Kids Planet Crosby is located in Crosby and surrounded by beautiful green spaces, providing children with the fresh air and outdoor fun.

The nursery provides high-quality care and education for babies from six weeks old to pre-school age, with each room equipped with age appropriate furniture and resources.

The Crosby Nursery employs professional early years practitioners who make the most of a safe, friendly and family atmosphere in order to see children develop in a healthy manner.

My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet for 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are lovely and the meals they serve at nursery make me want to go!!

I have always had a great experience with this nursery.
My children love to attend and the staff and management are caring and kind.
I have used it for 8 years now with different stages of after school clubs and full-time nursery.
I was especially pleased with how they supported parents and children
through the current pandemic and nothing was a problem. Their adaption for each government guideline change is well implemented and communicated.
Would recommend to all friends and family 100%.

Kids Planet Crosby was the best decision I could have made for my son, he started aged 1 and left aged 4, ready for school. He was looked after so well by all the staff here, I was always kept up to date on what he had been up to and he developed very special relationships with his key workers. The
managers are excellent - friendly and approachable.
I would highly recommend Kids Planet Crosby.

Our little boy started nursery in August and we feel that we really made the right decision choosing Kids Planet in Crosby. The staff are very kind and helpful, and our little one loves being there. The children get healthy and nutritious food and they get to be outside a lot, which were both important
in our choice. I would absolutely recommend this nursery!

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff who genuinely care about the children. Always very helpful and happy to go the extra mile for children and their families. My son has attended Kids Planet Crosby since he was 9 months old- he’s 2 next month and is still loving the days he spends there. All of his key workers so far have been very attentive and always update the app with things my son is doing throughout the day - from painting and playing outside - to dancing
and learning new words! My son is happy to walk into nursery with no tears and I feel happy and confident leaving him there. All the staff are always friendly and really helpful. I’m due my next baby in a couple of months and won’t hesitate to send them there when I go back to work! Fab all round!

Our son loves going to nursery and has always had a great relationship with the staff, especially with his keyworker.
Getting updates on food, nappy changes and sleeps is reassuring when you are away from your child. The highlight of our day is receiving a 'moment' which shows an activity he is doing
in the day and along with the 'observations' which measure his development against the EYFS framework highlights his development which is supported by nursery.

My child started in August and I’ve been so happy with this nursery from day one. The team in tots have helped me feel so confident leaving my baby while I work. He settled so quickly and I know it’s down to their care and attention. He’s learnt so many new things already, I can’t wait to see what he
does next! The parent zone app with updates brightens my day at work I feel like I know what he’s doing without me! Fabulous setting!

I have used kids planet daycare and wrap around for around 4 years now for my 2 children. All of the staff looking after my children have been lovely. I have also used the holiday club. The managers are very helpful and always get back to me with any queries.
My only issue is that my bill has been
incorrect several times and I’ve had to contact the finance office a couple of times to amend bills having overpaid and once I was even only billed for one child which I had to draw to their attention. It is more expensive than a childminder, but the early drop off and later pick up is really helpful for our shifts and allows me time to collect the children even if I am slightly held up in work.
The car park gets extremely busy at pick up time which can be stressful. I wish the car park was bigger for the number of children that attend.

The staff at Kids Planet are warm and welcoming. My daughter is cared for well and thoroughly enjoys attending. The nursery provides excellent enrichment activities that stretch her knowledge and understanding, within a secure environment. Communication with the nursery is good; it’s lovely to see observations

Both my children attend and are well looked after by people who clearly care about them, they have formed a lovely bond with the staff. They do a varied range of activities and spend a lot of time outside which I feel is important.

My children have attended this nursery since they were ten months of age. I can offer nothing but the highest praise and recommendations for the management, room leaders, chef, cleaners etc. I have extremely high standards for what I expect for my children in order for me to feel assured in leaving
them in the care of others; this literally feels like leaving them with family members. During Covid they have been unbelievably supportive, adaptive, and empathetic. You just cannot put a price on this level of professionalism and genuine care.

My daughter is always so happy to come to nursery. She loves to tell us all the exciting things she got up to in the day and the new friends she has made.
She has come along so much since we have put her in for the extra half-day and I owe this to the staff. She loves you all so much and this is all
I ask.
She is more confident, better mannered and is so outgoing and I owe the nursery for a lot of it.
The only thing I miss is the lack of photos and updates. We used to get daily photos and reports but don't seem to get them anymore. However, I know at the moment that is probably harder than I am giving credit.

A fantastic childcare provider. My son has been at Kids Planet Crosby since he was 10-months-old, rising through the ranks of Baby Room, Tots and more recently, Toddlers. I honestly cannot fault the team there, my son has received the most amazing care from his key persons and all the staff and management
at the nursery who can't do enough for him (and us); his strengths have been celebrated and nurtured and his development areas have been encouraged consistently and effectively. He's thrived in their care. So much so that my daughter will be joining in September of this year. They're both in very good hands.

My son started Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Crosby in February 2020 and from the tour of the nursery to his settling in days to his start date the staff have been faultless. It feels like a home from home and I am more than happy with my decision to choose this nursery. The baby room staff, in particular,
are exceptional ladies and my son is set to enjoy many happy, fun-filled days at nursery. Keep us the good work Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Crosby.

The staff are loving and give both of my children and all their caregivers time. We're always greeted with a smile. They show interest in the children's learning and development. I feel comfortable asking for further information.
Most importantly, they provide cuddles if they're sad which means a lot
when I have to be in work.

I love this nursery. Everything I've seen has been professional and caring. They provide learning and lots of outdoor play. My child is in the preschool and I can honestly say all the staff are fabulous.
Daily updates with photos which I love as it reassures me and if I feel anxious I can pop on their
CCTV to check.
Great place.
