Thank you for your review we are not sure why you felt this way as we worked with you through your situation and would do the same for any child 1. Safeguarding children is the most fundamental part of the responsibility for us and we feel confident that we carried out everything we could do correctly. 2. We did have a major staffing change. We are currently getting busier and we are taking on new staff. This is why you've seen new faces. All staff are given thorough training and are expected to be outstanding in their practice, this does take some time. 3. Our ratio management is higher than the Ofsted requirements, and we pride ourselves on a high standard of childcare. 4. We are always respectful as an inclusive practice and dispute that we were rude or disrespectful. We pride ourselves on our professionalism. We tried to support you and your family through our efforts and we have reviewed your complaint and do not feel that your concerns require further action.
