Acorn Grove Nursery is a Early Years Alliance childcare service.

The Alliance is a registered educational charity which provides flexible, affordable and quality childcare across England. This nursery is located in Cheetham Hill, Manchester. They offer 65 Ofsted-registered places.

The nursery boasts a committed, friendly and well-qualified nursery team that provides high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged between two- and five-years-old. They also offer some availability for older children up to eight-years-old in the school holidays.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a strong focus on learning through play. Every child has a key person who best understands how to meet each child's individual needs and interests and parents are actively encouraged to become involved in the life of the nursery.

The team establishes a culture of 'in the moment' planning which is a modern approach to planning children's development. This helps to ensure that every child feels involved, stimulated and happy whilst at the nursery.

The nursery is currently open from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, 38 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays and three staff training days, usually one per term.

The nursery offers funded 15 hours childcare for qualifying two-year-old and all three- and four-year-old children. They also offer 30 hours funded childcare for three-year-old children with working parents who meet the criteria.

The nursery offers both indoor and outdoor play and gives children experiences of learning through play

I have attended the parent's meeting. They told me about my child's activities. What they are doing in the class. She told me that they work with him and she tries to speak to him but he is not responding. I am happy with the teacher. I am completely satisfied with her.

Professional nursery with amazing staff, very communicative and friendly staff. The nursery has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's been a wonderful experience for my child and I really have not found an area that needs improvement.

I have had a good experience at this nursery, my child enjoys coming. The staff are friendly, there are plenty of activities put out for children and snack time. My child has now started playing with his bike at home after learning how to in nursery.

One of the best places and recommended. Really happy with my daughter's picking and really supportive teachers. All of the other staff are really supportive. My daughter is really enjoying it.

Acorn Grove Nursery is excellent and I feel like all the members of staff are really helping working towards helping my child in every learning aspect, as my child is a bit of a slower learner but is really improving his speech which is wonderful.

Great place for kids. My daughter has started to develop good communication and learning skills.
At first she was really shy and in her shell. I have seen a lot of differences in her language-speaking abilities, her communication and problem solving skills. She is more active and she is a lot more

I have had a pleasant experience with Acorn Grove Nursery. My toddler did take some time to settle here but they have been so patient with him and have made the effort to make sure he is happy and is enjoying himself there. My toddler loves it there now and wants to go more regularly. The staff are
so friendly and delightful, always smiling and welcoming and they are willing to help with anything and are approachable. I would highly recommend this nursery to parents in the area.

I was initially apprehensive about my son's transition to the nursery, as he struggled to settle in and often seemed upset. However, I am delighted with the progress he has made over time, thanks to the dedicated and caring staff. Their support has turned my initial concerns into genuine satisfaction.

This is such a great nursery.
The staff are amazing. So attentive and empathetic. My child is so happy here and always loves coming to nursery. The staff have ensured he is welcome and feels safe.
The nursery is always trying new activities with the children, constantly exploring with them and teaching
them new things.
The nursery has a diverse range of children and they always treat children fairly and with professionalism. I have witnessed this every time I pick up and drop off my child at nursery and for trips.
