Kids Planet Hale nursery is rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted in May 2020 and is based in a former doctor's surgery with excellent grounds and an interior that suits early years learning. A skilled team support children in developing through play and exploration, taking an age specific approach to care and education. The team is passionate about preserving the magic of childhood, at the same time as adhering to the goals of the EYFS. As well as a well-resourced outdoor play area, the facility has its own sensory room and a menu of freshly cooked food is prepared on a daily basis.

Kids Planet in Hale is the best choice I've ever made for my daughter ! I cannot put into words how wonderful and supportive the staff have been from the daycare managers to the staff looking after our kids. Four staff members in particular just to name a few are not just amazing at what they do , but
truly are passionate in their work and dedication in supporting parents transition kiddies into there new nursery life. The support , care and kindness goes above and beyond a traditional nursery. I'm so grateful for being able to leave my child knowing she's safe , looked after and happy .

Our daughter has settled in beautifully to Kids Planet. The staff have been wonderful and really helped with the transition. Communication through the app is fantastic and makes a huge difference. My son has attended the Babies and now currently attends the Tots class at Kids Planet Hale. He goes in with a smile and has wonderful relationships with the staff. All staff are friendly and welcoming, they truly make you at ease and I feel happy and secure that my son is in safe hands in their care.
I have seen my child grow into a confident and happy boy knowing that the staff have helped him along the way. The setting is always being updated with new and exciting activities for him to access and I love being updated with what he gets up to throughout the day with photos and updates on the app. The outdoor area is lovely and they provide excellent opportunities for children to explore the outdoors, both in the setting and the local area.

Fantastic experience. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for the children. Lots of extra trips which add to the nursery experience. They use the outside space which my child really enjoys. Great getting the learning journey updates on the app so you can see what they have been doing. My child
loves going to Kids Planet Nursery, happily goes into his room in the morning smiling at the staff.

All the staff at Hale Kids Planet are so warm and caring to our child. Our child has developed in nursery, learning all the time with the staff's help and support. We feel that our child is safe and happy when here. Communication is superb as well.

Our daughter has excelled during her time at Hale Nursery. The attention, support and encouragement from the staff throughout her three years, has given her an experience she has thoroughly enjoyed, most days running into nursery! The welcoming and inclusive environment has meant that our child has
responded well to the staff, their wide range of activities has helped progress her development and prepared her for her next stage in life. A caring and safe setting and we would recommend Hale to any parents looking for a nursery for their child in the area. We will be sad when it's time for our child to leave.

There are so many positives for Kids Planet Hale, it is such a wonderful nursery. My husband and I were nervous for our son to start nursery, but the staff have been absolutely fantastic since day 1. We love the updates we get on the app and the staff are always happy to provide us with further updates
via phone calls/emails if we need it. They serve our son a wonderful range of food and have catered for our vegetarian lifestyle so well. Our son seems to love breakfast at nursery each day more than anything! There are so many lovely activities each day, themed throughout the year, that we always get positive feedback on for our child's interaction. Overall such a fantastic place for our child, it is everything we wanted for him at nursery!

The staff at Hale are amazing, they are all so welcoming and happy to see my child when we come to nursery.
She absolutely loves it and is always doing lots of fun and exciting things throughout the day.
The variety of food is great and she always eats everything.
The staff take such good care
of her and I couldn’t be happier sending her.
She’s settled so well and come on so much since starting!
I would recommend Hale.
It’s home from home.

Kids Planet Hale have been superb in settling our children. They provide a safe and nurturing environment where they look to educate and stimulate the children whilst having fun. We have a 4-year-old in the pre-school where she is currently being prepared for a school environment and a one-year-old
who recently started. The baby room is a fantastic start and introduction to nursery with such lovely members of staff who offer a caring setting. We have been very happy with Kids Planet Hale and would highly recommend.

I have two children at Kids Planet Hale. It’s a really lovely nursery with an excellent manager and some really wonderful members of staff. I’ve had a couple of small niggles over the few years we’ve used the nursery but they have always been really quickly managed and resolved.
The best thing about
the nursery is the home-from-home feel. Both our children really like to go in and are really settled and happy - what more do you really need at a pre-school age?

All four of my children have attended Kids Planet Hale. The family feel is instantly evident. From the warm, nurturing team in the baby room, through to the experienced and knowledgeable preschool team who have supported my children to be more than school ready.
The management team are supportive
and always on hand to answer any questions. The nursery is beautiful, well presented and the team all clearly care about providing challenging and stimulating activities for children of all ages.
A nursery that goes over and above to support families. On challenging days bringing three into the nursery, the team will help me to and from the car. The additional curricular activities such as stretch and grow which my daughter looks forward to daily. The re-introduction of the hairdresser is an added bonus for working parents.
We couldn’t be happier that we chose this nursery.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Hale since she was 9 months old, and she is now 4. We have had the most amazing experience at Kids Planet. Our little one has developed so much since she started, and she loves it so much. All of the teachers and staff go above and beyond, and I know my baby is in
the best care. We will be so sad to leave to go to big school.

We moved our two-year-old to this nursery after our nursery closed down. The initial show around was excellent this did not continue. Within the month we had moved her to a new setting which was stressful and unsettling for our child.
There was a revolving door of staff in the toddler's room that
were not welcoming, uninterested in being there, and gave generic handovers.
We had to ask multiple times for a key worker. When they were assigned it was a staff member who did not work at times when we would be picking up/dropping off. She did not contact us to introduce herself or learn about our child. In the feedback response, we were told it was actually a different staff member.
I had to chase logon details for the ParentZone app. When we did get this it was rarely updated.
There was an incident when we picked up our child and she was using another child’s dummy.
I was disappointed that after leaving I had to chase what was done about our feedback and issues with billing.

At the setting we do have a number of children using dummies and these can be easily mixed up if not labelled. My little boy starts his journey there from November in 2021 and now he is well settled and learns a lot. The staff are professional and take good care of my little one. He really enjoys being there. The app lets me know his daily routine in the nursery. Their stretch n grow will come back from next
week, I am pretty sure my kid will enjoy it.

The staff are superb and I know my child is in very good hands. My child has had a combination of food allergies which have been handled sensitively and thoroughly with no issues. The app is useful to keep up to date with what's happening during the daytime whilst we're at work and is regularly updated,
and you can customise the information you want to be updated about. We have been using Kids Planet since 2016 and would highly recommend it.

We continue to be impressed by everyone at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hale. Our daughter loves it there. The app works really well and they update it regularly, including lots of pictures of what she is doing. They’ve managed the pandemic really well and there has hardly been any disruption. The staff

I would definitely recommend Kids Planet, Hale. The staff are lovely and really welcoming. They always greet me and my son so warmly and it is clear that my son has so much fun when he attends nursery. The variety of tasks strikes the right balance for my son's learning and development. During Covid19
particularly, the communication from the nursery was excellent and it is clear that the nursery has implemented all possible measures to bring the children back to nursery safely. I always feel reassured when I leave my son at nursery that he is going to have a great day with the team.
