Hello.
My name is Lorraine and I am Nursery Manager at Happy Days Too.
I have 23 years experience in the early years sector and feel privileged to have played a special part in the lives of so many children and families over the years.
Since entering the profession, I have gained various early years qualifications including a BA Childhood Practice at Glasgow University. I have had great success managing excellent early years settings which have been commended by Care Inspectorate, local authorities and others in the sector.
I am passionate about providing a high quality service for children and families and understand the importance that early years experiences have on a child's future outcomes. Being a parent of two young children, I fully understand the significance of choosing an early years setting and strive to meet parents expectations through partnership working.
Ensuring that every child feels safe, secure and loved in the setting is key, in order to support children to meet their full potential. Positive relationships are at the heart of our practice to allow us to build trusting relationships with both children and parents.
I look forward to meeting you when you visit the nursery and hopefully join the Happy Days Too family.
