My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was one. Nearly two years on, and can't fault it. She has learned a lot of new things and is super excited about the activities she does every day. The teachers and staff are all very supportive and caring and take the feedback on board.

Our little boy has been attending the nursery since he turned 1 and we are so happy with how he has settled in over the last six weeks or so. The staff have been wonderful - especially the ladies in his room. He goes in smiling and is always happy and laughing when we pick him up. We feel he is safe
and well cared for and seeing how much he seems to enjoy himself has made us feel so much better about leaving him. The staff keep in touch via a helpful app and we get to see photos of the varied activities the children have been doing (even Spanish lessons!). We also really enjoy the opportunity to attend the nursery for 'Stay and Play' sessions so we get to witness the fun firsthand! Thank you to all at Busy Bees North Chiswick for such conscientious and kind childcare. We are very grateful.

It has been a year full of achievements, with great care and love from all the staff. We leave the nursery with plenty of good memories we will always cherish!

Overall, we're happy with them. Let's see what the new manager adds to the place.
One issue is the doorbell. It's a bit frustrating waiting for someone to come from the kid's rooms to open for us.
I would love to take this opportunity to thank the assistant centre director who's always been there

With regards to the doorbell, it is unfortunately an ongoing issue we are having although it has been changed several times. I endeavour to be at the reception most of the time but there will be occasions when I am required to step away to support in the rooms. We do have a sign up with the nursery number for those occasions, so that parents are not having to wait for long periods of time to enter the building. I am always happy to receive any feedback of how the service we provide to you can be improved. So, feel free to stop and have a chat with me anytime.

Great nursery and friendly and professional people working there.
My daughter really loves to go to nursery every day so that says enough for me to be confident about putting her there all day long!

Very happy with the setting and staff. They have made every effort with my son to make him feel comfortable, safe and happy. He comes home every day saying 'I love to be at busy bees'. Lots of activities to stimulate the children and promote their development. I have peace of mind when I drop him off
each day that he will be looked after and cared for, which to me is very important.

Wonderful nursery run by really loving and professional people. I brought my daughter to this nursery when she was only 10 months old. I was devastated leaving her but the management and the key people looking after her have been so caring and supportive and she has settled in well. I feel like I can
leave her and trust she will receive the best care. I really recommend this nursery, they are very accommodating and do everything they can to make things work if I need extra days. Highly recommend!

Montessori by Busy Bees North Chiswick is an excellent nursery choice. I really appreciate their fun and academic activities which include plenty of sensory activities as well as age-appropriate content to help engage a growing and curious mind. My son always talks about the fun he's had and I see progress
in his skills as a result. They have an outdoor space that is used (weather permitting) every day with freshly cooked meals on-site. The staff are caring and attentive - questions are answered quickly, time and care is taken in getting to know your child including how to comfort them if they are distressed or anything relating to their preferences to ensure they are comfortable. The Children all seem happy and I'm particularly grateful for the adjustments made to support my son's needs including dietary requirements and gross motor skills. Lastly, they are open from 8-6pm and closed only over Christmas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

My daughter goes to this nursery since May 2022. The staff have been really helpful during the settling-in period as it took a while because of her not being used to being with people outside of family. I am really happy with the progress she has made so far, she is being more friendly with other children
in general and she has learnt a lot. She comes home very happy and likes to share all the activities she has done during the day. I receive updates on her during the day through an app and it reassures me that she is doing well, whether she has eaten and what. The staff are amazing, and the management team very helpful.

My son attended this nursery for one and a half months. We then, unfortunately, had to move. However, the time he spent there was wonderful, the staff were so lovely with him, he really had a good time there and I saw a developmental leap for him. He was playing independently a lot more and he learnt
to sleep in different environments, which he hadn't until that point, he is a fussy sleeper and we were pleasantly surprised when he started taking naps there. I loved the rooms, so spacious and lots of lovely activities. Being in there during the settling-in sessions was really nice as I got to see what they did and they do a lot! The app is so great in updating you constantly on what your child is doing and it is great to see photos of your child during the day. I always found the space to be clean and food smells delicious. The staff were really friendly. The director is very nice and a great communicator. Thank you to five members of staff in particular. Highly recommend this nursery.

First I felt that the school was very safe with the friendly staff. Special thanks to supportive and understanding two staff members in particular who worked with me and the child on separation anxiety. I like that it's an educational-based facility with a small ratio of children and exposes your child
to different aspects of learning through sensory and play. The classrooms are clean and maintained during the day. Although I wish there was an indoor shoes policy in place. Playground is spacious and secure which is really nice. They set up a splash pool for children attending during summer's heatwave. Age groups are separated most days across 2 floors in beautifully set up rooms (We miss the staff member who worked on that with her team). All my questions or requests are always kindly answered. Under the new director we are seeing less staff rotation. Good communication face to face and through using an app. Opened 51 weeks a year 8.00 - 18.00, food is provided, nutritious and delicious thanks to Chef.

My daughter attends Busy Bees every afternoon using her 15 hours a week funding from the government. My daughter settled in right away when she started and loves her afternoons. It is a happy, safe and caring environment and I fully trust the staff. The food is healthy and tasty, and she gets fed twice
in the afternoon! I have been really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and although the manager has not been there long, she is doing a fantastic job of keeping high standards throughout yet maintaining a friendly, personal atmosphere in the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Hello, my name is Siobhian and I have been working in childcare for nearly 10 years working my way up from an unqualified practitioner to now a Centre Director. I started my Busy Bees journey in 2018 as a room manager for the baby room and then the toddler room and in 2019 I became an Assistant Centre director and held that post for 4 years.

I am very child-centred and believe every child is an individual and it is our job as educators to help their personalities, thrive by offering a vast range of experiences and enabling environments throughout their journey at the centres with us. I am very passionate about developing children's emotional literacy and think one of the most important things we can teach children is to identify and manage their feelings and expectations.

I like supporting my staff to understand how to deliver exceptional childcare daily and giving each child the best start in life by reminding everyone that you are never too old to learn something new or refresh what you already know. I also believe that parent partnerships form a key part of ensuring children thrive and develop.
