Since the day I walked in looking for my little one's nursery place, I knew that Spring Nursery Northumberland was the right one. My little one was happy to be there. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The staff are kind and caring. My little one has learnt a lot since she started attending the nursery.
I extremely recommend this nursery.

I had to go back to work full time after Maternity leave I was very worried about who I was leaving my child with but this nursery is amazing and all the staff care for each and every child so well and with such love, I shouldn't have worried, they totally put me at ease. My son started in the baby
room and his key worker was outstanding, for a while he called her 'em mum mum'. He then transferred up to the Toddler room and his new key person is just as loving and attentive of him. Every morning he can't wait to go in and runs in without me!
I am very fortunate to have a confident, caring and sociable child and I put this down to the staff and how they have taken care of my son. He is going to the preschool room so and I have no worries that he will love that room as much as he has the baby and toddler room before.

Both my sons have attended this nursery, one who’s now is in school and one who is in the toddler room.
Before my son left for school he had the confidence to attend school and make new friends. I believe the nursery team has made this possible for him. All the staff are friendly and always happy
to help and greet me and my family always with a smile.
The food is outstanding and both my children have enjoyed all meals provided.

I would highly recommend this nursery, my daughter loves it and has already learnt so much from going to nursery. It has a really friendly atmosphere and all the team are great and I never have any worries in regards to my child's care.

My son has been here for a few months now and we absolutely love the nursery. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They make every effort possible to make the kids feel at home. The nursery always looks very clean and neat. My son is actually having a good time.

All our family loves Spring day nursery, my second son goes here and thrives to the nursery. Always excited at the doorbell, no tears at all at drop off. Staff are super friendly and kind - make me feel super secure for my little boy. I wish I sent my older son here.
I have no concerns, they are always
looking at improvements, listen to parents every single query, parents forum is really good and Famly App too (you can see your child daily routine updated by every day.)
Car park restriction can be a bit tricky but it gives me an opportunity to walk rather than drive and this little thing cannot put you off from this nursery. It’s an amazing and fantastic nursery! Highly recommend.

My daughter has been at this nursery for the past two years and will be leaving this year, in all honesty, I’m gutted as the staff are fantastic.
The support I have received from them has been brilliant and my daughter has loved every single second off her time in Northumberland Heath day nursery.
I would like to thank all staff, I honestly couldn’t have picked a better nursery.
Even down to food the nursery's cook who is my daughters “favourite cooker” in her own words, honestly, I would suggest this nursery to anyone.

This nursery is outstanding. The staff are all amazing and incredibly welcoming, making you feel at ease to discuss anything with them. Any behavioural issues my son has had i.e tantrums (terrible twos), I've discussed with his key workers and they have massively helped resolve these.
When he first
started (2 years ago), he would cry a little and it would be heartbreaking, however, the staff would call me to reassure me that a few seconds after I’d left, he was absolutely fine.
He now can’t wait to go in each day as he loves it. I know he will miss them all terribly when he leaves for big school in September. The nursery is clean and bright with lots of different activities for the children to enjoy. They are always looking for different and exciting ways to teach the children. This Spring, they had caterpillars which cocooned and became butterflies before releasing them. They even have pet African snails, which we got to take home one bank holiday to look after. I could not recommend this nursery enough.

My baby has been attending this nursery since 10-months-old. I can't recommend this nursery enough. From the beginning, we were made to feel comfortable and not rushed into leaving our baby. As I was returning to work, this was a big deal for me and they made this transition so easy, they phoned me
to update me on his settle ins and that he was ok and the app is brilliant. I love being at work and being updated on things he is doing throughout the day. My baby even loves the friendly cook! He has developed so much since attending nursery and it’s lovely to watch his social skills develop with his new friendships.
I have put good for value for money, I do think that my son's care is invaluable! So would have put excellent, however, as a whole in the childcare sector, private nurseries are overpriced and we do need to still provide nappies and wipes and formula on top of the fees. The staff's pay does not equal the amount in fees.

Was mentioned by the health visitor and on the first visit I understood why. The manager's and their team have a really good atmosphere for all the children at Spring Day Nursery. My son started when he was 7 months old, thrives at the nursery and looks forward to going every day. There is a small
outdoor area for each age group and on occasion, to use the facilities of the primary school which is great for their peddle cars in the drier, warmer weather. The cooked lunch is prepared off site - hence why I ticked good - but breakfast/ snacks etc are prepared on site and all look great.

When my son started Spring Nursery Northumberland Heath Erith it was a struggle for me but with the help of the staff and a lot of patience (my child only cries when I leave for seconds and I often get a phone call to reassure me that my child is doing well). I love the app which shows me videos and
photos of his progress. In the few months he has been there, he counts to 14, sings all the different songs. I'm so happy I was recommended and choose Spring Nursery Northumberland Heath Erith.

My son has been coming here two years come January and he has come on in leaps and bounds. And that's down to the nursery and staff. As you walk into the nursery all the staff are welcoming, even staff from other rooms make an effort to say hello to us all.
My son comes home and tells me every time
what he has done today. And coming from used to working in a nursery I knew from day one from the show around, I could see my son and my family settling into this nursery. I'm looking forward to my youngest starting in January to start his little adventure at Spring Nursery.

I have 2 children at this Nursery and they are thriving there. The staff are lovely and we credit them with developing our kids far better than we could do alone. The youngest settled in quickly, eating and sleeping well almost immediately. Daily written/verbal updates are very good and we receive regular
photos/videos via a secure app on their daily activities and progress, including sports coaching, trips to the park, messy play, and the funny things your kids do that are great to not to miss out on. Any behavioural issues have been quickly resolved together with staff and my eldest is now being encouraged to spend more time on activities he is less keen on, which should help him get ready for school. Overall a great nursery that our kids love.
