I am sorry to hear about your experience and as the new director of the centre I would be more than happy to discuss the points raised in your review, please give me a call on 0208 819 5358.
However, I would like to reassure you that the incident you have raised in your review relating to the park was fully investigated and the needed action was taken. The parents of the child in the incident were satisfied with our investigation and remain at the centre.
We have taken all the needed precautions around Covid 19 and we closely follow the guidelines set by the Department of Education and Public Health England. To date, we have not had to isolate any children from the nursery.
If you still have queries regarding your account, then please do not hesitate to contact me directly at the centre and I would be more than happy to review this for you.
We pride ourselves on building positive experiences with every family and I am sorry that you feel your experience was not positive.
