When I first viewed this nursery nearly 2 years ago I wanted someone to have a bond with my child and care for him just as much as me. I found it in this nursery, they really know and understand my son which shows how much time they spend with him. Learning is fab, always new activities and subjects
each week. I love the fact he learns by play without knowing. Always happy going to nursery. It's somewhere I feel that he is safe and having fun. The only thing I would say to improve is more of a weekly update on what he is doing e.g by email, I understand it is quite a demand but it's the only thing I would improve, plus more trips.

The staff take a real interest in my daughter as a person and seem to know her well (all her funny little quirks!) I feel comforted that they will take care of her well and ensure that she is happy during the day. It's a lovely nursery with friendly staff. As I don't personally pick her up it would
be nice if there was another way to keep track of her progress and what she does during the day rather than having to wait for the open day.

Back in October we pulled our daughter from this Nursery Ltd with immediate effect after meeting with the Owner. Due to the circumstances this was agreed by the owner with just 1 week notice instead of 6.


The reasons are as follows and 110% truthful:


1. Creating unnecessary problems with our

Health Visitor, thankfully Health Visitor saw through this. Info passed onto the Health Visitor must have been a tick box environment as disclosed info presented to Health Visitor was not only falsely presented but 6 months old. Safeguarding is very important but at this nursery it is over the top and fabricated as we found out.
2. Lost our child's medication. Not dangerous but still it was prescribed medication that took 2 months to find.
3. Acted against ours as parents and Health Visitor advice/wishes. This was after being told they would not proceed without communicating with us.
4, Staffing issues and rude manager and quite frankly came across as unenthusiastic.
