Our two sons have had an amazing experience at JW3 Nursery. There is so much attention for creative play. The staff keeps close track of development and share detailed reports with the parents. We look forward to sending our little girl here as well.

The most amazing team and facilities for my two boys! The manager and deputy manager are so warm, attentive and caring and both of my boys have formed strong connections with their staff. They look forward to going to nursery every day and I'm really happy with their development and activities provided.
They especially love the rooftop garden. I feel safe in the knowledge that my boys are well looked after. Thank you Bright Horizons JW3!

The staff were outstanding and our daughter absolutely loved attending the nursery every day. It was never a struggle to convince her to go and learn from her friends and teachers.
Our daughter built great relationships with the staff who clearly cared for her. The facilities are modern and the JW3
centre was great with a beach, paddling pool/ice rink outside by the café area, which really made a difference as our daughter enjoyed playing and staying late with her friends, which meant we were also able to socialise with the local parents.
The team really pulled it off with minimum disruption even during the covid waves and the fact that our daughter didn't get sick, is a testimony to the nursery's effort in ensuring the safety of all children. The only area where I feel there could be some improvements is on drop-off, when we would have to queue at times.

My son is very happy going to Bright Horizons JW3. The staff were great during his settling in and helped him feel comfortable and were great in answering our questions. My son has a great relationship with the staff and they all seem to know him well and he seems excited to see all of them. We like
the variety of activities they do, the bright building, the garden and that it seems a very well organised environment. Mostly, we really love seeing how well he is developing there and how he looks forward to going. The true asset of the nursery is the fantastic staff, who seem experienced, professional and caring. Exactly what we were looking for. It’s a great nursery!

Our son has been in JW3, Bright Horizons for almost two years and we have already registered his soon to be born sister. The staff and the management team have demonstrated commitment, kindness, and consideration for our family, creating a fun, joyful, playful and safe atmosphere for our son to grow.
We are also very grateful to the entire staff for providing a stable and safe environment during the height of Covid. The team have done their best to keep the virus away during these challenging times, which was a huge relief, being pregnant. Highly recommended.

My son was very happy during his time in JW3 Bright Horizons. He started when he was 10 months old until he was 3 years and during that time he built strong bonds with the staff and children. He went every day with a big smile and was greeted with hugs and affection from the teachers. The overall experience
was very positive and I am very grateful to the entire staff for providing a stable and safe environment during the height of COVID. It was a huge relief for us to know that he was flourishing with that continuity of care. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the nursery at JW3. My daughter started there when she was 8 months old, and the staff were just tremendous in supporting her through the settling process. She adapted so quickly, and I was really impressed with how fast the staff made such strong connections with
her. As soon as she began talking we would hear staff members’ names all the time at home, as well as the names of her playmates. I just loved the way they nurtured her curiosity and joyful spirit, and they maintained a wonderful balance of child-led activities, free-play, and structured opportunities to help her develop new skills. The staff in the room and the office were thoughtful, organised, and communicated well, allowing for seamless communication between nursery and home. My daughter had such a lovely experience at JW3, and I cannot wait for my son to have the same.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Irmina began her journey with Bright Horizons as a nursery nurse in 2006 and, after years of dedication, progressed to the role of Nursery Manager in 2014. With a bachelor’s degree in early years education and 30 years of hands-on experience in childcare, she is deeply passionate about nurturing the early development of every child.


She is committed to creating inclusive play and learning opportunities, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment. She approaches each day with the HEART principles—honesty, respect, accountability, and teamwork—working closely with her team to achieve excellence for both the children and the nursery.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Hayley has over 10 years of experience in childcare, she has held roles such as Room Leader, Deputy Manager, Nanny, and Children’s Entertainer, building extensive skills and creativity. Passionate about child development, she finds joy in engaging children through fun and imaginative activities, making her work deeply rewarding.


She is equally committed to leading teams, and prioritising staff wellbeing to create a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
