After many positive reviews from people within our family, we are disheartened to read this. We are sorry we were unable to accommodate your views on our policies and procedures surrounding the circumstance that lead to you withdrawing your child from our setting. However, as per our conversations with you, these policies and procedures are in place to ensure we offer a safe environment for all the staff and children within our care.
