Serendipity’s Cotgrave is situated in the Cotgrave Futures Community Building, next to Candleby Lane Primary School, based in the heart of Cotgrave and have excellent links with the growing community.

The nursery has three spacious rooms; Babies (0-2), Toddlers (2-3) and Pre School (3-5) which are bright and welcoming.

Serendipity's Cotgrave has a large outside play area with an interactive activity frame, with soft surfaced flooring and fencing around to enable a safe and secure environment with lots of interesting activities to stimulate and challenge children’s learning.

Staff at Serendipity's have a range of qualifications which include NVQ level 2 & 3 in childcare or young person’s workforce, Foundation Degree in Early Years Childhood Studies, First Aid and Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 with the option of developing skills by attending training courses. Staff are able to develop close relationships with the children and their parents/carers, giving daily feedback about the children's day.

Food is freshly prepared and meals are nutritionally balanced allowing children to experience a wide variety of tastes, textures and flavours, whilst also catering for children with special dietary requirements such as food allergies, intolerance's and cultural preferences.

We have used this nursery for the last seven years. All three of my children have attended and one of them is still there now. The staff are all extremely friendly, all of my kids built very good bonds with staff members and other children there. I would describe the nursery as a very welcoming place
where children can interact and have fun with other kids, well being looked after in a safe learning environment.

This is simply an amazing nursery, my children both attended and felt loved and cared for. Staff are brilliant and have helped both of my children to be ready for school. I loved that they are able to pick up and drop off at Candleby lane's F1 class as this has made life so much easier as a working
mum. Facilities are brilliant and I have seen them develop over time to which my oldest comments on things that weren't there when she was!!

We are so sad that our son is coming into his final weeks at Serendipitys. Having been under the care of this excellent team 5 days a week 8am-6pm since March 2015 to Jul 16. We could not have asked for one more ounce of love, caring and compassion from the whole Serendipitys team. Every member of
staff knows every single child's name, and treats each one with complete respect for their unique character. It would be easy to mention every member of the team as being very special but in particular some whom will always have a special place in my son's heart. I can not recommend this facility enough for high levels of learning, support and care. Each member of the team goes over and above to ensure excellence. n.b. the food is always excellent, nutritious and varied.

As a grandfather of 2 lovely granddaughters who have attended Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave makes me so proud to see how well integrated they are with the other children. The excellent staff nurture young toddlers into well behaved children ready for the next adventure into school. Serendipitys

Both of my granddaughters have had the most rewarding experience of attending Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave. The staff are warm, friendly, well trained and have the children's welfare and well being including their everyday activities. It is really lovely to see your grandchildren grow into well
rounded young children who respect others, this certainly has to have come from the skills and attending staff have given.

We attended, with our grandson, a Christmas session that invited parents/grandparents to have a Christmas dinner with their child/grandchild. The food was really lovely and all the children seemed really happy. The staff encouraged the children with their table manners at all times.

Our daughter is extremely happy and engaged at the nursery and the staff do all they can to help with her developmental needs. This month they have helped her toilet train in only 3 weeks.

I have sent two children to Serendipity's and couldn't be happier with the care they have both received. My youngest loves going to Serendipity's and never wants to come home when I pick him up. He is always well fed and has always had fun.

Since my daughter started at this nursery she has improved massively as has the standard of care being given. I think this is down to the change of manager, she is approachable and has a great relationship with the staff and children. As a parent you want your child to have friends and continually develop

My granddaughter really enjoyed her time ta nursery and was sad to move onto school. It was ran efficiently and always to a high standard. My grandson is now looking forward to starting. The food is freshly prepared and is fantastic - it has a varied menu.

My Daughters and I both agree Serendipity's Nursery is fantastic.
The nursery team, the facilities and the overall atmosphere are wonderful.
My daughter wakes in a morning and asks "where am I going today daddy" when I say "to Nursery" she responds with a cheeky smile and a yippee, what more could
a dad want, whilst I am at work knowing my daughter is having a wonderful time, with a fantastic team taking care of her.

Both my daughters attended Serendipity's and one daughter still does.
The facilities are outstanding the 3 separate outdoor areas allowing the children's imagination to run free & be creative.
The fresh cooked food menu is wonderful.
The most important element of the nursery are the fantastic nursery
team, they are so supportive. I am continually updated on my daughters progress, targets and achievements, we are constantly involved in the recent topics they are learning about and so as a parent we are able to carry on the learning at home and create activities based around these. Each member of staff knows my daughter, her likes, dislikes and makes each day as special as the last.
My daughter skips into nursery each day and is smiling and laughing when I arrive to collect her, on the way home she doesn't stop talking about her fun filled, stimulating and educational day, this to me is any mothers desire that her child is happy and safe and I know children attending Serendipity's truly are.

Nothing is ever too much for the staff here. Always there to help with any issues or concerns. My daughter came at 6 months and has flourished and made some lovely friends my son also joined at 9 months and loves all his friends. The staff are personable yet professional. Outside area is amazing nice
to know your children aren't cooped up and are getting out and about and dirty.

I pick my grandson up once or twice a week, the welcome I get from the staff is a great feeling. He loves going and does not always want to come home, he loves playing outside and doing jigsaws. I have also been on a trip to the panto with them, and was made very welcome by all the staff.
He had a
few issues when he started as his parents had split up, but through the patience and work the staff have made him into a happy and very loving little boy. Will be sorry to see him leave to go to school.

My daughter has been there for only 4 weeks but has settled in really well, showing huge signs of growing up and becoming a lot more vocal and confident about herself. I believe it is down to the staff nominated to each child who show particular interest in getting to know their child to the best of
there experience. I would totally 110% recommend this nursery and will be telling all friends and family how wonderful, helpful and caring the staff are towards my daughter.
