Opened in 2010, West Drayton Day Nursery (formerly known as Happy Tree Nursery) has become a firm favourite with parents working at both Stockley Park and Heathrow alike.

The nursery is ideally located just four minutes from M4 Junction 4, West Drayton Day Nursery is a purpose-built nursery accommodating 97 children in four age-appropriate rooms across two floors.

They believe that the children are at the centre of all that they do. They are child-centred and believe that children should play an active part in their learning. They teach children through play and incorporate British Values.

They work in partnership with parents who they believe are their main carers.

The nursery is welcoming and supports a sense of belonging. They understand the diverse needs of the children. Children are listened to and are encouraged to participate in their education and care. All teachers are expected to attend ongoing training which is provided by the nursery's accredited training centre.

Outdoor activities in the garden are encouraged all year round and the children are taken on regular outings to local parks, libraries and places of interest.

My son has been going for two years (including when the nursery was called Happy Tree before), we've been very happy with the level of care. The staff are all lovely, attentive and caring and they do lots of nice activities with kids. And the menus are varied and healthy which is something particularly
important to us too.

I’ve visited many nurseries but I hadn’t felt that welcoming in any other nursery. The staff and children looked so happy.
The settling-in was quick and the staff made it feel stress-free. Daily feedback is great, they really care about children’s learning and development.
I feel so lucky to leave
my daughter in such capable and warm hands!

My daughter joined the nursery this September and she is having a great journey so far. All the staff members are very efficient and know exactly what is the need of a child. She has grown personally and started doing things by her own. She enjoys her stay at the nursery. We get regular updates of her
daily activities and detailed observation reports periodically. I would strongly recommend the West Drayton Nursery.

I am happy to put my child in the nursery. Teachers are really nice and my little girl is pretty much engaged with them and she loves to go there every morning.

My son has had a great experience at nursery since joining in September. He has settled in well, building close bonds with the staff and friendships with the children in his room. The wide variety of activities keeps him busy throughout the day and the selection of foods throughout the day is a positive
and one of the best menus I have seen being offered in the nursery. I would recommend the nursery to other parents without a doubt. A wonderful place for children to play and learn before going to school.

West Drayton Nursery has been the best decision we’ve made since having our little one. We sent our little boy to nursery at 7 months old, he is now almost 11 months old and absolutely loves his super long days at nursery. The staff are so kind to him, he is super tricky with his sleep and everyone
has been amazing with trying so hard to get him to sleep (he sleeps better at nursery compared to at home!). I love to know what the little one is up to, and the app is great for keeping us updated. Pictures of our little ones are uploaded every day as well, which really makes my day.

This nursery was recommended by our neighbour and she wasn't wrong about it at all. My son joined this nursery in January 2023 and was part of the willow room. Since joining the nursery he has developed his personality so much and has become more confident. He normally doesn't make friends and gets
mixed up easily but he has changed and made friends. He is really fond of everyone at the nursery and all the staff at this nursery are brilliant and very helpful and ready to answer any questions you have regarding your child's care. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for the best childcare for their child.

My son attends here and firstly he come to this nursery due to not liking his old one and straight away the first day he come out laughing and smiling, ever since that first day he has loved it and loves going.
The staff always come out and explain what they did throughout the day and constantly update
the website so we can look at what they have done. All round it is a lovely nursery and I would highly recommend

Started her journey with us as an apprentice and worked her way up to Manager/Principle.
