My toddler is so happy at Fennies! All of the staff are so friendly and attentive, thinking of absolutely everything and they made the settling-in process seamless. They are so informative and knowledgeable and the app is completed extensively daily. All of the facilities are great - always clean and
tidy, lovely garden which the children are able to use all the time, lots of brilliant educational and fun things to do daily that are always changing.


Special events all the time and it really does feel like a little community with lots of helpful (optional) online classes. Always enjoy the photos and videos of fun events from mini Olympics to afternoon tea! The food is brilliant - the two chefs are lovely -providing a huge range of healthy food with lots of varied fresh fruit and veg. They are especially careful to assist with my son's medical needs which is so reassuring. Everyone is brilliant but a special shout out to his (key persons). Thank you!

My daughter spent two fantastic years at Fennies before moving on to big school. From day one, we never felt like she was just a number, and the staff genuinely cared about the children. Her teachers, were always kind and encouraging, keeping us updated on my daughter's progress and celebrating her
achievements. The nursery was always clean, and my little one was only sick twice in two years! The menu was varied and nutritious, and the daily updates through their app reassured us about her meals, outdoor play, and activities. Each week they had some exciting events, from art sessions to visits from firefighters. We'll always remember Fennies fondly and highly recommend it to any parent!

Two months ago, I transferred my son to Fennies Blyth Road after a disappointing experience at his previous nursery.
He has seamlessly settled in, showing remarkable improvements in speech, mood, and overall well-being. Now, he eagerly talks about teachers and friends, expressing excitement about nursery
and even missing it on weekends, a dream come true for us.
Just before joining Fennies, he was refusing to go to nursery and feeling extremely depressed, never sharing details about his nursery experiences.
Credit goes to the Creators Room and management at Fennies Blyth Road. Their swift and warm approach, coupled with exceptional support during the settling-in period, has made a significant difference.
I wholeheartedly recommend Fennies Bytlh Road to parents seeking a nursery that prioritizes the happiness and well-being of every child in their care.

Very accommodating and helpful. My son is happy to be here. He is in his third year at the nursery and is very fond of the place. I guess it’s his 2nd home and the staff are very professional. The fees might look steep but it’s good value for money if you want the peace of mind that your child is in
good hands.
My only negative is the opening time of 7:45 am. I wish the nursery could open at 7:30 am without an extra charge instead of 7:45.

So thankful for all of the staff for making my son's transition to nursery so smooth. He loves the staff in his room, and it makes it easier for us knowing that he loves being there. The app they use to update you gives the perfect amount of information and means you can easily contact management or
staff in his room without having to call up. He has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his movement (almost walking!) and his speech in the few short months he has been there. We have even requested he attends another day in the week because we think this will be best for him in his development.

The manager at Fennies, during a very difficult time in my daughter's life, when she had major surgery, he went completely above and beyond to make sure she was looked after, there was a care plan in place, and she had staff appointed to look after her. And was happy to move nursery days around for
us, with last minute doctor's appointments. He is very much beloved by all the parents, as are the staff at Fennies. Working tirelessly.

I have no words for the amazing place that Fennies is and have been for my daughter. Fennies is a place that is like home to my toddler. Most of all it provides an excellent service for my child and makes me and us feel safe and to trust my daughter is receiving great care. I would like to massively,
thank the new manager he is natural to care and provides what is best for us and especially for my toddler. He has always attended to her and our own needs. He is an excellent manager and my family feels ever so lucky to have him there. Thank you once again for a great service and care you provide.

My daughter has been attending Fennies since she was 19 months, which was really hard as a new mum. She is now three and a half and off to the pre-school of her chosen primary school. She loves going in every day and knows everyone in her room by name. She eats more there than she does at home which
is a small, sometimes overlooked comfort. Over the course of her time at Fennies she has had three key workers (as this reflected the different rooms/stages) and everyone has been absolutely amazing!
The new manager has been amazing since he started. He really hit the ground running and was so accommodating to my requests. Any concerns I may have had were very quickly addressed and his communication is 10/10. We really appreciated the changes he brought about such as the continued home learning and the mini library system.
I have had total peace with my child being in their care over the years. Really sad to say goodbye.

My child started at Fennies Bromley in April 2021 and I have been so impressed with the settling in process! My child was only 8 months when I went back to work so I was really anxious, but the team did all they could to help ease us in. The communication and updates are so helpful for an anxious Mum
like myself, the app has been great, making it so easy for me to keep up to date on my baby's day. I could hardly get my baby to nap at home and he naps regularly (sometimes dummy free!) at Fennies. We had only really started to introduce 3 meals when he started nursery and he eats incredibly well, even better than at home. The meals are interesting and cover a range of flavours and textures and he really enjoys them. His development seems to have come on leaps and bounds and he's become such an adventurous baby. I can't thank the team enough for helping us to get into a new routine as a family and they've been nothing but supportive and helpful, I really can't recommend Fennies Bromley enough!

