Kids Planet Prestwich was rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in 2015, for the third consecutive time and not only provides the highest standard of nursery childcare and education but also a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and to interact with others.

The nursery is purpose-built and has beautiful open plan rooms, secure outdoor play areas and also a separate roof terrace playground for pre-school children. The focus is on a stimulating environment where children can learn through play, with a separate approach for the different age groups.

Carers look to work in partnership with parents, tailoring services to suit any specific needs they or their children might have. Individual development is crucial and staff prepare children for the new challenges they will experience when they start school.

Our one year old attends the baby room. The staff are absolutely fantastic and she loves them! After only being cared for by family prior to this, they supported her to settle very quickly and always respond to any queries efficiently and effectively. We get a monthly review of her progress in addition
to daily updates. She eats very well with fresh homemade food each day and I would strongly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Kids Planet since December. She loves going and gets very excited when she sees the staff in the baby room. The staff are fantastic so kind and caring, you can see how much joy being with the kids gives them. They take the children's learning so seriously and encourage
the children to learn through play. The updates you get on the app are so reassuring and I can see that our daughter is genuinely happy there. Sometimes the IT goes down and you get handwritten notes on what they have been doing which is lovely but no communication that the tablet is down so can be a bit worrying but I trust the staff completely.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich since she turned 1 and was attending tots (now in toddlers), from a parent's outside point of view, it is an amazing nursery and my daughter has progressed so much since attending. For the price, it is worth it for my daughter's development and progression
and I wouldn’t change it for the world! So happy my daughter is attending Kids Planet Prestwich!

I would highly recommend this nursery. Since our first time visiting we felt welcome, the staff are friendly and my son loves it. He is thriving here and has great bonds with his carers. The food menus are exciting for those little taste buds to explore and the activities are varied throughout the day.
My son especially loves the garden.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kids Planet. The room staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter's key worker is truly lovely and really cares about my daughter's well being. All management are friendly and approachable. The building is bright, cheerful and full of toys and

My daughter has been attending for three days a week for the last two years, since she was one. She absolutely loves coming to nursery, so much so that she often forgets to say goodbye to me when I drop her off, rather she just runs straight into the room without a second glance.
The staff are all
excellent and my daughter has formed close bonds with members of staff in each room she has been in. My son will be starting nursery in a couple of months and I have no doubt he will settle in just as well as my daughter has and this is a credit to the staff and management.

My son has been with Kids Planet since he was 9 months old and is leaving this summer to start reception. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done over the years and offering a safe and happy environment for my son. The girls there are always happy to help and offer the support

My 2-year-old daughter started two half days early June and I can’t fault the care and learning opportunities she has experienced. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff (one nursery worker has gone the extra mile in making sure our little girl is settled and we are reassured) or management accommodating
when it was clear my little one would be better doing mornings as opposed to afternoons. We love the app where you get updates of your child’s day and moments of learning. Our daughter's speech and confidence have really developed over the last few weeks, as she is only two half days we sometimes get a few tears but she is then quickly playing in the amazing garden or many other activities on offer. Thank you!

The constant change in management is the downfall of this nursery. We had four managers in the two years that we attended this nursery. This leads to a lack of consistency and staff are worked very hard to maintain a decent standard. The chain is a victim of their own success as the excellent staff
are picked to go and start up the newest nurseries in the chain. Leaving inexperienced young staff to run the rooms. Communication can be poor.

She has attended two Kids Planet Nursery and both have been amazing! Moved to prestwich due to work but Millie was settled in and staff supported the change!

This nursery is fantastic! I cannot recommend it enough. I have had two children at Kids Planet Prestwich and have recommended many friends. Both of my girls have had such a lovely experience at nursery, the staff always go above and beyond & nothing is ever too much trouble.

My daughters have attended this nursery since they were babies all the way through to preschool. My eldest finished preschool last year before starting school and my youngest moves up to preschool soon. I have always been impressed with the standard and quality of care, especially the progress made
against EYFS in preschool. My eldest was more than ready to start school, she could write her name, count confidently and made such strong friendships. Both children have loved going to this nursery, with the hardest thing being is getting them out of the place on an evening as they never want to leave. All the staff are very friendly and approachable, they provide regular feedback and photos on progress, via an online app, which is great. I would highly recommend Kids Planet. Prestwich.

My twin daughters have attended Kids Planet part time from age 2, starting in Toddlers. Every single member of staff are accommodating, polite, caring and go out of their way to make my children feel welcome. They have a fantastic team from management to kitchen staff to nursery nurses. The facilities
are brilliant offering a wide range of activities to keep my children engaged. They use an online portal to keep parents updated on meals, developmental progress, observations including pictures which I can log onto at any time and see what my children have been up to. My children are currently in Pre School which they love. The team are fantastic and go above and beyond. They have come on leaps and bounds during their time at Kids Planet and are now ready to start their next chapter at school.
