Job Title: Nursery Manager
Hello, my name is Michelle, I have been working in the Early Years for 21 years and in Management for 6 years. I am passionate about providing the best quality care and learning for all children. I absolutely love my role as a Nursery Manager as I have the opportunity to support and develop my staff team, maintain good partnerships with all parents and most importantly of all watch the children as they grow and develop into curious, independent learners. I love spending time with my family, taking my dog for long walks, reading and swimming.

Hello, my name is Judi Crawford and I am the Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Chiswick Day Nursery and Pre-school. I started my journey in Asquith Windsor Nursery in 2019, as a Bank Support Staff and have progressed my career with Bright Horizons. Over this time, I have gained experience in different positions throughout Bright Horizons, including Nanny roles, Nursery Nurse, Room Leader, Third in Charge and now Deputy Manager.
During this time, I have gained my Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Level 2 in Team Leading and Management.
I enjoy supporting the team to ensure we are providing exceptional care and learning for each individual child, to allow them different opportunities to grow.
I look forward to continuing my management journey at Bright Horizons Chiswick and watching the children flourish within our care!
