Kids Planet Church Walk opened in March 2013 as Twinkles nursery; they were welcomed into the Kids Planet team in April 2022. The nursery has six light and airy rooms alongside a well-equipped outdoor play area. A state-of-the-art fingerprint entry system, magnetic locking doors and an intercom system ensure the children's safety is paramount. Kids Planet also has a high commitment to safeguarding.

Kids Planet strive to give children the best start to life by giving them the confidence to play and learn about the world around them. All children are nurtured and encouraged as they discover their own unique personality and take part in a wide variety of activities to boost their imagination and social skills. Qualified and experienced practitioners help children to learn new skills and develop confidently towards school life.

Parents are kept up-to-date with their child's development and are invited in for regular parent partnership meetings. A monthly newsletter, themed stay and play sessions and fun family events ensure parents become part of the Kids Planet family.

My son has attended Twinkles/Kids Planet for the last eighteen months and we have been really happy with his time at the nursery. As a parent, it's a nervous time first handing over your child but from the start, we have always felt we can trust the staff which is key. You also want to see enthusiastic
and welcoming staff, which the Twinkles/Kids Planet family have provided from the word go.
It's been great to have a relationship with the staff too, which has continued as my son has changed through classrooms and different ages.
Big thumbs up from us and my son.

The staff have been amazing and my child does come home and speak about her superiors in a loving and joyful manner which is very reassuring.
The nursery has also enhanced its look and I love the whole nature vibe within the nursery.

What an amazing nursery - all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our son loves his time coming to nursery and has advanced so much since starting. Staff always keep us updated on everything via the app, phone and pick-up times... would recommend this nursery to everyone.

My 1 year old son has been attending the Baby room at this nursery for the past 6 months and I couldn't be happier. They look after him so well and with so much love that he absolutely loves being there. He gets so happy when we get there, it's a joy to see and to know he is in a safe place and that
I fully trust. The meals are so varied and my little one loves the food as well. It would be great if rules could be a bit more flexible but I couldn't fault the management team, they're really helpful.

My daughter graduated from Twinkles in 2018 and now my son is in the baby room. It's amazing to see so many of my daughter's key workers are still there and always give myself and her a warm welcome when dropping off/picking up my son. The staff are so kind-hearted and genuinely care about the children.
My son wears cloth nappies and this nursery fully embraces them. I didn't cloth my eldest so didn't know what to expect as I'd heard stories of other nurseries either refusing to use them or putting them on totally wrong. From the first settling in session, my worries quickly disappeared when I saw that he wasn't the first in cloth and they had experience with a range of different reusable nappy systems. Although the outside area is small, it's very secure and well equipped. The children can explore a range of different areas/activities outside. They also take regular trips out around the local area, including to the market. I look forward to the years he has at Twinkles, before school.

Well, I used Twinkle Nursery back in 2013 for my son for about 3-years and then came back for my daughter last year (May 2020). Although it was good the last time, now it has exceeded my expectations.
The manager of the nursery is very approachable and not only listens to queries but deals with them
promptly to her best abilities.
My daughter is in the baby room and has been cared for exceptionally. The girls in the baby room are out of this world - don’t think for a second that I’m trying to get something, but it’s the truth. My daughter is always clean when picking up, the girls always smiling, and I can’t fault them.
As this time has been unusual of our time to keep everyone safe, visits have been reduced, nevertheless, they have put measures in place for us parents to be involved, so every morning I will get a video of different activities planned for the day and every achievement of my daughter are sent to me straight away so I don’t miss anything. Twinkle Nursery is the best.

Twinkles Church Walk Nursery is amazing! It’s always surprising me. Full of exciting activities and heuristic teaching. The teachers always are patient to communicate with kids. They let my kid understand what’s respect and integrity. How to take care of themselves. Make him become a little reader!
The learning atmosphere makes children love reading and critical thinking. There is a close connection between the child and all the teachers. And a close partnership between parents and teachers. I am grateful my kid has an exceptional experience in Twinkles Church Walk.

I love this nursery. My little boy has been attending Twinkles since he was 10 months old. From the management to the staff in the room, the care, love and support he and also us have received are amazing!
From the minute he arrives to the minute he leaves, he always has a smile on his face and receiving
key information about his day on the app always makes us smile too.
The staff go above and beyond for all the children and always go that extra mile to make sure they can help in every way.
I will definitely recommend Church Walk to my family and friends.

Our son has been attending Twinkles since he was three months old. We were impressed straight away with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. He is a happy and content baby and is developing well. The care and attention he has received at Twinkles has certainly had a big part to play in
this. He loves going to nursery and is stimulated by the excellent range of activities he has been able to take part in since he has been there. We read his daily food many with envy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Twinkles to our family and friends.

A very friendly and relaxed environment. Staff are always approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Learning is structured and information is passed down and shared freely with parents. The capture system is great and allows parents to keep up to date with daily activities. The end of the day review
handover is also beneficial and gives parents areas to concentrate on at home.

Our two children are attending this nursery for three full days (age four and two). They like to go there and we trust the staff, who are very friendly and professional. We are pleased with the attention and activities our children are exposed to, which has been a big impact on their development. Capture
Education - tool is great for following the education process. Nursery organises many events involving family members as well. Regularly updates about childs development and events and happenings is very appreciated. We are pleased with this nursery.

A fantastic nursery, who always go the extra mile to ensure my daughter is a happy little girl. They were more than accommodating in finding extra space for my daughter when I went back to work and likewise when we didn't know when my end date was (this was extended at least 4 times!) A brilliant nursery
that I would happily keep my child at.

Our daughters have been at Twinkles since they were nine months old. Our oldest is now four and starting school in September. We are so sad that she will be leaving Twinkles as she has loved every minute that she has been there.
We are extremely happy with the care they both receive and how well they

I am the Nursery Manager for Kids Planet Leeds Church Walk. I have been qualified in childcare since 2004 and in management for over 16 years. I am married with 3 grown-up children and 5 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family in my spare time and taking my puppy out.


I am looking forward to meeting all the families and seeing them progress in their journey.
