Doodle Do Day Nursery is a private day care nursery located in a stunning converted church hall in Bishop’s Stortford.

Situated just a short distance from the town centre, the Nursery is in the ideal location for both local residents and commuters into London.

Doodle Do Day Nursery enables children to develop and flourish, fostering a love for learning through play to encourage each child to reach their full potential. Their mission is to provide enriched learning opportunities in a secure environment for children to be naturally curious and confident.

The nursery offers a variety of extracurricular activities including Spanish lessons for all children on Wednesday mornings, Yoga for all children on Thursday afternoons and sport coach for toddlers and pre-school on Friday mornings.

Staff encourage parent’s contribution to their child’s learning and work closely with them to gather information about their child’s learning at home.

My child has recently started the nursery, the nursery manager and the baby room staff have been extremely reassuring and supportive.

Our daughter has been at Doodle Do, for two years. She has grown in confidence so much and has a great relationship with her key person. We love the facilities and the local trips they do. We can not thank the team enough for all they do.

My son has been going to Doodle Do Nursery since last September and he absolutely loves it. They have a chef on-site who prepares lovely meals and the staff are amazing, they are truly caring, they put time into the children's education as well as play and the fact that my son is always busy having
fun at pick up time and doe not want to leave speaks a lot to me. Our experience of the Nursery has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend to others.

My child has just started at the nursery, she has settled really well and I’m so happy with how supportive the staff and new manager have been.

Our children are always very happy to go to Doodle Do and to see the staff and their keyworkers. During the day they do lots of fun and varied activities, often tailored to their interests. The staff are endlessly kind, caring and fun for the children.

My little boy has been attending here since he was 5 months old and will keep attending until he’s 4 I hope!

Both my sons have really enjoyed their time at Doodle Do, they learn new things every time they are there and have really grown in confidence. The staff are very friendly, helpful and I feel confident my children are being given the best care. The venue has been refurbished and is a great space.

My grandson attended for 6 months in which time his confidence notably improved due to mixing with other children. He is more interactive and less passive since attending. His speech came on much more and he takes the initiative too in starting "conversations".
He started clearing his plates at home
too as he'd been taught here. All in all significant improvement all round.

Fantastic nursery. All the staff genuinely love the children and are always friendly, enthusiastic and kind. My daughter was quite a challenge to get settled for several months but all the staff were so supportive and patient with her and very loving when my daughter felt sad.

I couldn't be happier with Doodle Do.
The staff make a lot of effort to ensure the wellbeing and progress of the children. They organise lots of lovely activities for the children and they are so well looked after.
I have two children there and they are so happy at nursery, they are learning so
much and making so many good friends. They love going to Doodle do and I am so glad they can benefit from this fantastic experience.

Our son (3 years) has attended for 3 months and we have received excellent care for him from all staff.
He initially found it hard to settle when I dropped him off but the preschool room staff have been so kind and he now really enjoys it.
The activities run and facilities are excellent and we love
hearing about what the children have done that day.
Our son is now more confident and has made lots of friends.
