Outstanding! Thank you. Everything is about communication, we focus on developing early communication with our Crafty Wizards and aim to have open communication with parents, outside agencies and between our staff team to provide the best opportunities for all. Our team has daily morning briefings to keep staff informed about our Crafty Wizards, activities and much more. Management provides a wide array of training opportunities for the team and doors are always open for a private chat with key people in management. It is heart-warming to read that you chose to move your son to Crafty Wizards. Please do let friends and family know about what we offer, as a small set of nurseries we rely on positive word of mouth as the large nursery chains have larger budgets for marketing as we offer a very high percentage of free entitlement places for our local community.

Thank you for your 5 stars in all areas! Early communication is a big focus for us at Crafty Wizards Pre-School, it's great to hear how your little ones talk to you about their day. All our staff have received basic Makaton training to encourage communication, we use many strategies throughout the day and during small group activities such as our 'Magic Circle Time'. Spell-binding to hear that you feel that you have chosen the right place for your son at Crafty Wizards Pre-School. We know that choosing childcare can be tricky. We won the National NDNA award in 2022 and have won the Top 20 in the UK and London for the last six or seven years for small nurseries! Did you know that we provide locally sourced fruit and veg, dry snacks and milk, available for the children to self-access in the morning and afternoon? Did you know that all our full-time staff are community paediatrics trained, basic Makaton trained, more staff are training for Interactive Music Making, Boogie Mites training, Forest School training and much much more? Our team are dedicated to improving their knowledge and interests, making learning magical through creativity is always a journey because our children are unique and new initiatives help us develop. Please speak with management to find out more about our staff team, food offerings and learning.

Settling in can be tricky for some children, we have lots of strategies to support this time such as our social story with names, places and faces at preschool in it. It is great to hear that our team have had attention to detail and always with a smile on their faces. We want preschool to be a fun, caring, inspiring place. Thank you for your lovely review. We love sports day outside and seeing our parents. Our Crafty Wizards loved it. For the last few years we have been diligent in balancing the risks of Covid, staff that are vulnerable and keeping our usual routines. We have recently re-introduced our parent stay and play sessions every other half term and have slowly been reintroducing our cuddly toys and Crafty Wizard touches. We look forward to a new academic year in September and thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Thank you for your review. We aim to make learning magical through creativity! We look at our 'Crafty Wizards' interests and developmental needs to tailor activities around them. Our daily Magic Circle Time and Phonics sessions provide small group activity time with their key workers and our uninterrupted child-initiated play indoors and out allows our children opportunities to develop independence, personal and social skills and so much more. Our staff team work tirelessly to keep aiming high. Recently our management team went to the Childcare & Educational Expo in London to continue their professional development and inspire teams. Learning never ends and we promote to our Crafty Wizards that if you can dream it you can do it! Believe in 'The Power Of Yet!'.

5 stars - Magic-nificent! We believe that there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing, so we try and get outdoors in all weathers. We have children's wet suits, and our Forest School leader and practitioners promote the benefits of outdoor play and natural play resources.
