Kids Planet Crosby is honestly fantastic. Professional staff, effective management, always on hand for questions. The rooms and activities go above and beyond. As do the fairs they organise. My 19 month old is so happy at the nursery, eats nutritious food there, it's very clean. Staff are highly qualified
and provide excellent care, fun and development. Outdoor space is large and very well kept.

My grandson went to the holiday club, he had a great time. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. He came home very excited and he told us about all the things he had done. He loved decorating the t-shirt and cap, he didn't take the cap off all day it was very colourful. He told me about playing
on an Xbox with a new friend from a different school. He made lots of new friends and he even tried to plan the next day with them when he wasn't even booked in. I asked at the office if he could attend again and they were really helpful and happy to book him in with such short notice. I also need to mention they have sports coaches that he did not stop talking about, they played football with him in their big garden. He loves football so this was a win-win for him.

My daughter has just started in Kids Planet Crosby in the Tots room. She absolutely loved her settling in sessions and her first first full day at nursery. The staff in the room are brilliant. This made leaving her for the first time all the easier.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet since September 2022. She recently moved into the Tot's room and has really come to life.
The staff throughout Kids Planet are all so welcoming, the Tots team have welcomed her and has really promoted her development with a great range of daily interactive things
for her to do.
The outdoor facilities are also fantastic, my daughter loves being outside so being able to go directly from her nursery room to the garden is a massive advantage. That coupled with local trips out to the park just makes the experience so much more pleasurable especially when she is there full-time.

We love this nursery!
Our little boy joined the tots class last summer. The staff are fantastic! Our little boy had a wonderful relationship with his key worker, who always went above and beyond!
The staff plan lots of creative activities, allowing the children to play, get messy and explore the
world around them. They have great outdoor provision and regularly go on trips to the village and the park.
The staff regularly send updates through the app so we get to see all of the fun things they've been doing each day as well as what they've eaten and nappy changes. It is nice to see these updates when you're at work.
The nursery has good links with parents, they hold parents evenings, you can message your child's key worker, they host a Christmas Fair and invite you to join in 'stay and play' sessions several times a year.
We are delighted by the progress our little boy has made in the last 12 months and look forward to his new adventures now that he's moved up to the toddler class.

We are so happy with how our daughter has settled into the Tots room after moving from the baby room.
The staff are fantastic and she is so well looked after.
She gets a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit and veg.
They do a wide variety of activities each day to help her grow and develop
and meet her milestones. She gets plenty of time outside as well as the indoor activities.
We get regular updates of what she has eaten, how long she's slept and lots of photos of her having fun.
I would recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery in Crosby.

My little girl had been in the Tots room for over a year. We were really anxious about her starting nursery but the staff in the room and her key worker (who is amazing), immediately helped us feel at ease. Her key worker was second to none and the care she has afforded, our little girl. We were kept
updated via the app and contacted if needed. I felt really well-informed about her care. In addition, if our child was off and unwell there was always a lovely checking-in message from her key worker, it really felt that she genuinely cared for her wellbeing. Our little girl has sadly now had to move on from the Tots room and into the toddler room, I only hope we have a similar experience within this room. I honestly feel that the key worker went above and beyond and is the reason for such a positive review, she is an absolute asset to the nursery!

My daughter has only been in this nursery for 1 month after being in a different nursery for 1 year; it was a hard decision to move her but I have to say it's the best decision we have made. Both my husband and I have noticed the difference in her and how much more invested they are with her and us.
I highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children are extremely happy attending Kids Planet Crosby and speak about their experiences all the time. In particular, my eldest, who is in Preschool, loves to talk about her teachers and the wonderful things they do with her daily. I am so pleased with how prepared they have made her for
school as she regularly comes home excited to tell me about the new things she has learnt, although to her they are just fun experiences and not seen as learning at all because of the fun way they are planned. My youngest is very clingy but goes to the practitioners without any hesitation which puts your mind at rest that she very well cared for. Both have recently had to change their dietary needs and the managers and cook have been very supportive with these changes, making them easy to manage. The app is great and is updated daily with wonderful pictures of their time at nursery.

We have a child in the nursery now and our eldest spent four years there and attends after school club now. The whole team are fantastic, always helpful and great with the children. Both my two kids love it and enjoying going. The facilities are great, the house itself is lovely and the garden is always
being updated with plenty to do for all ages. I would and have recommended the nursery to friends and family.

A lovely nursery my little girl is very happy and well looked after. My daughter does so many activities and learns so much. I would recommend this nursery very much.

I just absolutely love this nursery. They are constantly thinking of new ideas and ways every day to be creative and explore new ideas with the children. When the kids are playing around or crafting the nursey is very chilled and relaxed. They send me notifications every day to update me with little
pictures and notes of what my child has been up to. My child is usually very clingy, and he always goes in without crying - which I think also speaks volumes. He must obviously feel very safe there. I love it when he comes home with a little picture or painting. I also love that he gets the opportunity to socialise with other children, especially during such isolating times.

The nursery is good I found my little girl is not the best at settling in but working with the nursery has helped her calm down going in snd know it is a safe place. There is still work to be done on this but myself and the nursery are working together to do this so she is happy going of a morning.

Our son started here in September 2019 aged 3 and it was a shock for him. He struggled with separation anxiety, which we didn’t expect, however, the staff were always so attentive and nurturing. Then lockdown happened... Kids Planet Crosby brought us a lovely canvas bag full of resources to use at home-
and we did! Our son enjoyed them all AND watching the staffs videos on Facebook. When he returned in September 2020, he was ready for it and was a completely different child! The staff were/are more amazing than before in terms of being thorough with updates verbally and on the app. It’s actually better standing at the front door to drop off and pick up too as there is more time for parent/ staff conversations. All the staff in pre-school are fantastic, but I feel a special mention has to go to the keyworker for her care, encouragement, observations and dedication to child development- thank you.

Lovely nursery, the staff are very friendly and always update us on my child's progress.
I LOVE THE PARENT ZONE APP.
It is updated regularly with photos and comments about what my child has done and eaten.
My child takes part in lots of arts and crafts. Despite the photos showing how messy she gets.
She is always given back to us clean and happy.

Brilliant nursery, I was very nervous leaving him with anyone - I feel really comfortable with him being there and even though he is clumsy I have no concerns.


He wasn't very well and I wasn't for over 4 weeks and they followed good practices but also reassured me it is perfectly normal as to be

honest in a pandemic I don't know what is and isn't ok cold wise.


He is coming on and growing so quickly so thanks so much.

We absolutely love this nursery. My son settled in really well and has enjoyed being in every room but especially loved preschool. The teachers are amazing with he children and they got him ready for school. The office staff are really helpful and flexible will always help out with extra days when they

Kids Planet Crosby have always gone above and beyond for our son. They really know the children and their individual personalities and needs and actively encourage and drive development. The facilities are amazing, from on-site animals (tortoise, giant snails and chicks) to teach caring responsibilities
from an early age to extensive outdoor facilities for the rough and tumble times we all need to build resilience. Everything is provided for your child, so there is no requirement to top up nappies and creams like other nurseries we have experienced. Our child loves the food that is prepared and cooked onsite. We have noticed the improvement in his development from being back at Kids Planet Crosby compared to being at home during the lockdown. They even provided at-home learning kits and support during this time. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable, and fast to respond to enquiries. I would recommend them without hesitation.
