The nursery is great, my child loves to come in, she always looks forward to it. She always learns new things and sings songs at home that she learned in nursery. All of the staff members are brilliant and very helpful.

All staff are very friendly and approachable. They are all very caring and attentive to my child. My child is always very excited to go to nursery and see all the staff, that in itself is how I know they take excellent care of her.

Our baby boy is doing amazing, because of all the nursery staff in the room, they are always going out of their way, supporting and making him enjoy all the activities.
He has settled well, I can't thank them enough, considering our little one was very challenging.

Our daughter always has a wonderful time at nursery - she is constantly learning and experiencing new things. She has many friends at nursery, whom she speaks of a lot at home.
The environment is excellent, with committed, caring staff.
We never have any issues!

Little Stars is a great nursery with friendly staff. The nursery is open-plan and spacious with a good outdoor area. The staff are very creative with the different activities that they do with the children each day. The children get the opportunity to go on outdoor adventures and to visit local areas.

My son recently attended the 3-5 room. The nursery staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive and always seem keen to engage in conversation at drop off and pick up times. They give detailed feedback at pick-up time such as what my son has done that day, toileting and meal times.
The nursery has
a wide variety of resources and materials to support my son’s learning and will ask for information from home to tie in with what they are learning in nursery. I feel involved in my child’s learning as I get an observation on the learning journals to inform me of what my son has been doing and what he has learned. I can also communicate with the staff through this.
The nursery makes use of the garden and outdoor space around them as sometimes they will go to the park, library, community centre and other trips.
Overall I feel the staff in the nursery go above and beyond to look after my son to a high standard and I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My two nieces attended this nursery and had great experiences. The staff were very welcoming and nurturing towards my nieces, myself, and family. My oldest niece is now at school and the staff did an excellent job in helping prepare her for this transition. My youngest niece didn’t settle so well and
the staff again were so supportive in ensuring she settled and she has done so amazing with support from the staff. She has come on leaps and bounds and developed so many skills all thanks to the staff at Little Stars. A fantastic team!

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for 18 months and we can't speak highly enough of the staff at the nursery. The staff in the 0-2 room really helped her settle in quickly and were willing to take tips from us to aid the settling in. They were incredible and supportive during her time in the
room.
She's now in the 2-3 room and the staff have been amazing. They've helped her with her speech development and were supportive and encouraging when she was toilet training.
The management team are approachable and have always been responsive to any queries we've had as well as being active in asking for feedback.
The nursery itself is close to parks, a library, a museum and the riverside area of the city. The staff use this to their advantage and make use of these facilities when they can. The children are often taken on trips so they can explore the local area.
We can't fault the nursery and have been delighted with our daughter's progress since starting at Little Stars.

My son has recently settled into the baby room and I cannot thank the staff enough for for all that they do for him. I was very nervous at first as he is my first child and this was a new experience for both him and I. The staff within the baby room have gone above and beyond to meet my son's needs.
He goes into nursery happy and excited to have a fun day. The kindness of staff is more than I could have hoped for and whilst I’m at work I am content knowing he is surrounded by people he now knows well and trusts.

The staff in the baby room have built a lovely, positive relationship with my son, and they provided me with lots of reassurance in the early weeks when I was worried about how he would settle in. They didn't hesitate to call me or send photos on the times he was upset when I left, and it's clear he
loves attending now. I have to walk a different route past the nursery now because if he sees the building and we aren't actually going there he gets annoyed! Another point to note is that my son is offered a vegetarian meal as standard, and gets lots of variety.

My daughter is in the baby room and my son has started the 3-5s. The nursery is so accommodating to parents compared to others that my kids have attended. The baby room always takes the kids on day trips which my daughter loves. There are lots of nice things to play with in the room e.g. swing, rocking
horse, ball pit etc. She seems happy at nursery and she definitely has built a bond with many of the girls in her room. All of the girls are aware of the children, happy to chat with parents and have time for parents. My son is new but settled in quickly. I can’t actually find an obvious flaw. Anything I’ve asked of, the nursery has taken on board. That’s why it deserves 5 stars. A great staff team. Thank you for caring for my kids!
