Hollies has been a fantastic setting for our son. They put us at ease from the beginning and were so flexible and helpful when he was ill. He has thrived here since starting and we've seen him develop in leaps and bounds. The staff are brilliant- kind, thoughtful and energetic. I have no doubt that
he's in the best hands here with excellent care.

I can not speak highly enough of the wonderful team at the hollies every single member of the team goes above and beyond with their care and their attention to detail, care, love and commitment to the children. My twins have been attending the hollies for 12 months and I am constantly amazed by the
exceptional environment they provide. My child has additional needs due to prader willi syndrome which includes global leaving delays and specific needs around food and play from day one staff have been incredibly accommodating and understanding. An extra special thank you to my child's key worker who has consistently provided 1-2-1 support, help and vital time with my child. Her dedication and care have made a world of difference in my childs development and happiness. Hollies is a gem and I am so grateful for the positive and nurturing environment they create for my children. Thank you for everything.

Have had three of my children in The Hollies and have all had an amazing experience and have massively benefitted them all. All the nursery assistants have been professional and kind to us as a family. I would always recommend The Hollies to anyone thinking of putting their child into nursery.

I'm so pleased with the care and resources available to my two little boys. They both are so excited every morning to come to The Hollies. It's such a friendly nursery to walk into and the new refurbishments make it so much better.

My daughter attended Hollies for holiday club during school holidays. She was always happy to attend and couldn't wait to tell me what she had got up to during the day, this would include trips to local parks, cooking and craft/ creative activities. I always got good feedback from staff at the end of
day and a written day sheet would be given too.

Our child clearly enjoys her time at The Hollies and is developing well, given a range of activities and opportunities to develop. They are thorough in their assessments and links to the curriculum. They foster a caring and friendly environment for children to thrive. Their effort and use of incidental
Welsh and provision of Welsh language resources and communication is much appreciated. Also their new garden facilities are high quality.

This is our child's first year at The Hollies and they love it. When dropping off our child, we always see the children engaging in lots of fun and varied activities. The Staff are lovely and friendly too. The little diaries they keep for each child is a lovely touch and it was great to see photos of
our child throughout the term when we went in for parents' evening.

My son has settled in well to the nursery having been ay other establishments previously. The nursery has been accommodating and flexible and have made us, as a family, feel very welcome and reassured with our childcare choice. The nursery is a wonderfully happy setting.

My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed and still enjoys her time at nursery.
It is wonderful how parents are invited into the nursery to take part in activities with their children! Activities are fun and my daughter seems to learn something new weekly!
Parents evening was informative and the staff were
friendly and knew my child well! Reports were individual and personal!
New refurbished garden looks inviting! Some areas inside could do with a touch-up with paint but this is no reflection on the care my daughter receives! All staff are welcoming in the morning and know my daughter, even my name!
The feedback pieces of paper we get each day seem like a waste of paper and maybe a more digital approach would be better! The communication at the end of the day is thorough so not sure the paper is needed!

My child has settled in really well at The Hollies, which is credit to the staff. My child is always smiling and happy when I collect him. I love how much my child gets up to and how much care he receives in his day. His current key worker is so wonderful and caring, she is a credit to the team. I'd

Tracey has over 18 years Early Years experience in early years. Starting off at the Hollies as a nursery assistant, Tracey gained her NVQ level 3 and 5 during her role as a practitioner. Just like Kim, she has been a part of the time for over 18 years.
