Blue Butterfly Montessori is located in the heart of Pinner Village, a suburb of north west London within five minutes walking distance from the Metropolitan line, straight into Central London. They provide outstanding high-quality care and education for babies aged three months through to children aged five years.

The dedicated and highly experienced staff deliver a fantastic and challenging approach of teaching to children, implementing the methods of Dr. Maria Montessori, working alongside the Early Years Foundation stage. Montessori teachers and Nursery Practitioners offer a wide range of curriculum aimed to develop the whole child to provide lasting functional skills.

Blue Butterfly Montessori is a child centred nursery, which offers natural light in all four of its spacious rooms, two of which offer direct access into the nurseries own private garden.

Both our kids have attended Blue Butterfly. Our son has been there since he was 18 months and he's 4 now and just leaving to go to reception. Our daughter started at 11 months and is still there at 17 months. We love the staff there, who are very attentive yet professional. They have a great relationship
with our kids and make them feel comfortable. The atmosphere is lovely, with great space available for the kids. We love the garden space. Ultimately very happy with the nursery and everything they offer.

An outstanding nursery, great varied and healthy food menu, fantastic use of Montessori learning ways. Teachers have a passion for working and it's shown in the way they treat and teach the children. Will definitely recommend this nursery to friends and will Enrol my new born when he is 1year old.

Nice and easy going staff. Kids are taken very good care of. Vegetarian and nut free, so peace of mind. As a Montessori, they groom the kids ready to go to school. Not too expensive.

Excellent nursery. Staff are very caring and always smiling. They have made my son's nursery experience very positive. He was very shy when he first came, they have helped build his confidence immensely and encouraged independence. The facilities they provide are also lovely, very clean and spacious.
I recommend it to all my friends.

My daughter has been attending the baby room at Blue Butterfly now for 3 months. I was very anxious to be parted from her at such a young age, but the staff team made me feel completely at ease, giving regular and detailed feedback and reassuring me of her confidence and happiness within the room. My
daughter is very happy to attend nursery, smiling when she sees the staff team that work closely with her and often reaching for them before mummy is ready to say goodbye! She loves the extra curricular activities such as Tiny Mites and enjoys having free reign of the spacious room, laid out perfectly for curious little explorers! Since joining the baby room she has learnt to crawl and walk with a walker and we are sure this is due to the nursery space, facilities and encouragement from the staff. They are a caring, friendly team who show my daughter a lot of affection and love which as a parent of a young baby is one of the most important features.

My eldest son has been there since September 2013 when he was 10 months old. He is now in the "Pre School Room" where he has been for 2 months. I have been very happy with the education, learning and care that has been provided at nursery and I have been impressed with his progress and development during
his time at Blue Butterfly. Within 2 weeks of starting in the "Pre School Room" I could already notice new vocabulary and language that he was now using at home. He is very happy and settled at nursery and loves all his friends and the staff. Each room he has been to was very good and we were always sad when he had to leave the room to move on. I am really impressed with the Daisy Club, they do really fun activities. It is often difficult to get my son to leave!
My youngest son started Blue Butterfly 2 months ago in the Baby Room. I was initially worried as there had been staff changes and all the staff who had looked after my eldest son had left. My youngest son has reflux and allergies. However, I have been really happy with how well he has settled and overwhelmed with the care and love he has been shown. I have been impressed with the new members of the Baby Room. We talk each time he goes into nursery, they work closely with me to ensure that they are looking after him as well as they can. They have tried very hard to make sure he is settled and comfortable and talk to me about new things they would like to try. I could not have asked for more!
Blue Butterfly have worked very hard to overcome the OFSTED rating. In my opinion it was unfair as I believe they go beyond what is expected of a nursery and really care about the children that attend there. They now have a Parent Nursery Association which was set up in October 2015 which allows us to feedback any comments we have as parents. The staff and key workers are amazing and do a brilliant job in making sure that nursery is a fun, loving and caring environment where my children are learning and feel safe.

My daughter has been there since 2012 when she was 11 months old and is now in the pre-school room (4 years old). Throughout her time she has grown in confidence and her knowledge and willingness to learn has been improving all the time. The nursery itself is very well equipped in each room and has
a lovely garden to the rear. The teachers since baby room to pre-school have been fantastic and is one of the main reasons I would recommend it to other parents. They have always been friendly, helpful and have reported back progress to us very well. The dayshare email at the end of every day ensures we know what our daughter has been busy with all day. Our daughter will miss it very much when she has to leave for junior school next year!

My daughter has developed a great deal of confindence whilst at Blue Butterfly. She has developed a number of skills including IT, physical education and math to name a few. The staff are very friendly and informative my particular key worker really knows my daughter well and she's very skilled at homing

Blue Butterfly nursery is a very friendly, safe and caring. I have three children, my eldest has been going from the age of 1, now 4 years and is in the "pre-school" class. My twins started when they were 13 months, in the baby room. In the first two months there were staff changes/leaving, which was
upsetting initially, however the management managed and cover for the staff that had left very well.
All my three children are very happy going to nursery and are always smiling when going to nursery. All the staff are experienced and look after my children well. All the rooms have facilities and have age appropriate activities. It is very convenient for me to get to and parking is also available. Communication is very good - newsletters, parents meetings, day-share emails. Overall, I am a satisfied parent.

My daughter is 2 and a half years old and has been at Blue Butterfly Montessori since she turned one. Our experience has been very positive. The carers, particularly the key-workers, are warm, fun intelligent people who take a real interest in my daughter's development. The food is freshly made and
the menu always looks delicious. The management are young and full of energy and very willing to listen to suggestions. The outdoor area is large and well designed. My older daughter went to a nursery in South Kensington which was Ofsted Outstanding and I have to say, our experience at Blue Butterfly has been superior. I hope Ofsted recognise this as their last inspections do not reflect our daily experience of the nursery.
