My son always comes home happy and he always says that preschool was out of control! He knows the names of the teachers as well as his friends in school and one time, he wrote his name by himself and we were surprised and asked him where he learned it and he said, "at school".

I’m happy to be a parent of a child in this great nursery. My child is happy to go every single day and I’m sending him there with the most secure and peaceful mind. The team is well trained, the facility is very optimistic and full of light and open spaces. My child is enjoying the garden and the great
amount of activities and games in the nursery. The variety of food is amazing with super fresh vegetables and interesting dishes which give me a lot of inspiration. The patience of the crew in making my child settled and fulfilling all his needs is unbelievable. The positive atmosphere and supportive approach of the team are very important for me and helping me a lot. I highly recommend you to visit and start being a part of this lovely nursery!

My son haa recently started going to nursery and he is very happy. He likes going in and doing activities. The staff are very positive, caring and nurturing. They are also very reassuring about my son’s progress. Great and friendly staff make it a very positive experience.

We started our daughter at nine months at JW3 Finchley Road. She has been really happy there and flourished under their care. She also adores her key worker and the other staff in her care bubble.
Despite being born into COVID, she settled very quickly and started eating and sleeping there immediately.
The staff recognize her interests and potential and help her to learn new things where she's keen. They also encourage her growth towards a socially well-adjusted and independent learner while still providing lots of cuddles.
We are very happy with our experience so far.

My son attended Active Learning JW3 from 13 months old up until he went to school. We loved the JW3 community and our son was always very excited to attend. The facilities are new and modern, the teachers professional and we met so many great friends and like-minded parents here. The lady in the preschool
room is excellent!

The carers in the nursery are great and generally whenever I come to pick up/drop off the place looks organized and tidy and the ladies seem to follow a program.
Having said that the front end staff is simply unfriendly and almost rude. Whenever I drop off and I'm anywhere between 3-10 minutes early,
I am made to wait - even if the nursery has the ratio to support another child.
Communications are worded in a way that makes me uncomfortable. I think that the service my baby is getting is probably great, at the same time I think the service that I am getting as a client is pretty poor.


I gave safeguarding poor because of a couple of disease outbreaks in the last month, whilst those are sometimes not the nursery's fault I think when more then one room is affected they do have to carry some of the responsibility.

This is an excellent nursery for many reasons:
- Friendly, really caring staff. Children run towards their teachers to cuddle them in the morning!
- Very responsive and fast acting management.
- Really good kitchen: children get freshly cooked and well-balanced meals.
- High teaching standards.
-
Safe, warm rooms and good outside playing facilities.
- Security check on entrance, cameras in the nursery, password procedure if a child is collected not by parents. I feel my child is safe there.
- Multiculturual groups, children are informed and celebrate various cultures festivals, brilliant early jewish education, learning traditions, festivsls, songs.
- Music and sport are taught to a high standard. - Children learn at the nursery and then sing all those songs at home, show how they do yoga, etc.
Every morning my child can't wait when he gets back to his school to play and learn.

Very caring staff. My daughter joined the nursery at 7 months and her bonding with the caretakers and other kids was very quick. She experiences new activities every day from painting and singing to the sensory room. I am always reassured to leave her in such good hands.

We have been very happy with the nursery so far. Not only does our baby love it but the staff have also been extra accommodating in terms of working with us regarding feeding issues and allergies. Also, there are tons of super fun (and messy!) activities such as painting that you cannot easily do at
home. The babies have a strict feeding routine which is very important to create good eating habits early on. Finally, all the babies look very happy and well taken care of and the staff are very dedicated!
The only downfall is that if the baby has lots of allergies (as we do) there is another constraint regarding the food they can eat which is that the nursery doesn't give them meat (but they do give them fish). Also, the usual trade-off applies that kids get sicker more often when they go to nursery.


Having said that, I would still prefer this particular nursery over a nanny any day and I am very grateful for the fantastic care that all of the staff provides for my baby!

Excellent nursery overall - the staff are all outstanding and go out of their way to provide a warm nurturing and loving environment for my son. The feedback loop is also excellent, with a full debrief each day about what he has been up to. The place is modern and clean with first class facilities.
Sometimes the admin side of things can be a bit slow but that is my only gripe!

The first thing I found very appealing about this nursery is the long hours. I am a full time working mum and most nurseries would not fit my needs. Also I feel confident that the food my kid is served is always healthy and varied - very important as he eats all his meals 5 days a week in nursery. Another
great thing is the variety of structured and stimulating activities they offer daily with dedicated staff (music teachers, sports teacher, art teacher, early years teacher).
The staff are caring, attentive and always show a positive and happy attitude - and they are incredibly patient! Although there is no green outside area, the terrace is properly designed and full of plants and greens that the kids grow in the warmer season. The indoor facilities are great with big and bright rooms - very happy with this nursery.

My son has consistently been very happy here for the last year and a half. It is a delight to see him playing so contentedly each time I go and pick him up. Often he will take me by the hand and proudly show off his room, the toys he likes to play with, a piece of artwork on the wall, the musical instruments.
He is always excited to tell me about his day and thoroughly enjoys all the activities, music, art, sport and zumba. I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly.

Irmina began her journey with Bright Horizons as a nursery nurse in 2006 and, after years of dedication, progressed to the role of Nursery Manager in 2014. With a bachelor’s degree in early years education and 30 years of hands-on experience in childcare, she is deeply passionate about nurturing the early development of every child.


She is committed to creating inclusive play and learning opportunities, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment. She approaches each day with the HEART principles—honesty, respect, accountability, and teamwork—working closely with her team to achieve excellence for both the children and the nursery.
