Overall Experience

My middle child attended Once Upon a Time for four years. On returning almost five years later with our new baby, the same staff are still present. It is a warm, friendly and child-centred setting.
Staff provide children with varied activities and foods.
There is excellent communication. I am reassured

my little one is happy and safe there. We, as a family, would highly recommend it.

Overall Experience

Both of my children have attended Once Upon A Time and honestly, I would never think about taking my children anywhere else. The staff are absolutely amazing, each one is caring and will do everything in their power to help you in any way they can. Both of my sons started there at 1 year old and they

loved it! My 5-year-old still talks about his time there and my 1-year-old always has a smile on his face when we are at the door. They do amazing things to assist children's development, and my son's speech has come on amazingly since being there. The home-cooked meals are wonderful, they smell amazing and are packed with all the things children need for a healthy balanced diet. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! They have been such a big part of my children's lives and I will always be thankful to them for all they do.

Overall Experience

Honestly the best nursery you could send your child to.
My daughter is absolutely thriving here. She absolutely loves coming here and adores all the staff.
The staff are wonderful, so friendly. They give a detailed report every day of what my daughter has done and ate along with pictures.

Overall Experience

My daughter loves this nursery. She started as Flying Start but has now started full days.
She comes home so happy and goes in with a big smile on her face. She talks about all the staff members at home, especially the nursery nurse and the manager. and can't wait to tell them about her weekends and

days out. She is so safe here and is absolutely thriving.
The app is absolutely brilliant. We love seeing what she's eaten and what she's been doing all day.
The activities they do with the children are fantastic and my daughter always comes home chattering about what fun things she's done that day.
The best nursery we've encountered and highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming and happy setting for their children.
Would give more than five stars if I could.
We are all so happy with absolutely everything the nursery does and provides.
It's going to be a sad day when our daughter no longer attends.

Once Upon A Time has been a fantastic nursery for my son, who has been going there for over a year. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and my little boy loves it. His development has come on so much. My daughter also went there for many years, and it was superb for her the whole time too. I would

Overall Experience

My little boy started in September and he absolutely loves going. He runs in smiling and the staff are very welcoming towards him.
I have detailed daily updates with photos and have feedback on relation to his eating (very fussy eater and nursery are helping a great deal in overcoming this).
I have

an older child but have never used a nursery before but can see that my youngest is thriving in this establishment. Would highly recommend.
Security wise - I'm confident that my little boy is safe there and was very impressed with security on his induction session.

Overall Experience

My son had a lot of fun with the nursery when they had their Halloween party. He also has made a lot of new friends since being there and is always happy to see the members of staff when they open the door to let him in.

Could not recommend a better nursery. My little girl has been her since before she was one years old. Her development with speech, numbers, speaking welsh wouldn't have been the same without the team. She absolutely loves going here still and gets excited every time she knows she is going.

Great nursery with staff that really care about all the children. We have been using here since our daughter was a baby and have been through all the sections, she has had great care all the way through. Overall Experience

Once upon a time nursery is truly the best move we made for our children. We moved our son there when he was 3 from another nursery. We really weren’t happy with the level of care he was receiving elsewhere. But since he’s moved here, he’s come on leaps and bounds. My son has additional needs and they

have been fantastic with him. The progress we’ve seen since joining the nursery is amazing. He’s happy going in, he’s happy coming out. The girls that look after him show a real interest in him and care.
Our daughter also attends the nursery. When she first started she knew very few people so we were concerned how well she’d settled. But she settled amazingly and loves going. We love the range of activities they do, the variety of food they have. But what we love seeing the most at the end of every day is their updates on how our children have been and the photos. We leave our children there with complete ease and this nursery is the only one I can recommend. Grateful for everything they do.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous about putting my daughter in creche, but they are so brilliant and are amazing with my little girl. I can relax knowing she is in safe hands.
She is also in such a good mood when she comes home which is great!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since April 2021 and she absolutely loves it!
All the staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help whenever possible. My daughter loves attending and I have seen a huge difference in her development. One of the best elements to the nursery is their

app that enables us to keep up to date with what she's been up to throughout the day.

Love the app they use, so get to see what the boys had been up to.
Updated outdoor space, is a great bonus.

Overall Experience

My son loves coming to Once Upon A Time Day Nursery. The manager is wonderful and clearly loves the nursery and the work she does as it reflects directly to the staff which are just as wonderful and passionate.
My son started during the pandemic which meant we weren't able to go into the setting with

him but this didn't stop him from settling well and us feeling reassured. The nursery communicate brilliantly by using the app, messaging, photographs, sending home children's work, parent's evening, newsletters, social media and much more.
The nursery are always striving to be the best and starting new initiatives and are passionate of the work they do with the children. It has a lovely warm feel to it.

Overall Experience

Both my children have attended Once Upon A Time Day Nursery. My oldest started in 2017 and she loved the staff to the point of referring to them as her aunties. In 2021 my youngest daughter started at just 3 months which is very young. I was able to go back to work with peace of mind and that is all

down to the staff at Once Upon A Time. They are a fantastic team who create such a loving, safe atmosphere.
Both my children have loved/love their time there.
My daughter has become such a little confident baby, she has started to try and feed herself, walk, attempted words and that is all from the skill work that the staff have been doing with her.
She takes part in a variety of activities suitable for her age and eats lovely nutritional homemade meals.
Once Upon A Time Day Nursery is everything I could wish for in a nursery and I don’t think I could ever explain my gratitude to the staff there.

Since our son has stated at Once Upon A Time Day Nursery he has come on with his vocabulary and achieving his milestones, but most of all it’s how happy he is when walking into the nursery and the greeting from the staff that we are so happy about. Also the amount of activities they do with our son
