At Little Pebbles Nursery providing a safe and secure environment for all children and staff is paramount to their policies. This nursery environment ensures your child grows and develops to their full potential. Whether inside or outside the building all the play areas are supervised and staff regularly inspect equipment, doors, locks and fences to ensure security and provide peace of mind.

Little Pebbles is based in the heart of the community within the Sangam centre building. The Nursery and garden provide opportunity for a diverse range of activities for the children. The children are encouraged to play outside and investigate the environment on a daily basis.

The aim is to allow children to feel a sense of security and belonging when they are away from their parents/cares; carers feel that this is the key to happy children. Professionals strive to ensure that all children feel happy, relaxed and safe, allowing them than to feel confident in working with them and start developing strong relationship with the adults caring for them and with the other children in their group.

Learning plans, indoor and outdoor activities provide appropriate learning whilst keeping it stimulating at the same time. All children are encouraged to take part in all activities

Children are fuelled with the correct food, fresh air, exercise, play and rest throughout the day, all contributing highly positively to their emotional, physical and educational development. Carers observe each child to a plan around a child’s interest, and then step it up just that little to extend learning.

Open 50 weeks per year (excluding public holidays), 8am to 6pm.

Very informative. They explain in detail through a log of my children's activity during their time at nursery and taking into account the early year stage learning process for children. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent environment for children to learn and grown in.

The staff at Little Pebbles have encouraged and helped our son to settle quickly at nursery. He is now happy to attend and talks confidently and happily about what he has been doing at nursery.
We get feedback on how well he has slept, what he has eaten and how he has been throughout the day.