My daughter loves Fennies! She is so happy there and her development has been incredible. She started at ten months old and has been there for four months and in that time she has become so confident, learnt so much and loves being around people and other kids.
I just love dropping her off every morning
and watching her cuddle her teachers with a big smile ready for the day ahead.

Fennies has been fantastic for my daughter and us. The staff are really friendly and I can see genuinely care and enjoy every child. I'm also impressed with how they know every parent. The staff in her baby room are lovely and have really helped her develop, we love seeing new skills she's learnt from
nursery! The food is really varied and our little one seems to enjoy it and eats better for nursery than us! The communication from the team has been informative and we (and grandma!) love the app updates. Ultimately, our daughter can't wait to go to nursery, is always excited to see her team and comes back happy and full of energy from a great day! She's happy there and we're happy with the care and attention she gets and so I would definitely recommend Fennies.

Like all mummy's returning to work after having a baby, I was very concerned about leaving my daughter at nursery at the tender age of only 10 months. However, our fears were completely allayed once we met the manager of the baby room during the settling-in period. As a mum herself she completely understood
our worries and addressed everything we could have possibly needed to know. Fennies has been brilliant for our little girl, who loves attending and always partakes in fantastic creative activities while she is there. That is coupled with lots of play time, dancing, reading and singing. The babies also learn sign language and are encouraged to take part in activities that celebrate cultural moments like Black History Month. The menu is fantastic, especially for my daughter who follows a primarily plant-based diet. The variety and flavours of each meal is second to none, and all the options are healthy and nutritious. I am really happy with Fennies and their approach.

Our daughter started Fennies in Sept 21 and we have been incredibly taken aback by how excellent all the staff have been. Our daughter required some additional support when she started and this was identified immediately by the nursery manager and was dealt with to such a high standard. We will be forever
grateful for the support provided through those first few weeks that now means our daughter is happy and thriving, which we know will continue for the whole time she is there. We have told friends and family about the resources and “above and beyond” attention provided for our daughter and all have never heard of a nursery providing this type of amazing service. Our daughter’s key worker is absolutely wonderful and is so kind and loving with our daughter and gives us all of the information and support we could want. This nursery really is a unique find and I am so grateful to them for all they are doing.

My son started Fennies Nursery in May 2021. Coming from a house with multiple languages and cultural backgrounds, he had a bit of speech delay, but within the last few months, there has been a tremendous improvement in so many aspects of his development. The staff are very affectionate, loving, extremely
caring and very attentive to each child as an individual and I can see the bond he has formed with his teachers and his peers. Few of many things that I really appreciate about Fennies nursery is:
1. The quality and variety of food offered to the children which build their pallets for different kinds of foods in the dietary pyramid, and also providing a balanced diet.
2. The activities created for the littles ones to entertain and educate them on so many levels, where weekly you can notice big improvements in your child.
3. Ladies in Management have been so supportive towards me on various occasions, which at times really relieved a lot of daily pressure.
Absolutely superb nursery!

My son has started with Fennies since he was 6 months old in the Explorers room. He was really young and it was not easy for me as a first-time mum. When I first met the staff I felt welcomed and reassured. The staff responded to my fears and anxieties. In the baby room, the staff are passionate and
always enthusiastic. The activities that they provide in the room have added to my now one-year-old’s development, and experience of learning and exploring. I can tell that they have helped him to grow up so well by providing great activities. The staff know my son’s interests, they observe him and create a really good partnership with us as parents. My son is always happy to go and play in the room. Fennies also provides extra services that my partner and I really enjoy like zoom class or fresh and healthy food to order. The staff are really flexible and easy to talk to. Every day when I leave my child at Fennies, I know he is going to spend a great day with the explorers and I go to work really reassured!

Words cannot begin to describe how worried I have been in the upcoming months with having a baby growing up in the time of Covid. I had noticed that our son had been very confused and shy and timid as a result of his lack of interaction with children his age. Since coming to Fennies Bromley he is not
the same child! From the very first day I have been supported by the staff in ensuring that our son is settling and developing well. All my calls and queries have been answered and I am so confident that our son is being well looked after and enjoying his new environment.
I’d personally like to thank his key person for giving him the extra attention he needs and the manager and deputy manager for putting up with my constant emails and calls... and even the parents too for raising such lovely and welcoming children and all the staff at Fennies Bromley!
Thank you all so much for looking after my lifeline!

My little boy loves Fennies. The staff and management have fostered an environment where he absolutely thrives, becoming a confidant and happy little boy. The team provide a wide range of activities that he loves and make sure his favourite things are always accessible and adapt as his learning and
