Kids@BT9, first opened in March 2011 and offers a loving, homely environment for children.

The nursery was originally two large, detached houses which have been renovated, equipped and resourced to provide a bright and stimulating environment for children.

The baby unit provides care for from birth to two years old. Each room offers age appropriate activities and resources with separate sleeping facilities.

The pre-school and junior pre-school building offers a fun-filled busy day for all the children. The pre-school curriculum is complemented by weekly visits from Jo Jingles.

The garden is divided for each age group with plenty of room to run around, explore and climb on an adventure playground.

The children love to share a story on the large story-telling seat.

Learning through play and developing the six areas of learning, helps the team to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.

Kids@BT9 is a lifesaver to our child where he gets the opportunity to socialize with his peer group. We've seen a massive improvement in his activities after joining Kids@BT9. We are very thankful to the management and especially the staff who take good care of our child.

A truly wonderful team and a lovely first-time experience with creche! My little boy had a tough time adjusting to creche at 12 months. The team worked so hard and communicated so well with me to learn his needs and come up with a plan to settle him as best possible. It worked outstandingly and at 18
months he now adores his time in this creche, he gets so excited to come play when he realizes we’re on our way to creche!
The activities are well planned and super varied, I am always amazed at the effort and thought that goes into planning them and I love the picture updates. The app is a lovely reassurance for me during the day and the team is brilliant with updating it regularly, especially with photo updates. The food is varied and I like that it’s prepared fresh on site. Overall I can’t recommend highly enough.

My daughter has been attending Kids@BT9 since November (she started at 10 months). The staff have been great - friendly, helpful and reassuring with their in-person and on-the-app updates. The app is excellent and really puts me at ease during the day, The range of food offered is lovely. My daughter
is growing in confidence since starting. I am very pleased with our experience of the nursery so far.

Excellent experience. Providing optimal care to my baby. Maintaining accurate records for my child, regarding sleep time, activities, pictures, meals and behaviours. Making sure to document her growing so I will not miss any. My baby loves the nursery because one staff member in particular gets excited
when she sees her. Now she is independent in many things. The staff member communicates very well with this regarding her needs and behaviour. No issues at all with safeguarding. The environment is child-friendly with good access to outdoor activities and the staff member makes sure that my baby has a chance to experience the outside world whenever it is possible.

The school nativity was beyond fabulous - the children were so well trained and behaved - they played, acted and spoke their parts with clarity and confidence. The staff were alert and attentive at all times. We were greeted with tea/coffee/hot mulled wine, mince pies and cookies. The children's costumes
and props were excellent and the atmosphere was one of joy, pride and total entertainment. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

My daughter has been attending Kids@BT9 from 2020. It is an exceptional nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and my daughter is excited to see them each morning. The cleanliness is of a high standard and the nursery has a range of activities on offer, including fun messy play activities (which
is something I wouldn't do much at home). Updates are sent regularly with pictures and what she has eaten throughout the day. I couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough and the A level of care my daughter is receiving. Thank you!

My daughter loves going to preschool and she really enjoyed all activities that were on offer and most of all she loves making her own playdough at the playdough station. Kids@BT9 is highly recommended as they are very good value for money and very good quality care. Preschool staff were amazing and
very caring with the children.

My son gets so happy arriving to preschool every morning. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They really do put so much time and effort into all that they do. I have enjoyed the big bed time read and nativity. My child has learnt so much and is beginning to flourish in confidence. I cannot thank

The best nursery in Belfast! We couldn’t think of anything better than Kids@BT9 for our youngest girl. Our eldest daughter joined the preschool (2021-2022 ) and made a massive impact on her development and overall wellbeing. We were lucky enough to be accepted with our second child and so happy to be
once again part of the Kids@BT9 family. They are doing an amazing job and our kids seem to be spoiled with plenty of love, fun and creative schedule. So many trips to the farm, theatre, zoo, park, museum and so on. I never heard from any of my friends of something similar. The graduation was absolutely magnificent. No words to describe it! Nobody can come even close to these team of professionals for a very long time. Well done to all the staff and if you want your child to be very well looked after I guarantee you won’t go wrong with Kids@BT9!

My grandson attends kids@BT9 and I couldn’t be happier. The love, dedication and patience provided is at a high standard and I know without a doubt my grandson is well looked after. He has made a wonderful relationship with the staff within the rooms and has progressed in his own personal development

Choosing Kids@BT9 was the best decision we made for our daughter!
It was a huge change for her, coming from a different country, and not speaking English very well. Kudos to the wonderful staff for being so understanding and welcoming. She was settled in no time and now thoroughly enjoys being there!
The staff really are exceptional, caring, attentive and appreciative of diverse backgrounds and cultures. They are professional, and truly care about children's development. At the same time, empathetic too.
My daughter has become assertive, confident and is now friends with everyone at the nursery. The days are very well planned, with Jo Jingles, tons of activities, festival days (like Halloween and Diwali!). I also love that the facilities are spotless, and they ensure kids are always clean too. The place is very child-friendly and has lots of different spaces for kids.
The staff also regularly updates the app with photos and observations putting my mind at ease.

Both of our sons attend Kids@BT9 and our youngest is booked to attend (from the summer). The nursery has so many strengths. Partnership with parents is one of the priorities and I really commend the nursery. I have full trust in the leadership. I have always felt that I am encouraged to play an active
part in the nursery experience. The pre-school organises stay-and-play sessions, frequent parental meetings and a beautiful graduation at the end of the year. My eldest child has enjoyed some of the best days of his life at the pre-school. His happiness and well-being are paramount and his love for the teachers is evident.

Kids@BT9 has a solid reputation in the community. A warm and comforting environment. passionate teachers and staff, active and child-friendly place for one's child to school. Their person-centred approach to teaching was really helpful for my son.

This is our second child to be enrolled in Kids@BT9, despite it no longer being close to our work or home. We wouldn't have sent our children anywhere else. Everything, from management to food provision is outstanding. We know that our son is being looked after with the highest level of care and learning
through play using evidence-based techniques. There is a vast range of activities on offer daily, including maximum outside play no matter the weather. A varied healthy diet is provided with choices for dietary restrictions. Our son is content, looks forward to going and comes home happy. The staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgable and very approachable. We will miss the nursery when our youngest leaves this summer - we have been with them for nine years. We couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough!

My daughter has attended Kids@BT9 since 2019. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made sending her here. The child care she received over the years has been so good for her on a personal level along with her group. Seeing the progress she has made during this final preschool year is emotional
as I have watched her grow into an independent, confident wee girl. This wouldn’t have happened without the care and support from the team at the nursery. I will be as sad as is to say goodbye in August.
Please get an after-school care room so we can come back!

My son absolutely loves this nursery. He’s been attending since he was nine months old and he is now three. The staff are an amazing bunch of girls and I couldn’t be happier with the standard of care that he receives. The nursery is also spotless (something that I would always look for), and he’s well-fed
while he’s there. My son is always happy and smiling when I drop him off and when I collect him. I would highly recommend Kids@BT9 to anyone that is looking for a daycare/preschool place for their child.

I recently enrolled my child in Kids@BT9 daycare nursery and I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care they provided. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care about the wellbeing of the children. The facilities are clean nd well-maintained, with plenty of toys
and activities to keep the kids engaged and entertained.
What I appreciate most about Kids@BT9 is their emphasis on education and development. My child has already shown improvement in his social and cognitive skills since starting at the nursery. Overall, I highly recommend Kids@BT9 to any parents looking for a safe environment for their children.
