too. Which makes my little one super happy. Every week I see my little one stride in something new and I only have the aunties to thank for this. I can see just how much my little one has learnt so far in not even a year of attending.
May I also add such a warm welcome to us as parents when we drop off and pick up.

My daughter first started this nursery back in 2016 they are all lovely staff and a brilliant nursery, feel very comfortable sending my two other babies here now, and I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My son loves going to nursary. All the staff are polite and pleasant. I am kept informed of my son's daily activities and behaviours. All daily care is documented. I am extremely happy with the care my son receives.

Springfield/Kids Planet is a great daycare for our little one, who has been going since he was 10 months old and is nearly 2! We are always greeted enthusiastically which makes him excited for the day ahead (on the odd day when he is sad I know the Aunties will always try to make him feel better when
I have to leave him for work). I believe he is safe and as parents, we are comfortable in the knowledge that he is well cared for, as if they're a big happy family. We enjoy the updates they add onto the app which includes a care diary where they add meal times (a good variety of food too) and when they have changed his nappies, and there are many activities with photographs which show him enjoying his time at nursery with his aunties and friends. Wholly recommend this nursery, everyone is wonderful; Managers and Staff are all very lovely and friendly and they genuinely have the best interests of the children at heart. Thank you Springfield/Kids Planet!

My child loves coming to nursery.
The nursery is always beautifully clean and tidy, all the staff are very knowledgeable and caring.

Highly recommend Springfield Conwy!
Both my daughters have attended the nursery 3 days a week since 10 months old (now 33 months and 16 months old). This has become like a second home to them, and are both so excited to attend each day! They play and socialise with all their friends, gain skills with
set activities each day, go for walks and trips to the park!
I have an app on my phone where staff can upload images of my children throughout the day and also a care diary which can be accessed through the app and is updated at the end of each day with a full meal diary, nap and toilet updates!
The team are amazing at Conwy, all the staff work great together! They have always been really helpful, patient and reassuring! It's a hard time going back to work after maternity leave and having to leave your baby for the first time, but they have made this easy for me both times and I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they have put into my daughters!

Springfield have provided both of my daughters with amazing care and consideration. The activities and resources are carefully planned and thought about, engaging the children and captivating them. The staff are outgoing, positive and very friendly. It's a lovely setting.

I have worked at the Nursery for 16 years, and have worked in childcare for over 24 years and have lots of experience. I have slowly worked my way up through the company and I love my role as Assistant Manager.


I have an NVQ Level 3 in early years childcare, and will hopefully be moving into to do an NVQ in Management, in the very near future through our very own training academy. I absolutely love my job and can't think of anything else I would rather do, watching a child grow and thrive is such a rewarding job.
