Run from a converted house in the middle of Holland on Sea and a stone's throw from the beach, Little Holland Nursery has established itself as a leader in top-quality childcare.

The nursery accepts children from the ages of 0-5 years, providing both full day and sessional care.

The staff keep in touch with parents throughout the day, sending private updates with photos (if parents give permission) about what the children have been doing.

The nursery provides a home away from home feel, with multiple small rooms and a safe environment. The nursery has an on-site cook who prepares nutritious child-friendly food.

Little Holland takes full advantage of the local environment, with regular trips to the beach, park and library.

The nursery is as flexible with parents' needs as possible and also offer term time or full-year care with funded places available for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds.

My daughter has been with nursery since she was around 18 months old, they have just had their graduation. During their time at the nursery, they have evolved and grown so much. The teachers have patience, persistence, and always have a smile. Making the environment an inviting space. From our first
visit it felt homely and my daughter has always felt comfortable. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and accordingly. The freshly prepared meals and snacks are enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend this nursery.

A lovely, friendly nursery and my son has settled really well. The level of communication is great. The food is varied (and included in the price) and it's lovely knowing the kids have a (hot) dinner during the day without having to arrange packed lunches. The staff have done an excellent job supporting
me with potty training my little one just turned three years old.
The invoices are paid monthly in line with hours attended, which I prefer to a yearly divided by twelve months arrangement as it means if you reduce/increase hours you are a bit clearer about what to expect to pay.
Thank you to all the staff, I'm so happy with my choice to send my son here.

I have been using this nursery since 2016 as I have had both my children in since 6 months until school age. As a parent who works full time I was worried about picking a childcare/nursery setting that would give my children the best care. I made the best decision with Little Holland Nursery. The staff
are lovely and caring. The management are always ready to listen to any feedback and deal with any concerns rapidly. The core values of the nursery have meant my children are kind, considerate and polite individuals who are eager to explore and learn and this is modelled by the staff. I will miss the nursery when my son goes to school in September as it was always a home away from home for my children. I honestly couldn't more highly recommend this nursery.

Our safe haven. My son has attended little Holland Nursery for the past two years, what can I say staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to make every child happy and safe. My son has been attending three days a week for the last 2 years, he really enjoys seeing all his friends and learning new things. The family app the nursery use is amazing constant updates throughout the day, as a working father it gives me an insight into my son's day. I couldn't recommend this nursery

My boys have been going here for over 2 years now, and in those 2 years, my boys have learned so much from this nursery. I felt so nervous sending them here but once I saw the potential of the staff and the caring attitude they gave my boys. I knew this was the right nursery to send them to, my boys
have opened up as a person by going here always smiling and coming home saying they've had a good day. I love the fact I get photos every day of them enjoying themselves and learning different things. I cannot wait till my daughter comes here and has the same experience that boys had. It makes me a proud mother. Thank you to all the staff at Little Holland Nursery for making my boys feel welcomed and comfortable in your care.

My daughter absolutely loves attending Little Holland Nursery. She settled so quickly and all of the staff are so friendly. We felt so welcomed from the moment we stepped into the nursery. I'm kept up to date during the day on how she's doing, what she's eaten and what she's been up to. By far one of
the best nurseries in the area. Huge credit to the Manager and staff for creating such a lovely atmosphere for all and being amazing. Highly recommended.

Little Holland Nursery has been part of our extended family for 2 years now. My little boy started to attend at 8 months of age. He has now been with them for 2 years. They have been incredible with following routines and structure that I already had in place, also with a food allergy baby, they were
so accommodating which made me feel more at ease. All the staff do an incredible job and keep you up to date with everything. It really is a joy to send my little one there knowing he will get the same care as he does at home. They always fill their day with fun activities and get as much outdoor time as possible, whether it be walking or playtime in the garden. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much, everyone.

Since my daughter joined the nursery last July (2022) she has just excelled. Being a first time mum, I was very nervous and worried but the staff at Little Holland truly make not just my daughter welcome but me super comfortable with leaving her there. The staff are so supportive and encourage her with
every element of her development. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Our daughter has attended Little Holland Nursery since September 2019. She has enjoyed her time there so much. Every day we receive personalised information on how she is doing and a whole room update detailing the wonderful activities she has had the opportunity to do. In recent months she has been
to the park and beach and was also taken to the post office to deliver her letter to Father Christmas. As a parent it means the world to me that she is having these opportunities with her friends. The staff are wonderful and the communication is brilliant. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

My son has learnt so much since coming to this nursery. It was a hard decision to put our child into nursery when we didn't really need the 'childcare' we have done it to help our child develop and thrive. Since coming to the nursery he has developed his speech and has mastered potty training as the
staff have helped work with us, he has also learnt a lot; from numbers to nursery rhymes to favourite books and generally how to be a good friend with his peers. We are so impressed with this nursery and the staff are so friendly and chatty and any issue raised they are quick to work with you to help you overcome the problem.

My son has been attending now for about ten months. He didn't take long to settle in which is good because he is a really nervous and shy child. He took to his Key Person straight away and is very attached to her. She has now helped him transition into the bigger room which he also loves. He's been
in there now a few times and is excited to go in and has settled in there beautifully. I love the pictures and communication on Family as I love seeing how he is getting on and what he is eating. I'm also very happy he eats the food there! He is a very fussy eater and the Chef must make the food tasty as he always clears his plate there!
He comes home telling me what he has learnt and what story and songs he has heard today. He also comes home with something new he has learnt. He has thrived since starting and glad we made the decision to put him in a nurturing and educational nursery.

Little Holland Nursery is a very small and friendly nursery, that has taught each child under their care with patience.
My granddaughter has progressed immensely and every day she is there she learns new skills.

I have had such a positive experience with this nursery since my son joined, I am kept very well informed and updated with pictures and a timeline of his day. My son attends this nursery and he absolutely loves going, he is doing so well and continues to improve daily. The team at the nursery are all so lovely and will really be missed when he attends school in September, they are understanding, accommodating and just a great bunch of ladies, my son has a

My son has attended for over a year now and has come a long way during his time there. Staff have been very helpful, especially during Covid and the communication via Famly is fantastic. We found their offering in terms of opening days and also supply of nutritious meals and snacks to be stronger than
the other nurseries in the area that we visited.
