Since my daughter started nursery we have found all the staff at Pear Trees to be really kind and accommodating. Everyone has taken time to get to know our daughter and she loves coming to nursery. We are so happy with the care here and they have such a nurturing approach which we really appreciate.

All of the staff have been so welcoming and patient when my little girl started. She soon warmed to all of the kind staff members and enjoyed the activities they got up to. I enjoy the app updates and love seeing the photos.
The garden is great and they spend a lot of time outside which I love! Thank

Staff have been very good and are always cheerful. The catering has improved since suppliers changed and they have been good at accommodating our wishes for diet. Our daughter enjoys going to nursery and has made lots of friends.

The staff always have time to talk, I love how everyone knows my child's name it shows they pay attention.
My favourite thing is the updates you get on the children especially what they eat, I love that. Love being at work and seeing the pictures.

The staff are excellent with the kids. Staff in the Sunflower room go out of their way to make the kids have the best day. Especially with the better weather now - some much to do! Our little boy learns so much and loves every minute. Their outdoor space is amazing and walks around town are often talked
about on the way home. Thanks guys!
Food choices have been a bit strange of late though - meat-free chicken and mushroom pie? My kids eat pretty much everything so I know it's dubious when he doesn't eat his meal.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Always incredibly helpful with any queries or concerns. My son is always excited to go and always comes home in a good mood. There are plenty of different food choices so my son always seems to try something new or discover a liking to a food he didn't previously have. Theres
plenty of activities throughout the day to keep the little ones happy, as well as taking them on walks. The staff always have a smile on their face and there's a welcoming atmosphere. My son has definitely come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery here.

My daughter moved to Church Street in November 2022 into the Sunflower room. The staff within this room are the most amazing group. My daughter fitted in so well. We had issues with going to the toilet but they have not pressurised her and she now goes on her own. She loves going to nursery every day
and tells me what they’ve done during the day. Updates and photos we are provided helps us to keep doing things at home also. Best nursery.

Brillant nursery, staff are amazing and always engaging with the children and parents. My child always has a super fun day at nursery. Thank goodness for all the messy play.
Always plenty of activities to keep children entertained.

Great nursery with very caring nursery staff. Excellent informative app. Staff very happy to help with any toddler training. Always made to feel welcome. My child is very happy to attend everyday. Will try and send any future siblings there.

Very happy with everything at Pear Tree - Church Street nursery. Our wee boy loves it there and is always so happy to be dropped off. He's developing brilliantly. The staff do a great job of keeping all the kids happy and busy with fun activities.

Our little boy started at Pear Tree Nursery Church Street at 9 months old. The staff are very caring and always ensure that he has fun. The team really know him, his likes, dislikes and he is always happy with them. He gets to do lots of different activities both inside and out.

Amazing nursery, my son thrives in the setting. He has a great relationship with the staff and loves telling us about his day. The messy play, crafts, baking and learning experiences are brilliant. Our son loves being outside so the garden and walks out into the community are great. A staff member takes
the time to update us on the running of the nursery and two others take time to update us on our son's day and development including photos.

My daughter is always delighted to attend Pear Tree Nursery Church Street. It makes me so happy to see how much she enjoys her time there as well as how much she looks up to the fantastic staff keeping everything running smoothly.
She learns so much and gets all the support she could need. The staff
are always friendly, welcoming, supportive and informative and are brilliant at uploading updates/pictures as to what she has been up to with her time there.
I cannot fault the care they give to her and am positive that my youngest will have just as much fun when she joins later this year.

Our son started nursery at the beginning of January this year. At first it was difficult for him to be away from us during the day, but he got used to it just within a few weeks. Now he loves going and he always smiles when we arrive to nursery, he is happy to go in. The staff are very nice and caring
and I can see that our boy has built a connection with them. They always update us about his day, what he has learnt and if there are any issues. We've had a very positive experience with this nursery and I would recommend it to anyone.

I feel the nursery is somewhere where a child can feel safe and also enjoy spending time with children of a similar age. Great opportunity to enhance social skills and also learn through their daily activities. Children also get to explore outside in the garden and the local surrounding area.

Our child joined not long after some serious incidents which did cause us real concern. We asked the nursery to reassure us, however unfortunately this hasn’t happened. The staff at the nursery are very nice and our child does seem to enjoy going to the nursery and the app is nice to have when seeking
updates. However, this is probably as far as our positive feedback goes. Recently the nursery group decided to replace the daily freshly cooked food with mass-produced, frozen ready meals from a catering company which was a real disappointment. We raised our concerns which haven’t had any impact on the nursery continuing with them. The Inspectorate reports received within the nursery group last year did cause concern and to date, we haven’t been given the chance to discuss our concerns directly. Instead, we have been asked to leave feedback on this website rather than speaking to us about the reports. Lack of communication, on key issues, is our biggest concern with the nursery.

The families who attended our tasting and introduction sessions were impressed by the quality and variety of the meals. We are continuing to receive good feedback from our children, staff and families.
You could visit the company's website for information on the cooking and freezing processes that guarantees quality ingredients and strict allergen control.
The catering company is used by many Care Homes, Hospitals, Local Authorities, Nurseries and Schools throughout the UK as they too believe this a great catering option for their service. The freezing process ensures high nutritional content, the menu choice is wide and we can tailor it to the service user's wishes.

The Church Street branch of Pear Tree Nursery has been a wonderful place for my son to be. He’s always asking to see the staff and go there on his days off and he’s always beyond excited when we are on our way there. I feel like his specific needs are met whilst he’s at nursery and he has formed close
bonds with the staff. I always feel informed at pick up about how his day has been and any questions I have are always answered. Also having the app to follow during the day to see what he has been up to is very helpful.

Since our daughter joined Pear Tree Nursery Church Street last year we have been so delighted with the care she has received. The staff in her room are so lovely and she loves them to bits.
The nursery has been through a lot of change over the last few months however they have ensured this has not
affected the little ones. The immediate management (the ones we see) are doing a super job.
Activities could be a little more tailored towards the early years curriculum as they can be quite repetitive however our little one comes bounding out daily full of beans, often not wanting to leave!
