My son started Busy Bees Stotfold in January 2025 and has settled in so quickly. He loves spending time with his key worker and everyone who works there. We have noticed changes in his development already which is amazing.

We have been very impressed with the Stotfold branch of Busy Bees. Our daughter has received great care from the age of 1 years old and she developed a lovely relationship with the staff who are so friendly and energetic. This made returning to work after maternity leave so much easier. My daughter
has been really happy and continues to thrive. The team are very approachable and are very good at sharing everything that she has done each day, and they are quick to let us know if she is poorly, has hurt herself or if they have any worries at all. The team have been proactive and transparent in their safety procedures and finding fun activities for the children to do.
Recommend this lovely, caring, and professional nursery.

Busy Bees Stotfold is amazing. When we were first looking for a nursery, we found many that felt too clinical for us or were just run down and dirty. As soon as I walked into the door for Stotfold Busy Bees, it felt like we were walking into a home away from home environment. The staff are always excited
to see my boy in the morning and great at dealing with his mischievous antics. The meals are always nutritious and have a great variety. My boy has come on leaps and bounds with his social and communication development since attending the nursery and the ladies who work there are very patient with all my questions and enthusiastic to give as much advice as we want on how we help my boy's development at home.

The team at Busy Bees Stotfold are absolutely wonderful. They care deeply for the well-being of children and go above and beyond every day, always thinking of creative and fun activities for them to do. I am so grateful to the whole team for all of their dedication, knowledge and kindness. My son is

Couldn’t recommend Busy Bees in Stotfold enough. My son absolutely loves attending nursery and every morning he’s super excited to get into his nursery room to the point he forgets his mumma and dadda are even there. It gives me so much joy that he loves it there.
I love the daily personalised feedback
we get about our son. All the staff are amazing, they’re super friendly and really care about my son’s development and meeting milestones.
The food is super healthy and nutritious which gives me confidence that he has a varied diet at nursery.
We recently potty trained our son over Christmas and were feeling very anxious about how he would cope when he goes back to nursery but I was delighted to learn that he’s taken to it very well. I owe it to the nursery staff for being super attentive and supportive and for being there every step of the way.
Couldn’t recommend Busy Bees Stotfold enough. You are doing a terrific job!

Both my daughters have attended this nursery and as a family, we highly rate it. My youngest has just moved up to preschool and has been there since she was one. Both my girls love the staff here. My eldest loves to visit them still! They are kind, accommodating and have a genuine care for each child.
When I was potty training they were unbelievably supportive of my daughter and the method I chose to use. One member of staff went above and beyond and read the whole book I was using.

The staff at Busy Bees Stotfold are simply amazing. Both my children attend and we have gotten to know the staff in each room really well as our children progress. My daughter started attending Busy Bees Stotfold at 10 months and they made the transition smooth for both of us. The updates and photos on the app are very reassuring and make you feel you are still part of your little one’s day. There are regular updates on the app letting you know how your little
one is progressing against the Early Years Framework while they are baking, painting, playing with their friends as well as learning. My daughter is still there now having progressed through all of the rooms and all the staff have been great, the time that goes into the activities and preparing days for the children really shows. The food is fresh and prepared on-site and I’m regularly left standing for her to finish her tea before she leaves! I wouldn’t have a single hesitation in recommending this nursery.

My granddaughters are both thriving at the nursery. Staff communicate well and are friendly and welcoming. Both girls are very settled and enjoying their time here. The 3-year-old is very outgoing and has excellent vocabulary and enjoys both indoor and outdoor play. She received a sports award recently

Welcoming nursery with friendly staff. Lots of activities and good menus. Communication is frequent and useful. Parking is free on nearby roads or supermarket car park. Would recommend to local parents.

My son has settled in very well. He is always happy and excited to see his keyworker, and this puts my mind at rest, knowing he is happy there. The staff team are all extremely helpful, and I couldn't ask for better communication. The meals are amazing, and my son eats everything! They held a Father's
Day picnic, which meant I was able to go into the nursery and see my son thriving.

The manager and the team provide fantastic care and support - I've been so impressed with how they care for our daughter, who is now two and a half years old. A particular example was potty training - the manager made me feel really confident about tackling it and the team have been fantastic in continuing
our routine. In fact, when our daughter was having trouble with the nursery toilets and having accidents they printed out pictures of her favourite characters from a television show and added them to the toilets to encourage her to go which worked wonders and now she keeps telling me about the toilets at nursery! It is the attention to detail with things like that, that really sticks with me and shows how much they care for each and every child that comes through their door. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees. The manager has built a fantastic team and they really do deserve high praise.

My little boy started here in June and he loves it. The staff are attentive to his needs and he has built good relationships with his key people which has made my transition back to work much easier than I expected. I love that I can be sent pictures and updates about his day via the app. The food provided
is very healthy and he loves it. I am kept up to date with his development and any changes that might happen in the curriculum. It is a very happy and calm setting and would highly recommend the nursery.

Abi

Abi Fordham

Job Title: Centre Director

My name is Abi Fordham and I am the Centre Director, I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so Carly Briody my Assistant Centre Director steps up on Wednesdays.


I started in childcare by accident actually and I very quickly realised I loved it and wanted to pursue a career.
I have done my Level 3 qualification through the Busy Bees training team and they were so supportive, making the course as easy as it could be! Once qualified I got a promotion to Room Manager and did my Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification. From then I was promoted to Senior Room Manager and I then came to Stotfold as an Assistant Centre Director. After gaining some experience I worked hard to get the Centre Director role. I am now a Mum to an amazing little boy who enjoys nursery life as much as me! I feel lucky to be able to make a change in these little people's lives and give them the best start! Seeing each child’s journey be so unique and different is incredible!


I look forward to welcoming new families into our beautiful nursery.
