The Cheshire Day Nursery Latchford & Kindergarten

Nicole first joined The Cheshire Day Nursery in September 2014. Nicole first joined the setting as an NVQ Level 3 Practitioner and went on to achieve her BA Honours Degree in Early Years Leadership. Nicole has undertook many roles on her progression through the company, becoming the Forest School Lead and Kindergarten Manager, the Assistant Nursery Manager before becoming the Nursery Manager in September 2023.

Nicole is a passionate and dedicated Manager to her team and the families who attend the Nursery.

Jess has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2019, Where she first joined the setting as an NVQ Level 3 Practitioner. Jess has progressed and developed during her time at the company and came across as the Assistant Manager of our Latchford setting in December 2023.

Jess is dedicated and passionate about the outstanding education provided to all children and families within the setting.

Amy first joined The Cheshire Day Nursery back in 2019, and hold a Level 3 qualification. Amy has progressed throughout her time with the company from Nursery Practitioner, to Room Leader into Deputy Manager.

Amy supports the nursery and is dedicated to providing quality care and education for the early years.

Kate first joined The Cheshire Day Nursery Group back in 2009 and has worked throughout the nursery during the 15 years service with the company. Kate holds a Level 3 qualification and leads the Baby Room with empathy, support and care.

Amy has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2019, and holds a Level 3 qualification. Amy currently works in our under 2's Baby Room and is dedicated to ensuring all children have access to a rich and meaningful curriculum.

Saffron has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2019 and holds Level 2 qualification. Saffron is passionate about the quality of education and experiences that children access and explore within our setting.

Mel has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2021 and hold a Level 2 qualification. Mel is passionate about the outdoor environment and how this feeds into the children's everyday learning and experiences. Mel leads her team exquisite to ensure quality education is taught to all children.

Mandy has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2020 and holds a Level 3 qualification. Mandy is passionate about the independence and development of children and how this relates to every day experiences. Mandy is extremely experienced with working with under 2's.

Antonia has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2021 and has been working towards her Level 3 qualification. Antonia is experienced with working with under 2's and is a wonderful role model for children.

Michelle has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2021 and supports the nursery, for the development of the children. Michelle is a very enthusiastic character and is a joy to have around the setting.

Sophie has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2017 and holds a Level 3 qualification. Sophie is passionate about the learning environments provided for children and how these inform the skills that we teach each day. Sophie currently leads the Toddler team to provide quality education for all children.

Sophie has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2021 and holds a Level 3 qualification. Sophie is passionate about the communication and Language development of children and is our WellComm champion for the nursery.

Tracy has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2018 and holds a Level 3 qualification. Tracy is passionate about the quality of care and education for children and is very enthusiastic about the ways she can introduce this.

Kayley has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2020 and currently leads The Kindergarten. Kayley holds a Level 3 qualification and is passionate about ensuring children are school ready, in manageable, achievable steps. Kayley's strengths are positive behaviour management and ensuring a robust outdoor environment for learning.

Jamie Lee has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2014 and holds a Level 2 qualification. Jamie Lee is passionate about outdoor learning, incorporating the element of Forest Schools into every day practice to support all children's ages and stages of development.

Sam has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2022 and holds a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies. Sam is passionate about the education that children receive through play, the communication and skills that children need to be able to achieve later in life.

Tina has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2019. Tina works extremely hard supporting our nursery over such busy periods and the children and families really enjoy seeing her.

Joyce has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2016 and holds her catering qualification and also a Level 2 in childcare. Joyce is passionate about providing a healthy balanced diet for the children and will often come and do some baking with them or come and chat about the importance of the food they are eating.

Amy has worked for The Cheshire Day Nursery since 2008 and currently holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and her Forest School Lead. Amy is passionate about outdoor learning for children, catering to all needs and interests, ensuring that each programme is tailored to develop all children's next steps.
