My son absolutely loves coming to Plantos, and he can't wait until he gets to come for an additional day! The staff are always so friendly and always have a smile on their face. The Eylog app allows me to see what my son has been doing and he is always doing a range of activities. I feel so relaxed
and comfortable sending my son to Plantos and know he is in great hands for the day! Would definitely recommend Plantos to anyone!

The staff at Plantos Nursery couldn't be more helpful and kind, being very understanding in making sure my daughter settled in really well during the uncertain Covid times at what is her first nursery. She thinks of her carers there as her best friends and it is so wonderful to hear her describe all
the things she has been doing throughout the day - particularly art activities, and outdoors on the play facilities at the site.


The app for parents that Plantos use to record things such as each child's learning journey, what food they have eaten during the day, and other useful news (such as times of nappy changes), is always updated in a timely manner, which is very helpful. As parents, we can certainly say that the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Plantos quickly alleviated any worries we had in placing our child in a nursery.

No issues at all. Friendly, interested staff. My son talks about the staff outside nursery. Great updates on the app to put my mind at rest. Love the creative things my son brings home from nursery. My son only attends half a day a week, but I’d have him there more if my circumstances were different

They do not care for children properly. When I came to pick up my son last time, he was all wet and they did not realise it.
My son was not happy to go there. The facility was not bad but they do not offer proper education for the early ages.

My little man started at Plants in January 2021 at 10 months old. I was incredibly nervous as he was a lockdown baby so had little interaction with anyone but myself and his dad. This was the best decision I made. The staff are so friendly and were lovely even though I called multiple times a day in
his first few weeks. I love getting my daily update on the app and photos of what he has been doing. My son loves it there and adores the ladies in his room. They genuinely care. Knowing that he is happy makes dropping him off much easier! The staff work with you to help keep the child's routine and do lots of different activities. There is great outside areas for the children to enjoy (I struggle getting him to leave these!). Thank you Plantos!

My twins started at Plantos at 9-months-old. They’re always very excited when we get out of the car and walk towards the nursery, so for me, that’s a great sign. They are interacting with other children their age and doing loads of varied activities. The staff are great and keep me well informed about
everything that is going on. Highly recommend Plantos.

Staff are super friendly, helpful and are quick to respond to emails. Daily updates are also very helpful in tracking meals, nappy changes and sleep time which helps when picking up the baby and understanding their needs when they get home. Very satisfied overall.

My son started nursery when he was thirteen months old and he settled right in and loves it. The care and attention that they receive is quite good and reassuring. Staff at Plantos Nursery (Old St Mellons) conduct a number of activities with the kids which helps him progress with his development and
learning. The nursery also uses an app which allows viewing of your child's progress for each attendance. The app allows you to view their learning and development needs, send messages to staff and vice versa, as well as view the pictures that staff have taken of your child to see what they have been up to.

My daughter has been with Plantos Nursery for almost two years now and I couldn't have chosen a better nursey for her. The staff on-site are absolutely fantastic, fun and caring. My daughter only attends one day a week and it's her favourite day of the week. It definitely feels like a home from home
for her and although she only attends one day a week, you can still see the difference in her development. The staff update the app on what my daughter has been up to in the day so that I feel involved. The nursery is flexible and they always accommodate my daughter.

My son has attended the nursery since the end of last year for full daycare and wrap-around sessions from a local school. I cannot rate or praise Plantos and its staff any higher. They do a fantastic job even in the stressful times we are in at the moment with the pandemic. My son loves to attend which
reassures me he has an amazing time when he is there.

The nursery staff members are so friendly, fun and helpful. They respond really quickly to any emails you send them or can be on the phone at any time during the day. Parents are sent daily logs which include details on what your child has eaten throughout the day, when they have slept, nappy changes
and what they’ve been doing with their day. It’s so lovely to read these to feel somewhat involved in their day at nursery.

I cannot fault this nursery at all. My son has been there since he was six months and he is now three years old. The staff are exceptional and they inform you of what's going on with your child. The different activities the kids do both indoors and outdoors are amazing, I sometimes feel I'd like to
join them. The online presence and updates are fabulous. Communication with parents is excellent. My son loves his nursery so much. They have been fantastic during the pandemic. If I had a second child, there is no doubt they will be going to Plantos Nursery (Old St Mellons).

Lovely people, who are friendly and caring. I was so nervous and anxious about taking my child to nursery but I have no need to worry about leaving my child there. He loves them all and they do so many activities. He comes home worn out!

My son has been going to Plantos for just over 6 months after moving from another day nursery. I'm so pleased he settled in so quickly and enjoys his days here. It's a friendly and homely setting with vast garden space, my son loves playing outdoors with his friends! That was the major plus for us when
choosing the nursery, but the staff are also a big credit and are really approachable and helpful. My son has developed so much and even during the pandemic I feel confident that he is safe at Plantos. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for childcare in the area.

Great nursery. My child has thrived there over the past few years. The staff are dedicated, kind, loving and my boy has developed good bonds with many of them. He thoroughly enjoys his days at school and I'm reassured by how the management team respond to feedback, have made improvements to the setting
over the years and introduced a specialist learning and development management role for both the children and the staff. Keep up the great work!
