My daughter has been attending Cuddles since January 2016 and since day 1, she's thrived. She went in a shy little girl and within weeks she had come out of her shell. I'm so glad I chose Cuddles, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to and always ready to help with any issues/enquiries I've had.
My daughter always comes out of nursery happy and content. She'll be starting school next year and thanks to Cuddles, I feel 100% confident that she'll handle such a big change fantastically as they've helped her learn everything she needs to know.

Since starting nursery in January this year I have seen my son's confidence grow. He is making friendships and always seems to have the encouragement from the staff when he is scared to do an activity. when half-term comes around he is asking to go to nursery. What more could you ask for than for
your child to ask that?

Cuddles has been so welcoming to both of my children, the staff are so friendly and have bonded perfectly with my son and daughter. Their care and experience has allowed my child's eager mind to thrive in a learning environment and my once shy and non-verbal son is now a confident happy member of the
family whose speech grows better each day. I have no doubt that this progress has been gained through my children's time spent at cuddles.

Only a month in but the settling in has been amazing. Totally based on the needs of the individual child. My little boy runs in every day and comes out smiling. He loves visiting the woods. He has learnt loads.

We have found cuddles to be a very friendly caring nursery with well trained, dedicated staff. The open plan environment encourages free play well and there is a good mix of adult led activities to keep the children interested. Key workers for the children are always approachable and the whole team
makes a great effort to ensure the children's individual interest are incorporated into the learning environment.

Overall I believe that the nursery to be very good and my daughter enjoys her time there. The staff are lovely and always happy to talk to me regarding any issues I may have. A few things could be better though- A news letter sent weekly via email to let us know what our children have been doing, they
do write this on a white board in the entrance but I don't always have a chance to look. * More trips to the woods.

I have two children at Cuddles and they both enjoy their time there a lot. Both have grown more confident and more self assured since starting. The staff at Cuddles are always so friendly and approachable and happy to help as much as they are able. My daughter had some health issues last year and throughout
everything, Cuddles were very supportive and flexible. The manager was great in allowing my daughter to attend sporadically in between tests and treatments. I couldn't recommend them more!

Cuddles is a friendly safe place for my child to be in. My child can be challenging at times and the staff have managed to help me find a solution to calm her down and they never gave up. They have also helped my child with her speech and have encouraged her to interact with others.

I am very pleased with all the staff art Cuddles. My son loves it here and it is easy to tell how committed staff are to their job and to the learning and welfare of all the children. He has come such a long way since being here. All the parents I have spoken to don't have a bad word to say either.
I will also be sending my daughter here as well.
